I always get a warm welcome when I visit spectrum! They have the best services as well as the staff! No issues, no lies, staff is always clear and to the point. I recently changed my family lines from At&t to spectrum and the call quality and data speeds are amazing! Definitely recommend!!

Came in to pay cable. Long lines short parking lot. Dont like this location. Should save this for the working employees and find a differrent location for customers. It doesnt take a genius to figure this out, please do the math. High tech but ****** location for paying customers facility.
First time in the store so I wasnt too sure if the wait time is always this long but it was really frustrating but at least I kept my cool can say the same for a few other customers that were really upset and making their voice heard about it

They lie about how fast the internet speed is. Always having issues with it and they claim it’s the fastest. When I call they say it’s not showing it slow but when I check it it’s never near what they say

While the power outages here in Texas they worked really poorly to fix the internet they are the only internet providers to not have internet while every other provider has had connection its been 6 days since Ive lasthad internet . And I also saw 6 spectrum trucks trying to fix the inter and only 1 guy was working while the rest where just talking and sitting in there trucks might honestly switch internet provider.
Expedient, neighborly service, even if they couldnt solve my non-internet problem (my bad).
I used the kiosk to make my payment. I was in and out. The only bad thing is that you have to input the bills one by one and no change is given. You will get a credit on your next statement.

The good thing about spectrum is that they have 5 reps which speeds up the line of customers reps are knowledge overall a stress free visit.
Experience was not the greatest, made an appointment online and got there and had to wait. We finally got in after I told a rep I had an appointment, went in and was told they did not have all the equipment they were out and didnt know when they would get their shipment. Was told to come back tomorrow but to make another appointment. Asked if they could hold one or if i could call, was told the people that answer the phone do not know about the shipment the company receives. I asked if i could go and pick in harlingen and the rep stated they didnt recommend since i might make a useless trip because they might not have any. This is a new contract so now i wait, make another appointment, very frustrated, i understand we are going through a pandemic but the company should check inventory once in a while.
My experience with Spectrum in The Brownsville location has been wonderful. The staff at the office were more than helpful and courteous plus they made sure that I was satisfied with what I had wanted. The service technician they sent out to solve my problem was really good, very friendly and made sure we were connected correctly. Could not have asked for more.
The employees working at Spectrum were really friendly. I needed 1 Ethernet cord to connect my desktop and they gave me 2 extra cords for free. I appreciate their high speed wifi, you should try Spectrum for high speed internet access.

Durning these difficult times with the COVid19 and loss of my job, I called for assistance and they stated that they were only helping those that have never had service before, which makes no sense. We have been customers for a long time in fact services in two locations and they said they couldnt do anything. Its unjust that we have a great need and they dont seem to care. Spectrum cable at Isla Blanca Park is bad poor maintenance and poor quality. All local channels have been out for 2 days and no responce . shoddy, before the close down a guy was here every day. Now nothing

They say they don’t hit you with surprise fees on their cellular commercials but they do on their cable and internet side... it is a bit hypocritical on their end. Service is horrible and you can feel their sense of entitlement. They truly feel like they don’t need the customer, that the customer needs them. Wish TWC never got bought out by these jerks.

Parking needs to improve. They need more space. To sign in, no problem. But I do have a concern: I feel bad for old school people that dont understand on how to sign in. My opinion they should have a person to help, especially the elderly.

I gave them five stars because I had no problem with them for years as Time Warner Cable then spectrum. I did have to go over today and cancel my subscription for the phone and cable TV bundle. I took my box and in 5 minutes I was done. Not a problem, wasnt waterboarded with you know why are you leaving or anything like that. People behind the counter were respectful and courteous an offered to help me out if I wanted to do anything else or get that service back later.
Good service
The check in system was unresponsive for about five minutes making it incredibly difficult to do while holding all of my equipment. I waited about 30 minutes which is what I was expecting, but there was seating unlike many other Spectrum places. My issue here was it was a Saturday, those are the days most working people can run errands and there were two employees working. The place was packed and even though it was only 30 minutes this could have been done much more efficiently with just one other person let alone two. The lady who did help me out was so nice and very helpful.

