Great insurance company. They treat you like family. Weve met most of the staff. Weve mostly dealt with Kimberly-Dawn Valle. What a love! She makes us feel like friends not just a client. Great place to trust with your insurance needs.

Overall my experience has been very pleasant, the staff are kind, professional, and know how to fix an issue if one arises, I`d genuinely recommend this specific All State Agency just because of how productive they are and how much they care about the quality of their customer`s experience. I mean I think my monthly car payments are a bit high, but they had the lowest monthly rates compared to any other company in the valley I could compare them to. So I`d give a solid 5/5
