I just moved in a few days ago and so far things have been great here. The management team really goes above and beyond to move mountains and anything else that is needed to get you moved in and taken care of.The common areas are nice and well maintained and its a really safe area. The apartment I am in is great and the closet space is incredible. My neighbors all seem really nice and there is a ton of parking.

I am a new resident to Clearbrooke, about 3 months now! Moved after 16 1/2 years and I visited Every Apartment complex in Brunswick!AMAZING PLACE AND STAFF HERE!!!! the people are Excellent, property manager, Rene and her employee Jessie are both Great!! Maintenance is Attentive, On the Ball, and are Great to interact with!Apartments are Very Spacious and well laid out!Neighbors are nice, so far and respectable!Very Happy That I chose this asMy Last move for my retirement!

Beautiful apartments, allow animals which is a big plus for me. The staff is always really helpful and welcoming and all maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently. I’ve lived here for 6 months and I referred my aunt to live here as well which she just moved in 2 months ago. Would highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year and enjoy the area we live in and the other residents who live here are lovely. Only issue is that since we ended up not renewing our lease, it was required of us to put in a maintenance request. We put in a request and received a phone call letting us know someone would come. Two weeks later....and nothing. My boyfriend stopped into the leasing office to ask why no one has came and they said because no one has gotten around to it. This Monday will be 3 weeks with still no one coming to at least look at what is wrong. Never had an issue with this place until now.

Have lived here almost a year and it’s been a great experience. Staff is very attentive, friendly, and reliable. Neighbors are very nice and friendly also. Love the location close to the highway and seconds away from the middle of town.

I have lived here for about a month so far and i have nothing but good things to say! I had a couple issues first moving in, and maintenance was in the very next business day to fix every thing! He was sooooo super nice. Everyone here is very friendly. They also installed new carpet in my unit after i briefly inquired about it. They have gone out of their way to make sure im happy with this place. I am so grateful I chose this complex! I was mainly concerned about noise level moving in, however it has not yet been any issue whatsoever. I live close to Center road but that really hasnt been a bother either. I have privacy and everyone minds their business. Spacious unit, and balcony, my dog loves the space and so do my kids! Thanks for making me feel so welcome, and for being so accommodating!

Overall a great place to live in Brunswick. The staff, both office and maintenance, are friendly and attentive. Location is great as well, super close to highway.

I can’t wait to move back here once my current lease is up at my new place.... I miss it all so much. I will be back for sure! Great clean buildings, safe area, beautiful upkeep, leasing office staff are great and patient and actually follow through with what they say unlike where I’m at now... was a huge mistake moving out 3 weeks ago. I should’ve taken the offer when I was offered it. I’m so homesick. Ive lived at Clearbrooke for a little over a year in a 1 bedroom and have had nothing but a good experience. Im on the southern end of the complex facing the woods so I get the benefit of not having to listen to the loud Center Rd and during the Summer its generally peaceful. I dont swim here as I have a pool at my parents but its pretty well maintained and the apartment grounds themselves are generally really well upkept. Ive had zero issues with neighbors ever since the lady that lived across from me with her 2 undisciplined daughters moved out (I felt more bad for the people living below her) and sometimes its easy to forget my other neighbors exist even with me working remote the past 8 months. Now of course I can hear the person above me walk around when shes home but its never that loud and honestly thats just part of apartment living and quite frankly after growing up with a bedroom at my parents house that was below the living room for my childhood and early 20s the small amount of noise of someone walking is barely noticeable to me. Location wise Clearbrooke is just minutes away from a lot of restaurants and grocery stores and I always feel safe even when taking a walk at 10 PM after work.The office staff have always got back to me quick when I make a request and the maintenance crew have been helpful and friendly every time Ive met them and things get fixed very quickly when I make a request.The apartments themselves are pretty good for what you pay for. The kitchens are pretty sizable compared to what youll get at many other apartment complexes and the appliances arent super dated. My cat has really enjoyed the large bedroom window where he people and bird watch while sitting on his cat tree. This apartment also allows fish tanks which has been great for me being able to set back up my fish tank after I shut my old one down before going into apartment living. My rent also didnt skyrocket at all when I renewed my lease which I really appreciated.My only real complaints would be Id have less lights on all the garages so I dont have 10 lights shining into my apartment at night but thats just me having 1st world night owl problems.

