Love the response time and the helpfulness of the squad they have working there answer all my questions and show me a thing or two on maintaining my computerThe only bad part is when anyone can look up your order without confirming its the real customer had a freind go threw my stuff and told me about my stuff cause an employee told him about what and wheres of my order.

I took in my tower to have it updated on Saturday morning and they said it would take till next Saturday! So, OK, Im sure they have other things pending! But they set us up for 11AM, on Saturday and tell us its not ready! They had all damn week to call, text or email!! So were told to come back at 3PM and I call and its still not ready, which I didnt receive any notification not to drive 30min. again!! Theyre very knowledgeable and get it done, but call before youre appt. before you make the trip!!

Honestly I have very high rates for this place. I walked in with an iPhone 7plus that I’d left aside. It was completely intact but somehow it just didn’t work. They actually tried to do all that was possible to fix it but it had something to do with the motherboard. I also had a separate iPhone 7 Plus that was just a complete shattered screen and dented frame. They worked their magic and with both phones I was able to get one complete functional phone. The screen did start to act up but I took it back and they fixed it with no extra charge. I will tell you it was a very reasonable price for all the work that got done. I will recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again guys!!

Took in damaged rear glass iPhone xsmax and they took 2 days to approve claim for some reason, that worst part is that the guy did not explain the process, he just charged me $107 to replace my iPhone. He seemed he was unhappy at his job, maybe he should look elsewhere. Next time please take the time to explain, educate your customers! And dont forget to smile, please.

Waited for more than two hours to call back then when they called back they put me on hold for about 45 minutes and when finally someone got my call they hang up on me... They dont care or try help you like they used too.

Robert Bateman and Josh Perez came to install a tv and additional home theatre accessories.They were super. They were pros. They did not look at their watches and hurried their installation. They took the time to train my wife and me on how to properly use the new items.They will return to install a new receiver on July 11, 2018. We look forward to having them at our residence.

They are indeed rude. They usually want to sell you product services and warranties, but they are usually a sham. I’ve only seen 1 employee treat me fairly and with respect, hence the 2 stars.
