Great experience! Helped my mom find a new car - we live in Pennsylvania and Brunswick Subaru offered us over $1500 less on a brand new vehicle than any of the PA dealerships for the exact same level, trim, and package. Our salesman Jake was great and walked us through every step of the process (also off the chart knowledgeable about Subarus) - when the car arrived on lot he went above and beyond to speed up the process since we had a long drive. When we arrived all the paperwork was done - Jake showed us all the features and we were back on the road. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Jake in sales! Even without the great cost savings, I would choose them again anyway due to their knowledge, customer service, and great experience.This has been the best and easiest experience with any dealership in purchasing a new vehicle.

I scheduled a test drive for a specific vehicle, drove out through traffic and construction. I arrived the salesman greeted us and didn’t know what our appointment was for. After looking around then calling around we find out a salesman has the car in lake George for the weekend. No apology, just “we’re allowed to take them” I said well that’s bad business not even calling to tell us the car was unavailable and he was just like well that’s how it goes.

Never, ever again. Horrible experience with Sales, Financing and the Customer Service Team overall.Turned my lease in for a newer version - car was scratched and dirty. No good solution was offered and I never got an apology or offer to fix the scratches or detail the car. Anywhere else would have gone above and beyond. I was told the paint guy works specific days/times and with that info I would have had to take a day off work. I am still waiting for a call for someone to fix the issues. The salesperson, John, pretty much didn’t care after I drove off the lot. He was a great salesperson prior but sadly, things were much different this go around.Onto financing, Matt was the financing rep. I was told by Sales (text messages saved) that my payment made on my old lease would come back after the loan was fulfilled. That didn’t happen. The bank confirmed the payoff inquiries - those didn’t match up either. No one called to go over this but I am out my last payment on my old car unnecessarily. I was told I would get it back and it didn’t happen. Again, poor customer service and in financing when things don’t add up it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I won’t be back. And again, no call from financing to explain and/or fix the issues. I would love a call to discuss from Matt ... Norm ... Mike ... anyone?I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I have shared my experience with family and friends. I have shown the bank log, the text messages, and my lease paperwork and it is alarming. I love Subaru but won’t ever recommend Brunswick Subaru to anyone.

I was in a car accident that left my old Subaru totaled and purchased my new Subaru Impreza from Brunswick Subaru. Ive only been there for service, but I give them 5 stars! The service dept. staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Their waiting area is comfortable, and offers bottled water, coffee, a Keurig for hot chocolate, snacks and free wifi. Thats pretty much all you want when you have to wait for your car to be repaired.I dont know how many mechanics they have, but from what I saw it must be at least 10 - because everyone who arrived for an appointment had their car taken into the service area immediately.Theyll also wash your car before they return it to you! They dont dry it though - so if youre particular about your cars appearance, you should probably skip the wash (unless you get right onto the freeway - and youre a fast driver!)
Easy to get to with a capable parts department. I called ahead and my parts were ready and waiting for me when I got there. Very nice, new building with friendly and helpful staff. I felt the price of my small parts was reasonable, but bigger components can be expensive. Stop by if you need anything Subaru related.
Went in for a recall very rude about it all and was very unprofessional called a different Subaru and they helped me out more. This guy would not help us at all.
Drove to Subaru for a tire recall notice appointment and was told my tires won’t need changed. The recall is for a select few cars. So I drove 30 mins to Subaru and waited an hour for them to write up paper work. Nothing changed about my car
I walked in on a Monday afternoon with really no intentions to buy, but Brunswick Subaru (and specifically Ray) made it too hard to say no. They offered a premium vehicle at a more than reasonable price, and they went out of their way to locate and transport it for me because it wasnt on the lot. The back and forth with the sales manager game was present but minimal. The financing process was also very comfortable and easy. Financing also got me a great deal on the loan. Overall Im very happy to have purchased there. Ive been to other dealerships where everything is super high pressure and you feel dirty having done business with them, but this was the complete opposite experience. Id buy a car here again in a heartbeat.

On a Sunday afternoon I emailed Brunswick Subaru to get a price on a 2021 Subaru Outback. My sales person, Joe Herns got back to me early Monday morning. Gave me a great price. When I told him that I would be coming out, he had my car warming up, waiting for me to test drive.Then he asked if I had a trade, he went out and looked at my trade and gave me a really good price.I can honestly say all of this because I was dealing with another Subaru dealer and they didnt give me nearly the good savings that Brunswick Subaru did.I would totally recommend Brunswick Subaru (Brunswick Auto Mart) to anyone looking for a vehicle. I would definitely refer Joe Herns also!

