Bought a fridge and it was delivered with a large scratch in the door. LG paid these guys to handle the warranty repair. They came and took a picture of the door, ordered me a replacement. Door was shipped straight to my house. The day it arrived they called me a set up a follow up appointment to install it. The repair man came on time, installed it without issue. My wife said he was professional and friendly. Fridge is fully fixed.

It took two weeks to get a technician to come and check out the problem with the fridge, it was not cooling, but they wanted me to pay in advance the visit, because of a system problem I was not able to pay before, they came at the time they said, did a check up, broke the water line from the fridge to the wall, they didn’t fix it, but charged half of the payment and said they would be back and gave me a two weeks reschedule date to “fix” the “problem” they found. Two weeks later they changed the part supposed to be bad, charged the 2nd half of the payment and left, still did not fix the water line The fridge is still not working, now is also dripping and all the answer I get from them is “the system is not working call tomorrow” I have been calling for 3 days now. Same answer. Don’t use sears

Awesome repair person! Juan knew exactly what to do and had previously ordered the parts to get my Kenmore 25, 0000 BTU AC up and running again. He cleaned the machine thoroughly, and then reassembled it with the new parts. Finally it is cool once again in my house! Thank You, Juan and Sears!

I have never had a bad experience with a Sears repairman. I have never regretted a service call. They seem equally knowledgeable and helpful. And I havent gotten one yet that disliked dogs - important at my house! I am pleased that the service piece of the business continues.

He never really check anything. Came up with the excuse that the pumbling was clog. It wasn’t.. he was there not more than 10 minutes.We had the plumber come in and everything was fine. And because of that we have to call you guys back again to check the machine. The water is coming out from the machine it’s self not from the drainage hose.

Technician and work completed were awesome. However, given that we pay a non-refundable $89 fee just for the technician to come, on top of the repair costs and whether we have the repairs done or not, a four hour tentative window for arrival seems a bit much. My time, and I assume most everyones time, is valuable too, but we have to set aside four hours for arrival (not to mention diagnosis and repair time) and that is all based on if the technician is able to make it during that time. Keep that in mind when you schedule with Sears. If you have no time constraints, no problem. But I was pleased with the service and technician.

Customer services was EXTREMELY terrible, poor. My appointment had to be re-scheduled THREE times. On one occasion, the technician.did not even bother calling to let me know he was on his way to my home to repair the appliance, so I lost time from work. I called the 800 customer service # and spoke with a supervisor and found out they were located in the Philippines; aside from poor english they did not want to hear my complain and rudely hung up the phone on me. When tech eventually showed up AFTER scheduling a third attempt, only PART of the solution was resolved. The appliance STILL does NOT fill the washer to the water level mark. VERY dissatisfied with every aspect of the customer service AND repair. I even LOST 12 hrs. Of work because technician either did not show up or showed up but did NOT call us ahead of time to let us know he was coming to repair the appliance.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Robert

After 4 different visits from the technicians, this last one went very smooth. The Technician arrived on time, the part needed was already at my home since it arrived within 5 days after I initiated my phone call to Customer Service. My washer has been working normally for a week now. Thanks.

I have spent countless hours on hold. I have spoken to as many as 10 advisors all guaranteeing me that they will be here on there scheduled repair day. I was scheduled and rescheduled 7 times for a repair almost going into a month. Not to mention all 7 times I waited and waited with no one showing up wasting my time. Not even a phone call. All I would get is a email with a rescheduled appointment. Today was the 7th no show and cancellation. I was rescheduled again. I must have spoken to as many as 10 advisor guaranteeing me that they would be here on thier scheduled time and date. Today was the last straw. I waited all day and was rescheduled again for the 7th time next Friday July 5th.The sad part I just spent over a thousand dollars in Master service agreement renewals. Its been almost a month without my freezer. I give up. Im going to pay someone to come in and repair my freezer. I feel like this is theft of service. I paid for a sevice but Sears repair center is giving me the run arround. What ever you do, when they offer you the warranty, dont buy thier agreement, you will get screwed. I bought mine in good faith and they dont deliver on thier end. The only thing I can do is just leave this review and warn others. Sad but true!

Servicemen polite/courteous/prompt. First misdiagnosed problem(roller not adjusted properly) and ordered un-needed roller. Second should have leveled fridge so doors would not slam shut.

I had the worst experience with the repair of my refrigerator, they changed my appointment around 5 times and then the technician installed the part he stated was the problem and the refrigerator didnt work, the technician turned on the refrigerator and left, 24 hours later I checked the refrigerator and the refrigerator never cooled, the exact same problem of why I had called them, texted the technician to see if he could arrange another visit and he just never replied. I called made another service appointment and I was told I would be charged again as if it were a new service call, spoke to a different technician stating that the problem was something else therefore he had to charge me again plus the other parts he had to install were not under warranty and I had to pay for them, after I had paid 300 dollars to fix something that was not broken because the parts that were changed obviously were not the problem. Here I am since November without a refrigerator and 300 dollars out and still no refrigerator. The worst customer service, was left on hold for 1 hours until I hung up.

They still cant fix my dryer !! I try talking to the customer service department about my problem with their dryer but they will not listen. So stressful with this PPL will not going to Sears and buy anything else !!!

I had service for both my riding mower and central A/C. Both were minor and a separate tech for each job. I have had a maintenance warranty on all mySears products but I am finding out that what the sales person tells you about the extended warranty and what it covers might be totally different.Wit our riding mower we found out that the deck is getting rust spots due to the climate in South Texas and guess what this is not covered. On our infinity Home central air which was installed by Sears.---Well the thermostat is not covered and it costs anywhere from $600 to $800 to replace it. What is wrong is that the light does not come off. The technicians were great and honest. Am I happy with the service? Yep but not with Sears and the so called service maintenance agreement.
