Maybe I should not complain considering where I live, but I could not explain over the phone what carpet cleaning service I am in need of because I cannot speak Spanish. It was really frustrating to see the website and reviews all in English. Well, until you get on the phone with this company. It would have been nice for their customer service over the phone to have been employed by someone who is bilingual.

They made a huge change to my current home. They cleaned the carpet and steamed the mattres and curtain. I would probably get them again in a few months when i make it a mess again.
