Giving an honest reviewOver all this place is really nice very pretty and sanitary. Giving it a 2 star due to the treatment I got from consultant Rosalva Ruiz today. Since I had arrived everything felt rush. From my checking in to me leaving the room. Mrs. Ruiz kept talking very to rush through the process which I pointed out. I told her “excuse me I don’t mean to be rude but it seems like you’re rushing, and if you’re rushing I’m not very comfortable with continuing” she snapped back telling “this is how I work are you questioning how I work this is how I do my job.” I did not want to argue because I still wanted the treatment since I had already payed. Till the end she rushed made it more painful than the first time. I did not feel like I got welcomed or treated well giving it a 2 stars.

I struggle with ingrown hairs. I decided to invest in my health and try laser hair removal. I’m so glad I did because only after two sessions I’ve noticed a difference. I plan on getting 8 session all together and I am so excited to see the final results. The procedure is done in a very clean room and it really is painless. It feels like a hot stone massage and the tech makes sure you are comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

It was only my first session today, but it went great! The pain is very minimal! I recommend it so far! The ladies were very helpful and explained everything to detail! I can’t wait to see if it’s successful.

Laser hair removal was a complete failure now I need to go find a place that offers electrolysis to get the thick hair they caused me out of my face do not try this don’t ruin yourself! I was told to leave a good review in there and everytime I went the lady will ask if I left it yet and will check online until I told her I will wait to add a review. My appointment was rescheduled a lot as well I allowed it once but the second time when I was literally outside for my appointment I got a call to reschedule and I said no after going in the lady said you need to understand us like we understand you which was very unprofessional (I had never called to reschedule an appointment) and she went on with just starting the session which was definitely a whatever session she didn’t care what she did that time she then stated I had to call 2 days in advance to tell them I’m making it in for my appointment I told her you are supposed to call me. So now they don’t call so if you miss your appointment guess what you pay $35 fee!Oh and by the way the pictures they post is the before when the client first go in and after where they shaved the client it isn’t the end result beware of this place! Literally!

The Laser Hair Removal treatments are excellent! You see results after he first session. Most importantly, they are painless. I am glad I found this place. I will not have to suffer again with waxing and threading the hair out. Also, the facials they offer are great too. The lady realy makes sure to get everything out of the pores.