We moved here in 2016. Renee, the property manager is great... welcoming, responsive, professional, respectful. The whole team are pros. In 2017 we needed to move to AZ to assist with aging parents. In the Spring of 2020 after the parents had died, we had no doubt about where we wanted to live and rent upon returning to Ohio. We called and Renee was everything we expected. She exceeded our expectations as she helped us return to Clearbrooke Apartments in Brunswick, OH. A great value in a great location. The two bedroom apartments have an amazing amount of closet space. We highly recommend this place and this staff. We could not be happier.

I left a review 4yrs ago and still feel exactly the same the way. I lived here a total of 6 years and just recently moved because we got a house. I have always rented. The professionalism is outstanding still, when something needed fixed or done it happened promptly. I have nothing but respect for the management team at Clearbrooke. Renee is an outstanding property manager and truly cares about her residents and goes above and beyond any property manager I have ever delt with. It’s a wonderful community feel with the residents also. The friendliness from the residents is amazing. The POOL is top notch compared to any complex pool I’ve seen. They upkeep the property beautifully. Highly highly recommend this apartment to ANYONE looking for a high quality service and staff. Thank you to all of Clearbrooke for all you have done.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Clearbrooke. All of the ladies in the leasing office are great and are more than accommodating. I have lived there for about 2 years now with my family (Jo was who we talked to when signing our lease-shes great!) and have now gotten my own apartment on the property with my husband. Renee was very kind,patient and was very accommodating for our wants/needs when looking for an apartment and signing our lease. She went above and beyond to find us our perfect place as newlyweds. The maintenance people (José is awesome-he is who we are most familiar with) dont slack,and always fix things with kindness and quality work. The price for rent is also very reasonable!

I have lived at Clearbrooke twice and both times were great. The management is very helpful, kind, and professional. Maintenance always respond to problems very quickly and always have a good attitude when helping. The apartment complex is kept clean. The security doors always work which made me feel safe. It is right by 71 and plenty of stores around for convenience. I would strongly recommend living here if you are looking. You will not be disappointed.

We just moved in and I have nothing but great things to say so far. We dealt with both Renee and Carol in the office and they were both so helpful during our move. The apartment was clean and beautiful for move-in, and the neighbors are so helpful and friendly. We love it here.

My fiance and I, along with our service animal, have lived here for about a year, and although we will be moving out soon, I cannot say better things about this place, the front office and the maintenance were AMAZING to us, along with all the people in our unit. Renee, Carol, and Jo were so understanding whenever we needed something and were always quick to take care of our problems for us. The pool was great to us on these summer days and we loved that everything was so close to us whenever we needed to go out and get something for the house. The maintenance guys are super nice as well. If youre looking for a nice apt at a fair price come to clearbrooke, its honestly the best apartment for the price.

I only lived here a short time, but I have lived in a LOT of apartments so I feel like I have a good handle on what is normal for apartment living. These apartments are clean, quiet, and well maintained with very friendly neighbors. This is the only apartment Ive ever stayed in that residents actually pick up their pet waste and you dont need to worry too much walking through the grass. They are a tad on the expensive side (my friend rents at Cross Creek down the street for $125 less and she has new stainless appliances and a washer and dryer hook up - all the same amenities - but they dont allow dogs). These apartments have a great location right off the highway and within walking distance of anything youd need, including a nice nature trail down the street. The ladies in the leasing office were helpful and friendly. I never needed maintenance but they could always be seen out working in their golf carts, so Id imagine they are pretty responsive. I know that Carol Burton doesnt have the best reputation, and I was wary at first, but after living here it seems like this location is very well managed. Id recommend renting here! Check it out.

