Wonderful Shopping Experience Amazing Customer Service...
Customer service is bad. Do not try to get your jewelry fixed or resized here. They do not tell you ahead of time that they are super backed up. When you call they will give you different answers, never cleared. First and last then here never again.

Customer service in store is HORRIBLE! One worker specifically needs to realize shes working doing a customer service job. Other then the staff there at this particular store in the mall, I have always liked Zales. They need NEW staff! Js!
The sales people were very helpful and the selection was great. The staff will not advise you of all the fees with the promotional offers and you will receive fees after a zero balance. There is a 10$ fee for each transaction and here is the funny part- THEY WILL NOT CHARGE YOU THE 10$ FEE WITH YOU INITIAL TRANSACTION AND THEY CHARGE A 30$ LATE FEE each month. So if you like I did pay your balance in full they will try to snake 10 or 40$ from you later in a different transaction.

Very nice store, nice friendly staff that takes the time to ensure your purchase is just right. Shop online and have items delivered to store, staff will call when item is ready for pickup. Will shop here in the future, just like I have shopped for over 30 years.
They are extremely rude on the phone. They kept hanging up on me (15 times exactly) after that they would not pick up. All I wanted to know was if an online purchases I made had arrived at the store. Because they work on commission they are not losing a sale by answering your questions on the phone. Hours later I was finally told to go in person because it takes to long to check on the computer. She also gave me a false name.
They need more necklace variety

Took my ring to replace a diamond & had to pay $100 even though I have warranty & they never called me to pick up so I called & they said its been at the store for a couple days & when I arrived at the store an hour later someone else told me that it just got there ...Really....so they lied to me
