It took over 2 months for them to help me. I was given a prescription for a pair of shoes and I list have called 4 or 5 times and was given different reasons why it was taking so long but turns out I was given wrong information and they had dropped the ball. When I called my podiatrist to tell them what was happening the re exceptions said they have been having issues with them as well. I would not recommend them at all.