Perfect experience for first time in our life with rental property. You will find this place as your home. Property manager Renee and her staff, Carol and maintenance are most amazing people we met. after several place we lived, Trust me, you can not find better rental place to live in this area. If there is any issue(I had barely problem while I stayed), they send someone immediately to fix and they always willing to help on any related question,... to make this place perfect. Wish all the best for Renee and all staff in this organization and I am sure Clearbrooke owner is so lucky to hire all these amazing people in response to their customer.

Ive had a great experience living at Clearbrooke Apartments. The office staff is friendly and understanding. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and does an outstanding job. The bottom line is there are good people here. I dont plan on moving anytime soon.

Move in process was great. They allowed me to pick up keys the day before I moved in so that was one less thing I had to do on move in day. Their maintenance is also incredibly responsive, I reported that something needed to be fixed and within 15 minutes they were at my apartment to fix it.

Ever since I moved into Clearbrooke Apartments on October 13th I have been impressed by how friendly and helpful Renee and Carol in the office are. While maintaining high levels of professionalism, they are both fantastic at welcoming new community members. Whenever I have felt confused or unclear about anything, they have helped me to understand. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and know how to make other people feel right at home.I have also felt greatly appreciative of other staff. Hose and Antonio were there to fix my screen. When I locked myself out accidentally, I was promptly assisted to get back in. Both gentlemen were courteous and kind and I appreciate that when things go wrong.As for the apartments and grounds: I love my vaulted ceiling and the open and spacious feel of my apartment. There are balconies and a pool here. There’s a work out room too, for times once COVID 19 is more of a memory and less of a reality.Everyone I have come into contact with here has been nice. I have no complaints.

Current resident. The staff is amazing! They are responsive, friendly, interactive, understanding, and quick to help. The rent is reasonable. The apartments are old, so noise can be a problem. I have neighbors that play their music so loudly that my Spotify app can pick up the title of the song through the walls. I can also hear my upstairs neighbor walking, dog running, phone vibrating, etc. However, any issue where I need maintenance has been resolved within 24 hours! I dont know of any safety issues in the neighborhood - it is well lit - and plowed in the winter. The groundskeepers are not respectful of items on the porch (weed-eating right over outdoor cords, blowing grass and debris into the sliding glass door instead of away from it, etc.). The pool is amazing, the laundry room is clean, but could use a schedule as to who can use it when as there is one washer and two dryers for 12 apartments.

The ladies are very nice and make you feel welcome they go above and beyond for you. And they are very good and respectful to others i enjoy my place here and people are very nice and caring for your place

Weve had a wonderful experience staying at Clearbrooke Apartments! The complex is clean, safe, & conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants & the highway! The pool is AMAZING! Renee, Carol & the maintenance crew are friendly, attentive & personable!

Kitchen floor became unglued and needed replaced. Had floor replacement scheduled 3 different times and was never fixed. I stayed the last 5 months with a wrinkled up kitchen floor. Outside of buildings are in better shape than inside of units. I was told my every maintenance person there that Burton Carol is a joke. They were correct.

My feeling about this apartment is very bad, and of course I am a resident who has rented it for 6 months, I am a single mother, and I do not speak English well. just enough to communicate so I feel discriminated against because of the way they treat me. When I signed the rent after 5 days, the house manager told me to write a good review for them I didnt say anything and felt that something was wrong, and then stayed for a while my daughter kept crying every night because my neighbor got up early about 2-3 am and cleaned the house very loudly every day every night and my neighbor had a broken chair every time he sat on it he would make a very loud noise I tried to say talked to him but it didnt seem to work so I went to the office to tell her that my kids couldnt sleep. and she told me I had to be very noisy when I rented downstairs, but I tried to tell her that they were annoying, she said she would call them to talk and then remain the same until I called out. The office asked her. She said they didnt answer, and then Another might nights I called the police to tell them my kids couldnt sleep because of the sound of my neighbors broken seats, the next day they crashedbehind my car Now I’m so scared

Renee and Carol were great to my fiance and I. They made it easy to transfer from out of state into their homey units, and then when we suddenly had to transfer for work, they helped us get out of our lease and into another BurtonCarol apartment building. We had a one bedroom vaulted ceiling unit, and it had new kitchen appliances and was in nice condition when we moved in. Anything we ever needed was always taken care of. Renee and Carol made us feel at home, thanks everyone!

