This cab almost ran me and my family off the bridge by not caring and merged into my lane,if I had not slammed on my brakes we would’ve spun out! Worst cab ever

Fast, clean van, taxi driver 2207 is professional, and patient.

I waited outside the airport for over an hour before I called to see how much longer. They answered once and gave me the drivers number. Driver had no idea he was supposed to pick up. I tried calling again, and they never answered. They will leave you waiting and ditch you. Not worth your time at all.

Dont count on an important ride from this company. I called the day before, for my ride to the airport. I was taking an early morning flight and I wanted to make sure I had a ride since there wouldnt be (m)any uber or lyft drivers around at that time. The man who answered the call had pressured speech, and refused to take down my phone number or name since my phone number came up on the caller ID.He told me I would be contacted that night with the name of my driver- this never happened. He told me to call 30 minutes before my ride- he didnt answer. I left a message- he never returned my call.I called ABC Taxi and they were there within 15 minutes to pick me up.

Just never showed up and nobody answered the phone.

Help a customer of mine who had a language barrier

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. I waited 45 minutes for a ride. Called again and was given the drivers number. I asked him when he would arrive, and he said I dont know and hung up. Big waste of time. I called ABC cab and they picked me up in 10 minutes.

Uber charges me $15 for a ride to the airport. This place $30 🤷🏽‍♂️

Took me half way to where I wanted to go then changed his mind. Took me back to where I started. I had called and confirmed where I was going but to the driver this was a surprise. Gave him some money for his troubles but he wanted more which was an unneeded argument for going no where.

Driver was professional and prompt and even let me wait in the cab for over 10 minutes until my contact in Matamoros arrived!!!

I called Yellow Express first and got very, very lucky. While on vacation, my 18 month old daughter experienced a medical emergency, requiring an ambulance ride to the emergency room. After everything was taken care of and my daughter had recovered, I ran into another issue: being able to get back to our hotel. I needed transportation with a child seat and knew it would be difficult to find. When I called Yellow Express and explained my situation, they said they would come to me with a child seat. And they did, very quickly. When they arrived, the child seat was already in the taxi, fully secured. The driver was extremely courteous, and genuinely concerned about the well-being of my daughter. I cant say enough good things about their service.

I always call this taxi company when I need rides to work or to go to Mexico. They are very friendly and are always on time for me. Last week the drive helped me out and picked me up from harlingen because I had problems with my car. They have excellent service and friendly drivers.

Called to schedule a pick up to take me to the airport and the person on the phone told me that he couldnt help me because I was calling 2 hours in advance. He was also mumbling and was extremely hard to understand what he was saying.

Worst taxi service they’re lazy and don’t like to work! Definitely not call this place if you need a ride even when they’re gonna get paid just send you from one to the next, like all Brownsville pass the buck cuz they’re too darn lazy

Very efficient and friendly service . Driver makes himself available when needed or if not he finds someone else who is available for my transportation as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

Excellent service for the girls who come to Brownsville and have an appointment with their surgeon in Matamoros they can call here and they take them and the price is reasonable and it is fast.

Some drivers are good and punctual but today it was not the same as the one I took with me, Yama Manuel treated us with very poor quality and did not want to open a seat for my daughter and devilafa was upset when I told him about the mask and the seat is not the first time he comes without a mask.
