I am 34 years old and had never been an athlete or kickboxer, so while the classes were tough the instructors understood and worked with me! Very clear instruction, and lots of experience and knowledge was on display in the classes. School was exceptionally clean, and all of the students were respectful and hard at work each class.

Before we enrolled our youngest boy into Galvan’s Martial Arts, he did not know a way to defend himself and because of that he was less confident in himself. But with the help of Galvan’s, he now has a way to defend himself from threats and is a lot more confident in himself than he was before. Galvan’s is the right direction for anybody as they are learning from the best.

We have been with Galvans Martial Arts for about 12 yrs. My kids love it. They have learned a lot in all areas of martial arts as well as discipline, respect and follow instructions. We would not change nor leave Galvans.

I dont recomend it; for us it was just a waste of time and money. If you plan to enroll your kids I suggest you first visit the place on the time your kid is supposed to assist at least two times. Instrucctor talks to much of his life experience instead of teaching and teaches different topics to a separate group and not the whole class.

GMA is a great environment for any person, be it a kid or an adult. The instructors are very dedicated and have a lot of experience in every martial art. It is a great place for a person who is looking to learn self defense or for a person who is looking to compete.

The best school of Martial Arts

Our family has trained at Galvans Martial Arts for over six years now. My wife first started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and she enjoyed it so much she eventually convinced me to join also. All three of our children train in Mixed Martial Arts. The instructors here are the best - they are incredibly knowledgeable about the world of martial arts, they have tremendous amounts of experience and training and they are also excellent teachers. The TEAM attitude here is awesome as well. Attending class is always a highlight for me. I would highly recommend it to anyone, whether you have an interest but have never tried martial arts training or if you have years of training elsewhere - this is the place to train!

Wonderful instructors! My daughter is a current student, and we could not have found a better school. Not only do they teach them discipline, and respect, they also care for the children as individuals. The instructions are extremely knowledgeable and have a lot of patience with little ones. I love that they have extra events so the children can socialize and get to know each other outside of just class, and its always fun for my daughter to have a movie night or a picnic with the classmates she sees every day- she loves it so much, we go mon-sat! I love that shes learning BJJ and TKD at the same time. she currently holds 2 different belts, and I hope she continues to excel with the wonderful instructors at GMA! They truly do treat you like family!

I really enjoy training here! I have been learning both Brazilian jiu-jitsu and aikido at this institution, and it has been a great learning experience.