We recently moved out of these apartments and honestly can say it was not a great experience overall. The apartment itself was not terrible, very comfortable for my fiance and myself. The pool was a terrific amenity and really was fun over the summer.However, management at this apartment was one of the worst I have ever experienced in my 4 years of renting.I was getting ready for work and the maintenance guy opened my door wide open (without my knowledge they were coming at all) as I was very indecent and nearly gave me a heart attack. I was LIVID. When calling the front desk to ask if there was a maintenance check on our apartment, Renee spoke to me and stated no. She explained that our downstairs neighbors moved out and she swore they lived on the third floor in our apartment. Blaming an honest mistake. As anyone, this event would be terrifying for all. All I was looking for was I will be more thorough next time and this will never happen again kind of sorry, but instead had an attitude that I was upset she didnt look before letting her maintenance know which apartment to check.I also received a package that was never delivered to our mailbox and called the front desk to see if it was dropped off there. Carol so politely told us it wasnt and my fiance stopped in later that day to check to make sure. Renee told him specifically that they would check with the mail carrier the following day and she would call me. When she called the next day, she informed me that the mail carrier left it in our mailbox. When I said that it was not there she very rudely responded Its not our problem that is the mail carriers problem take it up with them. Instead of potentially having some sympathy and giving advice for next steps, she responded with attitude. Her customer service is literally a joke and it is so sad that her poor attitude and lack of empathy for her residents overshadows Carols warming personality. I would not and will NOT recommend these apartments for any of my friends or family.

I love living at Clearbrooke. It is the best place in Brunswick. The property manager really cares and makes sure the residents are taken care of, the office staff is always friendly and say hello when l am passing by. The maintenance team is amazing. They both always take wonderful care of the property grounds and service is always fast, friendly and efficient. I have been here close to 4 years now. I absolutely love love love it. Very prompt service when it’s needed and they are on top of everything. The best part is how “secluded” it feels from the rest of the city. The pool is the best hang out in the summer. It’s like a little getaway when your sitting in the sun. The community is very close and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend to anyone.

The apartment complex is well kept. The stay is friendly and helpful at the office. The maintenance crew respond quickly to requests. The appliances are older and do not work the greatest. Some of the units have newer appliances, but if you get one of the ones with the older appliances, you may be a little disappointed with the performance. The one bedroom unit is fairly spacious, and feels comfortable to live in. The balcony is a nice addition, so if you like to relax outside, youll enjoy having the balcony. The complex has a great location. There are tons of places to shop. There is also a wide variety of food options within walking distance. The highway is literally right next to the complex, so you have quick access to go all over the place. So far I have not met any bad neighbors, and I do not hear people blasting music or their TVs. It is a nice quiet community, and I think most people would enjoy living here. The leasing office does carry some weekend hours on Saturday which is very convenient if you have a rough work schedule. All in all it is a nice place. Check it out, get a viewing.