They are a monopoly. The wait for customer service is well over an hour maybe 2 hours just to return equipment. Texas needs consumer protection. Contact your texas attorney general and the BBB

Theres never enough parking its very hard to navigate in the lot small lot narrow lot they need to expand their parking. The way they have there waiting system is awkward if you dont see the little kiosk when you walk in to register you have a seat and you wind up getting type bypassed by multiple people before you realize that there is a sign in computer and theyre very slow so if you can do something online I suggest you do it
I wish I could cut the cord, but not possible. They don’t care at all about service because they are a monopoly. Why should I be forced to pay for spotty, slow and at times NO connection? I have never seen so much as an apology, let alone a refund during the times they provide no connection.
The service man who assisted me was quick through and friendly.What lowered my rating is the two service reps who were doing everything but assisting customers. They were in and out and just not seeing customers and the room was full

The kept charging my husband even after he had pad everything they kept telling him “he forgot” or he “never paid” too many excuses of why he had to pay. They wanted him to pay $300 in less then a month. When it was Time Warner Cable they use to be fair and now that it’s Specteum they just rip people off. I wouldn’t recommend

This is a horrible place to do business with!! You are better off doing business with spectrum through the phone than going with these people. Ive been a customer for a while and every so often weve asked for specials because I think everyone wants to save some money once in a while. For the longest time the answer has always been, there are NO special deals for you only for new members. On friday I received a promotion Mi plan Latino and it was a heck of a deal. Internet and tv for $59! So my mother went to get that special and the man tells her that there are no specials like that. Once my mother shows him the picture he tells her that it is only for new customers even though there was no fine print of this. So I immediately called spectrum and guess what? That plan is available for everyone and they tell me that they shouldve have given it to us. So it makes me wonder how many people have been cheated and robbed of their hard earned money because of these people who im guessing cant do their job correctly since they are there to help the customer. Please dont waste your time here. They are inconsiderate and will not help you at all.

The App is always going into a currently not working message. Spectrum is also covering my internet, so if it’s that again falls back on Spectrum. We try resolving issues by using the box instead of the app and of course the channel (NBC) doesn’t work. Completely blank. Call customer service, never get to speak to a real person, just a robot, which obviously doesn’t know to respond to the issue. Worst service to be paying a lot for when it doesn’t work half the time

Great experience. Signed in and in less than 5 mins was with one of the reps. I was just having equipmemt replaced that was damaged last night due to a storm but they were courteous, took care of my request quickly and I was out the door in a matter of minutes.

The WORSE customer service in BROWNSVILLE TEXAS. They dont care about you or your time. They have very limited personnel all the time. Just as an example today May 22 2018 at 6:00 PM there are 26 customers waiting and only 4 representatives working. The worse customer service experience.
The customer service is good here they made improvement in the way they handle people. They installed a small kiosk to state your reason for coming place in line.
THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN 53 YEARS OF HAVING CABLE TV. TELECABLE/MEDIACOM TAKES A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK TO GET A TECH ON SITE. THESE GUYS WERE HERE IN LESS THAN 24 HRS. THIS WAS A DISPLAY OF GREAT SERVICE. WE WERE VISITING MY MOTHERS WINTER PLACE AND STILL WAS ABLE TO GET OUR ISSUE RESOLVED.
Triple pay is 99 ish at the start then escalates to 230 take note even if you make payments on the 9 you services start on the firat of each month so if you wanna cancel your service do it before the next one starts aak questions before you move and i mean ask like how will it affect your services and billing .Dont want anyone to go through what i went

I Went to the Spectrum store today to turn in my old modem for a new one plus two TV controls. I ended up arriving just after noon. I logged in and sat down. I had heard from my neighbors horror stories about waiting hours only to find nobody that knew anything about our “business” contract for the Winter Haven Resort. I expected the worst.I had sat for no more than three minutes when my name was called. Joel waited on me. A very pleasant and courteous young man. He scanned the bar code on my old modem and apparently knew all about me. He knew I was to get two TV control boxes and a new modem. He advised me he had all the new components and proceeded to gather them up. We chatted for a minute while he completed the paperwork. He then gave me a new bag for my equipment and I was out the door. I give very good marks to Joel.Connection was no problem and one TV and the internet system were up and running in no time. My internet speed is not up to the advertised 100 megs but I am using an old wi-fi so it is good enough.Thanks Joel.Robert Doughty
