Lazy, rude and nasty people. Lousy customers service. If I could give a minus zero rate, this is what they have earned from the lousy services they provide. Totally worthless.

Poor customer service. I called to inquire about trash disposal fees and the lady who answered the phone with sarcasm tells me uhh city landfill. I understand, but where is the city landfill.. Uhh the city landfill again with sarcasm. If you dont like your position as a customer service representative find another job.

I am currently on hold and have been for 25 minutes. The trashed which is scheduled for pick on Thursdays was never picked up. The opposite side of my street was picked up. Ive left a message wth no call back. Worst part is the message while holding Due to the Holidays there will no delay I trash pick up

Lazy and incompetent people they have no care or respect for environment lazy!!!

This place has THE best customer service on this part of Texas. Better than Chik-fil-A.