You could not choose a better complex in Brunswick!!!!! There are so many great things I want to tell people about this apartment complex! Lets start with the office ladies. For the 3 years my boyfriend and I were renting there, Renae and Carol were SO friendly and super professional. I had the best experience there BECAUSE of them. Theyve always been so kind to us. I feel like they really care and I already miss them.Next is the secluded-ness I felt where my unit was located. I felt so safe walking my dog at any hour of the day. The complex is in the best location for Brunswick! It is far away enough from the road, that you dont hear traffic very often. I loved that I was less than 5 minutes away from a grocery store, that taco bell and Burger King are a walking distance from the complex, and 2 gas stations are literally right around the corner (next to taco bell). Brunswick has just about everything, and it doesnt take you long to get there from this location.The units inside were very spacious for all our belongings. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cupboard space. We had the unit with 1 bedroom and I was spoiled with how big it was. We had a king size bed, a nightstand on each side with space to spare, a huge dog cage in the room and a TV stand and it was not crowded. There is a closet that takes up pretty much a whole side of the wall which is great! We fit a dresser in there for more room. The BATHROOM...two or three times the size of the previous complex bathroom we were in.The maintenance team, really know what they are doing. If I called for an issue, which was very rare, the office created a ticket and it was done in no time. They are very friendly as well. With just 2 maintenance men, they run around a bunch, so they drive in one golf cart to get back and forth faster which I got a kick out of.There is a gated pool in the center of the whole complex with chairs all around the pool to lay and tan and there is a men and woman bathroom inside the gated pool. Even during Covid, they make sure special guidelines are met every day like cleaning the pool 3 times a day.There is still more to love about this place. Youll just have to see for yourself.

We have lived at Clearbrooke Apartments for years with no regrets. They offer spacious living space with the option to express your creativity and individuality. The landscaping is beautifully well kept. Love the pool and workout room! The location is perfect because its close to grocery stores, restaurants, easy highway accessible, and a great school system. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly, and convenient place to live then dont look further than Clearbrooke Apartments.This place by far exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was clean and much more spacious than I anticipated. The staff could not be better. From helping you with your options when you first move in or keeping you in touch when you need something, they were always on top of things.The complex has a few nice features that you dont find at other apartment buildings. First they have a workout center that has all the needs of you are short on time. There are weights and cables and a few treadmills. If it is not your thing, there are several gyms within a few miles. Second the pool is pretty awesome, very clean and spacious. Its not one of those tiny pools like other places.I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the pool during the hot summer.The complex is located to almost everything you need. 5 fast food stores are within a mile. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. There is a K-Mart and Marcs across the street and a Home Depot down the road.As for the apartment itself, it has everything you could ask for. My favorite part was the kitchen. Very spacious and clean. The bedroom was huge with a very nice closet space.Maintenance was a breeze if you ever have trouble ( only happened in rare occasions).I cant rave enough about the staff. Renee and Carol go the extra mile to welcome you and make sure you are happy. They also do a great job helping you find whats right for you.Im not a pet owner but everyone I know had one and loved the space for there pets.Highly recommend living here if youre in the market for a new place.

After nearly two years at this location, I will be resuming my stay with this complex. Even though it is a apartment complex, it feels more like a neighborhood. The staff here are exemplary in that if you should have a concern, they met and exceed your expectations to adequately addressed it. I’ve never been just a renter with the staff. The staff are so friendly that they know who you are and will call you by name to say hi or to even briefly chat. My apartment is actually really nice and neighbors are friendly as well. This location is in a good area where it’s close to many different types of entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. No cons for me, and hope to see anyone who applies to live here soon.

We downsized almost 3 years ago & have been extremely pleased with our experience at Clearbrooke.Property manager Renee & her staff have all made us feel very much at home. After searching extensively for a clean, quiet, attractive, centerally located, secure reasonably priced apartment complex with the state of the art amenities, I feel so lucky to have found Clearbrooke apartments. Common areas are beautifully kept with a nice pool and decent size gym. The building feel very secure, and the residents all friendly respectful working professionals and maintenance staff are superb.

I have lived at Clearbrooke Apartments for over 2 years. They are responsive at the apratment office on any issues and work with each to resolve anything that comes up. Maintenance is also quick. They will do all they can to be sure it is taken care of as quickly as possible while communicating whats going on. Love this place, will stay until I either leave the area or buy a house.

