Did a great instillation but now my passenger side lock doesnt work

So first went to Car Toyz to get a 8 inch sub installed, everything went perfect and it was only $100, my experience was great. However, when I came back to get a different system installed I had many difficulties. I live about an hour out of town and the owner told me the job would take 5-6 hours to complete, so I left my car overnight. He was willing to work with me to find a time when I could pick it up, so that was great. When I picked my car up and drove home there was a huge problem. My sub would activate when my car was turned off resulting in my car’s battery draining and a loud rumbling when the car was off. so the owner suggested I bring it back to him to resolve the problem. I brought it back, and he “fixed” the problem but when I brought it home it had the exact same problem. I called him again and he wanted me to cut and re-wire some of the wires connected to the amp, but I paid $300 for the installation so I was frustrated at this point. MeNot knowing too much about wiring I didn’t know what to do and I didn’t not have to tools to do what the owner was telling me. So no I live with the problem everyday. I have to go under my steering wheel and find a red wire and unplug it every single time I get out of my vehicle. It is very annoying and I am overall upset with my experience.The instal was almost perfect the second time beside the technical problems that were never resolved. Also one of the panels that was pulled off to put the wiring under was not connected correctly back so now it is falling off. Good customer service but not very consistent.

Awesome service, quality, and price. Andres and his crew go out of thier way for the customer looking for best deal and quality. Even drove to DFW to pick up my parts then delivered my truck to me!!! Im a lifelong customer after this experience.

Car Toys Auto Sport is professional, awesome work and fixed the mess that pickup-slickup in Brownwood made on my sons truck. Andre went out of his way to make a clean professional install that actually works like it should! He also installed and did a very nice job on an audio system on my older sons car too! Superb work!
