If you want your nails done right this is definitely the place to go. Tony always does an amazing job. He’s very delicate and pays lots of attention to detail. My nails here have always lasted more than a month so it’s definitely worth it. Not only does he do a great job getting the nails on, but also removing them. My natural nails always end up intact. I 100% recommend and will continue coming back to Tony!

I tried 3 places before coming here and I love it here. Tony pays attention to detail, is super nice and creates the nails Ive shown him. I wont be going anywhere else.

Best place in the valley to get your nails at! Ask for Tony, everytime I show an original design or idea he makes it happen! Also for pedicure, the organic luxury has a full spa experience! I always go back

They were rude and tried to charge extra. They think they have the best business in town, but I think Cosmo is better in all honesty 🤷🏽‍♂️ as they say, we don’t care you give us bad review.

I had my nails done here for the first time last month, i loved it!. HOWEVER, went back for a refill and to fix one of the nails that had broke after a month with them on in which i was assisted my another employee from the last time I had gone. She was nice fixed my nails and I decided to change the rhinestones this time since I was going to keep the same powder color. My rhinestones fell almost completely within three days, and the nail that I got fixed broke again. Paid 65 dollars, just called to see if they could fix them and they told me I would have to pay again!! So disappointed.

I was very disappointed with how badly done my nails are! I was so excited to come because of all the great things I have heard about the place but sadly I was very disappointed with the outcome. I could tell the lady was new and learning but I would have appreciated her simply telling me I cannot do this for you. First of all, my nails are SUPER THICK AND LUMPY!!! I promise I am not overreacting they are just that bad:(Second, the shape and length was not at all what I asked for! Third, it took the lady about 2 hours to do the acrylics and shellac for this!!! The owner had to redo them but still did not do what I asked for!:// I was really looking forward for beautiful nails and got this:( Although i had a terrible experience, my mother had a great one.

This was my first time coming to Bo Nails and now I will be a regular customer. (: Tony took his time to make sure my nails were perfect! Couldnt have asked for more!!

I had several issues with this shop. My nail tech didn’t engage in conversation when I attempted to talk to her, she scrubbed my toe so hard she made a small sore and my shellac nails are lumpy. Another owner in the shop has her phone volume up so loud when watching a video, you could hear it in the whole shop. I was so disappointed with the services. I will not return

The girl was very nice and friendly, but I was disappointed with my nails. I did mention to her that one of my nails was crooked and she tried to file it, but it was still not fixed. Some nails are a different shape than the rest and my nails are extremely thin and bumpy. The only thing a liked was the color. I don’t recommend this place.

I went there this past Monday while I was on vacation in Brownsville visiting a friend. The two new girls helped me & my friend out. After our experience, we knew & could tell the girls were new works & are still learning, but they still need to brush up on a little bit like talking louder & more friendly to customers & being more gentle handling their nails, as my friend & I got cut & filed in our skin by them.MAIN POINT: I went there on Monday & got a shellac/no chip manicure. The next day on Tuesday, three of my nails cracked & chipped. I went back the same day & got them fixed & the same girl did the fixing. The next day on Wednesday, the same thing happened- I showered & two of the three nails that were cracked & chipped had cracked & chipped again. I was already back home in Chicago from vacation & I just went to my regular salon & got a whole new manicure. My manicurist told me that the previous no chip had ruined my nails because it wouldn’t come off & she had to use the electric nail file on my bare nails. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Great location, place is clean and sparkly, and the experience is overall great. My grandma loves coming here for pedicures. Bo is the one to go with!

I really enjoy going to this nail salon. I have very thin and brittle nails so when I go to a nail salon I have to let them know to be gentle if not I will start bleeding. In the past I used to go to Walmart, the mall and other places but I’ve learned I need to be cautious because a lot of places don’t care about hygiene or nail fungus. I have more of an understanding now and will always observe before I do my toes especially. My finger nails are so thin when shaving down I have to let them know and they have been super gentle and careful on me.I can honesty say I have came a full 6 months+++ straight to this salon they really care about there clients and will give discounts and deals. The owners really are sweet and professional and use new tools for each client that comes in.😌 They will make appointments on there busy days which is when teachers get paid near the end of the month. Don’t be late! I was this passed time I went but they still attend my nails and I explained why I was late and they understood when I told them I hadn’t slept 😔but was in the parking lot having a quick breakfast. Even though I was late, I didn’t not hear them in there native language say anything bad or inappropriate. None of the employees are rude they just care about there time being inconsideration to other clients as well. But they did not yell or anything they still attend a manicure when they didn’t have to. There are only 4 nail technicians here but they all do very beautiful work. Communication is key if you want something, any discomfort, or don’t like something tell them and they will fix or adjust. Bo and her husband are really down to earth people and make conversation.☺️👏🏻I have taken my nieces, sister in-law, recommended to a few friends and mother here. They all have been completely satisfied and extremely happy with the result. Tengo uñas muy finas y quebradizas, así que cuando voy a un salón de belleza tengo que avisarles que sean gentiles, si no, comenzaré a sangrar. Harán citas en los días ocupados, que es cuando los maestros reciben un pago cerca de fin de mes. ¡No llegues tarde! Estaba pasando el tiempo que fui pero todavía me atienden las uñas y les expliqué por qué llegué tarde y entendieron cuando les dije que no había dormido :( pero estaba en el estacionamiento tomando un desayuno rápido. Aunque llegué tarde, No los escuché en su idioma nativo decir nada malo o inapropiado. Ninguno de los empleados es grosero, solo les importa que haya tiempo para ser desconsiderado con otros clientes también. Pero no gritaron ni nada de lo que aún asisten a una manicura cuando no tenían que hacerlo. Solo hay 4 técnicos de uñas aquí, pero todos hacen un trabajo muy hermoso. La comunicación es clave si quieres algo, cualquier molestia o no te gusta algo, díselo y lo arreglarán o lo ajustarán. Too expensive for one of them to just break. 😢 I was charged $91 for a mani and pedi. Nice nail salon, but not worth it to go back.
