Good service! As a first timer to Pueblo Tires I am glad I stopped by. I was a little hesitant due to reviews but everyone has good and bad ones. My vehicle needed a TPMS relearn but had one bad sensor. After going to two places they got it done and fast. Jorge helped and was very professional as well another gentleman (who worked on my vehicle) were very polite. Thank you! Highly recommend ‼️

I was recommended to pueblo tires for an alignment, they wanted to charge me $40 for a part that cost $13 at advanced auto parts, besides the highly cost of labor $105/hr, besides the cost of the alignment. No, thank you!!! The older gentleman who was attending me was not helpful, yet his coworker Santos, was very helpful in explaining the part that was needing to be replaced and its function. I dont know if it was coincidence or not, but the lady in front of me also left scared, went in for an alignment too, and wanted to charge her $750. Poor lady.

Bought some tires at Pueblo tires...this place is nice...clean..clean..clean. The restrooms were very clean. The guys there showed me the tires before I purchased them...they also gave me a deal package that included insurance, and alignment..I even got to finance everything with 6 months no interest...in and out quick...and they have great customer service...I was even able to get my inspection done there as well to birds one stone..not the first time I get my tires there and definitely not the last..this guys dont disappoint.

Very poor service. No go. Lazy people. Did not torque my wheel nuts. I told them about. Wanted a discount. No. I told them take new tires off put old ones back on. Never again.

I went to Pueblo Tires to get my left rear tire packed up. The tech too if the tire, evaluated it, and found no issue... My cars tire sensor was not calibrated correctly. Back on the road / NO CHARGE... Ill be back

I called asking for a quote. Got there, was quoted $300 difference. Was given the option for a different brand they can have shipped and take 3 days to get here $100 over original price. Dont offer an item you dont have available. Discount tiers took care of me with great customer service!! And a great price!

This place is great I should have come here long ago.They offer a variety of tires payment plans and warranty on your bought tires.Still they do charge for vehicle service.They give a full diagnostic on your vehicle it is your choice on what part you want serviced on your car. The service is a bit slow since it is always busy.People here a very nice and answer all your questions.

Very slow 5 hours to get an inspection sticker and we had an appointment missed our window to drive to playa del Carmen during the day wound up costing us 1000 dealing with crooked cops caused we parked at a gas station to get 2 hours of sleep

I have purchased tires from Pueblo Tires many times. I have two cars and a golf cart. Their products are good, the service is great, very friendly, wait times are not long, prices very good, and they stand behind their products if a problem develops. I highly recommend Pueblo Tire & Service on Boca Chica. I consider them my tire store and would not go anywhere else.

I would have bought my tires here but the employer came out offering/suggesting me less expensive tires due to the way I looked or was dressed. I wanted some mud tires instead he told me that he had other cheaper ones that maybe I could have afford. I then just said thanks and left.

The first car place in this town I went to pulled some shady stuff. This place, however, is great! Honest, easy to communicate with, quick and efficient, accurate pricing. I only go here for car repairs.