Just moved out of Clearbrooke after living hear for a year and a half, and only left because I bought a house. The apartment complex is nice and well maintained. All of my neighbors were quiet, polite, and frankly barely noticed (which is perfect). The office staff was always friendly and helpful, and willing to talk about any issues that might arise. Could not have been happier with my time here.

Ive been renting this apartment for a few months and Im really unbearable when I sleep because I can hear people coming upstairs and talk I went to the office to see reene but she just handled it so badly through her Lack of professionalism. and I would advise you not to be here because everything seems new but everything is broken when it touch and people rule cuz they walking very hard steps at night time. And when i just moving in. The lady name reene trying talk nice to me and tell me Writing some good review for them. I just smile and today was to much for me in this apartment. VERY BAD Do Not rent this looking for another places

I have lived here several years now and I cant say enough on what a fantastic place Clearbrooke is. The entire staff from the leasing office to maintenance are friendly and helpful on any questions and concerns I might have.The property is well maintained. If something is in need of repair they respond and address the issue within the hour or two. They definitely go above and beyond to make my stay here a great pleasure. Clearbrooke truly cares about their tenants!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO, I LOOK FORWARD TO SPENDING MANY MORE YEARS HERE.

My husband and I have been here 15 months now and its been a great place to live. The office staff and maintaince staff are very helpful and nice to talk to. If theres an issue with the apartment things are taken care of in a timely fashion. As long as theyll have us well be here a few more years. 😊 If apartment living is in the future consider Clearbrooke Apartments. Beautiful clubhouse with mailroom and gym. Outdoor swimming pool, private patio on first floor, balconies on floors 2 and 3.

We recently moved out after three years due to buying a house. When we first moved in, there were no real issues but the last year/year and a half there have been major issues. The rent keeps going up every year, with no discernible improvements to our living space, and management chalked it up to cost of living. There were several maintenance issues we had recently, one of which was a legitimate fire hazard that was not our fault but management made it seem like it was our fault. When we first told them about it, they looked at it, agreed it was a fire hazard, then waited three weeks to fix it. When we asked them why it was taking so long, they said there were other priorities more important. Also, we thought we had a gas leak, and since it was a Saturday, emergency maintenance took 6 HOURS to get to us. The outside doors would not work half the time, and sometimes youd be locked in because the door was stuck but sometimes youd be locked out because the key would only work sometimes. We were also without running water for a day in the summer and when asked about it, management yelled at me and told me to just go eat out and use the restroom at the pool. The property managers could not be more different: one is sweet and caring and we love her and will miss her, while the other is confrontational, indignant, and childish. Nothing is ever her fault and of you confront her about something, she will pass blame or ignore your request altogether. The neighbors are okay .Some were great but we had one pound on the floor (her ceiling) when we were trying to work out and another who would play Nine Inch Nails at full volume at 3am, so... Kind of a mixed bag. The complex isnt the safest either, as there was a drug bust and a double stabbing during our time there, and we also witnessed a few drugs deals in the back parking lot. If youre walking in the grass, wear shoes, as there is dog poo EVERYWHERE.Overall, this place is best served as a one-year lease in between better places.

We have been residing at Clearbrooke while waiting for our new house to be built. Renee, the Property Manager and Carol are outstanding.They go above and beyond the call of duty. They are warm, welcoming, inviting and professional. They strive to make sure that all your needs are met. Other residents are friendly and helpful. When we first moved in every person we encountered told us how much they enjoyed living here. The maintenance staff is very cordial and any maintenance needs are taken care of immediately. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are conveniently located to I-71. There are a wide variety of fast food places, restaurants, shopping, and medical facilities nearby. Additionally, Clearbrooke is pet friendly which was very inportant to us. We have been very happy and pleased with our choice of short term living arrangements and highly recommed it to anyone looking for either long term or short term leasing.

I have been at Clearbrooke since April if 2018. The office is always so helpful and accommodating! Maintenance kicks butt! Always prompt to get to a problem and get it corrected right away! Walter is the man! Can’t say enough about them all! Thanks so much for taking such good care of us!