We had an amazing experience shopping with Ray Hanini in Brunswick. We were very nervous about shopping, not only with a newborn, but also in the middle of Covid. Ray made us feel relaxed and safe in such a hectic environment. We never felt rushed and he was more than patient and understanding of my irrational fear of parking and big SUVs (Im dramatic and apparently have no spatial reasoning skills). I cant wait to get my perfect car on May 10th, and then Im sure we will be back again in another 3-5 years.
I was looking for a new crosstrek I live 1/2 mile from subaru of bedford I went in and told them what I want to put down and what I wanted for a monthly payment its the same deal as my last car(so I know it would work) and after 3 days of the sales guy texting me everything but what I wanted I decided to drive 30 minutes to Brunswick Subaru told them what i wanted and on the first try they came back $9 month more than I wanted but almost $50 month less than Bedford Subaru so i bought it and drove it home Oh and bedford did not have the one I wanted I would of had to wait a week to get the one I wanted....BIG THANKS to Patrick Kanieski our sales guy and to the sales team they all did a great job i will be back!!!!!!!!!!
We have been to Brunswick Subaru in the past and did not have a good experience. I have also done business with Brunswick Auto Mall and been disappointed. My husband and I are looking for a new car so we decided to give it another try here and still were less than impressed. The sales team was great and went above and beyond. We told them that we were just starting our journey of looking for vehicles and they started to get very pushy when we were not entirely sure about making an immediate purchase. It also felt like everyone else there was getting much more attention than we were. Various other couples were offered water, coffee etc and we didnt even know those options existed! While its local and close by, when we are actually ready to buy we will probably go elsewhere.
I tried calling 4 times yesterday to literally purchase a car and all 4 times I spoke with the operator and she directly connected me to the new car sales department but no one ever answered. Once I got the voicemail after 4 mins of ringing the 4th time I gave up. I guess y’all didn’t want to sell a car today. Took my business to the North Olmstead Subaru dealership and had a great experience there.

I had oil change and tyre rotation service today. Customer service is very good. Nice and clean waiting lobby. Water and coffee available. Free wifi. They did complementary car wash. When I compared the service charge with Maryland Subaru showroom this is nearly 25% cheaper. Happy with the service.
A year ago when I had my old Outback (purchased elsewhere) into Brunswick Subaru I was so blown away by their customer service that I knew my next Subaru would be purchased there. Yesterday that is exactly what I did and the customer service was just as grand. Youve earned a customer for life.

Took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told one tire had a nail in the side wall and that all four tires had to be replaced, costing over $700. Ended up taking the car to a local tire shop. Was shown the nail was not in the side wall and was actually repairable for only $18.50. This dealership tried to rip me off. They lost a customer, and so did Subaru.Update 5/21/19. Since getting a reply from the service center two weeks ago, I have called at least twice and left a voicemail for the service manager. I have yet to hear back.

Brunswick Subaru is an excellent dealership. I purchased a car from them recently and I visit their service center for routine maintenance. Both their salespeople and their service center personnel are courteous and professional, and I appreciate their attention to detail. As someone who doesnt enjoy high pressure sales tactics, I was very impressed with their approach to selling a car - they were straightforward, reasonable and understanding about my budget, which was a welcome change from my previous car-buying experiences. Its a similar story with the service center - I have yet to have anyone attempt to upsell me on superfluous repairs, which stands in stark contrast to other retailers. If you are interested in purchasing or servicing a Subaru, I highly recommend the Brunswick location.

When I brought my car in which is a 2019 Forrester under warranty it was promptly replaced, I was given a loaner car so due to the virus I would not have to wait for several hours and was treated with stellar service from all who were involved.A special thank you to the Service Manager for Subaru for his help in getting this finished in a timely manner

Awful experience, awful people, will not be returning. Very rude and pushy, Im curious what they wont say to close a sale. If you dont buy during your visit, they bring a manager to ask what they can do to get you in a Subaru. Finance manager is rude and a waste of space, politely phrased.

