This place is awesome and the office personnel are even better.The whole grounds of this building always super clean.

I rented 2 climate controlled storage spaces for over a year and was extremely satisfied with the service and storage facility. I never encountered pests, nor dust. The service in the office was always professional and courteous. I strongly recommend this company!

My experience there was very efficient and the service was above hospitality expectations from any business. They young ladies helped with viewing of the storage units, explaining the sizes and prices (which are very well priced), and with the process from beginning to end! My favorite part was how offer three keys and allow you to leave one on file Incase you forget or lose yours.

I am so disappointed in your service! We reserved a truck for today at 5pm and the truck wasn’t delivered. The lady said she knew a truck would be coming at 12 but it never came! But yet no one called for the truck or us to let them know. We were then told to come back Monday! I am moving tomorrow! People have deadlines for move out dates and a disconnection date was set up for my electricity already! There was no effort to resolve this issue! You can’t guarantee a truck and then not deliver! Poor customer service. I would not recommend your company!

Edith answered all of my questions and made the rental experience as easy as possible. I am impressed with the clean facilities and especially love the 24 hour access to my unit.

What more can you ask for 24-hour access, security up and running, the protection of your property. This place to me is a really good place to store your belongings.