Let me start by saying I am not a current resident. though i was a potential resident. Now I know a lot about Burton Carol... next to one other company they are considered one of the single worst management/ownership companies there is in northeast ohio. Knowing that i went to clearbrooke with an open mind. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Upon my first viewing a few things stuck out. Firstly as I went through the kitchen and opened a few drawers one literally came out in my hands. Whether it be due to it being off track or the track actually broken I dont know. You could also hear the people above you walking as if they were about to fall through... The person showing the apartments explained that the property was formerly owned by gross who is known for cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap build quality. So I liked the layout and location. It suited my needs. I decided to go back for a second look. This time the lady had forgotten about the people walking, broken drawer, etc... As I drove home she called and told me the special for this month would be extended to me if i wanted a march move in. Just let them know asap. Great. Today I got a follow up call.. Saying it was only good if i came in to fill out an app by the end of the week. This was not explained before and this is a slimly used car salesmen tactic. Congrats you lost a potential resident because you showd your hand. I do not recommend anyone.... anyone... even look at any Burtoncarole/CMA apartment. None of them are maintained/run well or even cared about...Update: So the COO responded to my review... Firstly does anyone else find it creepy that they were able to trace the history of me strictly looking at their apartments for years back... Not only that but then post my apartment viewing history on google for all to see.. Now does that not seem like a violation of privacy to anyone else?And by the COO to boot. While i get what u were trying to do via your response I would hazard a guess that others who skim through the google reviews might not have the best of opinions seeing someone who holds a high position in the company respond in such a rather creepy way...

This is my first experience with apartment living and Clearebrooke Apartments has made the adjustment very pleasant. The office staff are very helpful, and maintenance definitely friendly and competent. Its Close to many shopping venues and restaurants. Being able to bring my dog is a definite plus, and the Neighbors are very friendly. I have enjoyed living at Clearebrooke, that I recommended the Apartments to many people.

Renee and Carol are a dynamic duel. They are very professional and courtesy. Walter in maintenance is very knowledgeable and efficient. I love my apartment and feel like I’m on vacation living there. I’m so happy I can’t stand myself! Sundance Britting 😃👍

I moved here about 2 years ago. I love living here and have no complaints. My apartment has a lot of room and I dont feel like Im living in a confined area. My apartment building is very clean and well kept even the laundry room. The apartment complex itself is very quiet. If I have any questions or concerns the office is always there to help anyway they can.

Have only been here for a few months but am very pleased. The entire staff is great.

I have lived here for a year and half and in the two incidences That I need the maintenance help, it was handled that day . Truly the best place to live and we have no worries which is good to go to sleep each night knowing this .

This was possibly the worst place any human or any animal could live in. The noise and constant dog barking was unbearable. Constantly having to watch to watch your step when you walk because no one cleans up after their dog. You also have to be careful to because people dont keep their dogs on the leash. There are pitbulls at the location as well as German Shepards and a few Saint Bernards. The air and heat is extremely loud to where you could hear it from your neighbors above and below you. Maintenance doesnt show up until you keep pressuring to come over to check out the problem. Be aware that someone in either maintenance or the rental agency is a thief apparently there was a leak and when we went back to the appartment to check it out a fan was missing, the heat was turned on (even though it was a warm day), food and toilet paper were missing as well. Please consider this hopefully choose not to live here. It was the worst decision I have ever made.Update: to response from owner... you need to seriously look into that company that so think is so good. I will be posting my review on several sites. It doesnt matter about the 50 pound weight limit when people sneak animals into the building as well as other people. Also in your not so great response you only focused on the dog aspect not anything else I had stated, which makes it seems like you lack in customer satisfaction. Are you really that ignorant? You can contact me and not hide behind the phone

Workers in the leasing office are incredibly rude. I have never dealt with such condescending people. (Especially the blonde hair lady.) Very unprofessional.
