Its not funny when ur disabled and are literraly fighting for ur life,where everyday I get to awake is a Blessing. Then, For an employee to ridicule you about ur condition, about how you look like ur dieing. How easy it is for one person to ruin the perception of what seemed to be a professional and pleasant environment at Tipton motors. Alonzo my salesman is an exception... A great, hardworking person.

Went for what appears to be a minor issue with windshield wipers fluid tank. Was told it would take 2 hrs. 2 hrs later they hadnt even started on it.

They held my car for a check that was pendig but they had already received just misplaced, other than that good body shop

They rebuilt the front of my Nissan pickup. First, it look like new but more importantly, they handled all the insurance stuff without me needing to do anything, most painless car accident I have had to deal with.

It was good but I need A transportation. This is my providers car

Its been a year since my vehicle was repaired at Tipton ford in Brownsville, Texas. My right front tire started wearing down I went to discount tire to get a new set of tires. Discount tire advised me that i needed an alignment. Last I recall Tipton ford told me they gave my vehicle an alignment while they had it for almost three weeks in the shop. Turns out a year later I go back to tipton ford and the aligment was never done because my insurance did not pay for it. I went at spoke to johhny the manager and expressed how disappointed I am with the company. Its my saftey and well being I am concerned about. They sent me with a vehicle that had not been properly repaired. So what if my insurance did not cover the alignment. They could have simply advised or offered me an alignment. Its about the customer service and of course sending them off in a safe vehicle. We as the customers go get our vehicles fixed because we dont know how to do it ourselves. Tipton ford needs to train there personnel with better customer service. They also cracked my windshield while my vehicle was getting repaired and replaced it with a poor quality windshield. If I would have seen the reviews prior to calling my insurance company I would not have gone with Tipton ford even if that ment not having lifetime warranty.
