Have known Don for a long time. He and his staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been with State Farm well over 30 years and I loved my agent in Charlotte. We moved to Brunswick October of 2020 and transferred everything to this agent. My problem - it’s been 6 months and I have yet to receive a call from the agent. Not a welcome to the area, let’s make sure you have the coverage you want/need or even a thank you for staying with State Farm. This is definitely not the level of service I am used to receiving. I will adjust my review should I ever have contact with the agent but for now, this agent received a “C” from me