While our first experience there when we bought bout Ascent was okay, the subsequent experience was terrible. We went to speak to someone about trading in our lease early, as we told by the finance office when we started our lease. After a text message conversation with our initial salesman, he didnt seem that it would be a possiblity. We went into and spoke with him (which he was late for the appointment), only to have him tell us that only 24 months into the lease, we had negative equity in it and trade was not going to be possible. While discussing other options, our salesman did not want to try to make any sort of sale. In fact, the salesman next to him was more helpful. After a conversation, and letting him know that we would like to continue to be Subaru customers but, we also had other options available, the salesman says Well those other companies have rebates, so we cant do anything. Skip ahead, contacted another Subaru dealership and they are moving us into a newer Ascent for exactly what we are paying now, and they were amazing about it. We will not be doing business with Brunswick Subaru any longer and will definitely be letting anyone who thinks of doing the same, our experiences. Just a shame for that sort of thing to happen.
Best car ever! 2012 legacy. Bought it new, 85000 thousand miles. The only thing the only thing Ive ever had repaired is a tire sensor rear brakes and a battery.synthetic oil changes every 7500 MI all done at Brunswick Subaru 👍

The car dealership sold me a car with a small, but mileage, as if new. The problems that arose (cracked windshield) were ignored, saying that the car was inspected by us. The rest is your problem, it doesnt concern us.
Our service experience with Brunswick Subaru on our 2015 Forester was outstanding. From reminders of our appointment until they placed the keys in my hand was a painless experience. Staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Facilities were new and clean. Waiting room was set up with work spaces for my laptop use and donuts and coffee were complimentary. I live an equal distance from three Subaru dealerships and Brunswick Subaru has won my loyalty.
I have come here for everything from an oil to change to its making a weird noise...help. The staff is so kind and personable, they make sure you know what the problem was and how they are going to fix it. They always make sure Im up to speed before working on the car too. I cannot speak highly enough. Thankful to have found a place that does such great service on my car.
Weve been taking our Subarus here for service for about 8 years and bought our Forester here in 2015. I usually never bothered to get estimates from dealers because theyre traditionally the most expensive, but their prices are often the lowest or at the least comparable to any other place. Service has been excellent every time, and wed like to give a personal thank you to Jonathan and Bailey.

Bought a 2014 Subaru Forester from them last year with only 60k miles. I had to take the car in to get immediate attention since the wheel bearings were busted. This type of thing should only happen in the 110k mile range. Clearly they didn’t give this car any attention it needed. This place is a complete let down and clearly lying is the only way they can make a sell. Don’t trust these guys. They will sell you a rusty lemon with problem waiting right around the corner. This is a review you should take into consideration and triple check anything they tell you. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Every single person I have dealt with there for any service and repair has been a night mare. They are always super snarky and rude. They cut you off when you are talking, they are very defensive if you have anythng negative to say about the vehicle. I cannot wait for my lease to be up as I will never shop here again

Were still discovering little features that are thoughtful and make road trips a pleasure.When we moved here from out of state, we were looking for a dealer that would provide good service. We were disappointed in ones closer to our home in Avon Lake, but we have been very pleased with Brunswick Subaru. Every step of the way, from routine service to the purchase of my new Forester, the staff has been courteous, thorough, accessible, and knowledgeable. Worst expiernece Ive ever had at a dealership. 1) The service techs are, sadly, awful. They couldnt figure out a very simple problem, but wanted to run every test they could to see if my new motor was blown up. Not wanting to do that, they basically refused to go any further unnless I did the test. They then had an attitude that I didnt want to waste my money on pointless tests, they pushed my car into the parking lot and taped a garbage bag over my window and taped it... how hard is it to open a window?And to make things worse, Ive had to return TWICE to get the parts THEY LEFT OFF MY CAR COMPLETELY. How to you forget to put on a BOX full of parts!?And the worst part of it, the manager (John Cross) doesnt believe they did anything wrong... in what world are you in, John?From my expiernce, youd have a better chance at getting your car fixed (And all of its parts put back on) at a high school mechanic program.

Where the service department was very nice, I would have rather they service my car correctly. Also, the constant upselling at each service call is really getting old especially when the service I was there to have done wasnt completely correctly.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They didnt fill in the paint chips I asked about though and instead gave me a cheap touch up pen that doesnt have the brush or the edge for sanding the area. If you have them detail your car make sure you tell them NOT to Armor All the WeatherTech floormats or the steering wheel. This causes them both to become very slippery. Other than those 2 things I had a great experience here

My wife and I traded in a car and they did not pay the total amount even though I was told that the car would be paid off in full. When I called to try and get this taken care of I was basically told we were responsible to pay the remaining balance. Our first Subaru was purchased at Serra in Green. I highly recommend going to them, they were way more professional and held up their end of the deal.
