Ive been going here for a while. My primary doctor is fantastic. Dr. Trinidad.All personnel are cordial.Pediatricians are the best. Great environment and helpful. I suggest everyone should sign up and join.

Love the care under one roof for the community and staff from receptionist to the doctors is great very friendly.

Super rude lady at the drive thru pharmacy... waited almost 2hrs for her to tell me my meds we not ready and said well what do you want me to do. I had to wait another day and wait again in line.when the nurse had already called in my meds for me . apparently they do that because when I got off another man was upset for the same reason.

They were all helpful and polite. The OBGYN i seen was not very informative, Just did his check up, no questions asked and said I was ready, I had to ask questions and he was very brief/short with his response. The OB that seen my daughter on the other hand was great

Pharmacy department need to work on their customer service skills, need work on their patience, theyre probably working with elderly people must of the time of day, also need to work on being polite using please and thank you as well.. theyre job title doesnt make them any better then patients, they need to strive to serve patients in a better manner.. The womens center is a joke. You cant schedule an appointment for any issue, you automatically have to be a walk-in and if not you have to wait until all the appointments are seen then its your turn. Horrible experience I didnt even get seen.

Pharmacy service at the price road is very bad. Pharmacist is rude and inefficient his system is back ward.I remember when Gouta was the pharmacist she used to be sweet and helpful.Unfortunately there is no accountability on his actions.

Um, excuse me. Ive been calling EVERYTHING. the day., they have not answered me. I get a little upset but with the situation I understood. Then I went to the clinic in person to get some medicine for my little girl. But the line. I was waiting for 30 - 40 minutes for an Asthma medicine, the lady tells me you have to ask for it on the phone., I explained what happened and he told me that we had to have the filling cans. That was my first time ordering but I didnt tell him that. It was a waste of time.

They never want to take care of you, they just say that the doctor is busy and ask what you need and if you say that you have different discomforts or questions they tell you then just one as if you wanted to be sick for pleasure and in the end they only say take tylenol and if in a week still the same or worse come, so if the doctor doesnt see you anyway igual

There are never General Doctors in that clinic only for dentists and Gynecology, do not waste your time trying to General Doctors 😤😤😤😤
