When customizing invitation envelopes I had difficulty formatting the spreadsheet and Angie assisted me every step of the way. Angela is probably the most efficient and accommodating person Ive worked with so far for my wedding. Media Plus is a very well run business. Angela is absolutely fantastic. She happily made, and re-made several proofs of my invitations. She thoughtfully offered insightful design advice throughout the process and was happy to make any and all changes necessary.She was really helpful in helping me find the right paper for my wedding invitations. I was struggling to find what I wanted online and after one phone call she was able to send me 3 options. She added a custom logo I had created to my wedding stationary. She went above and beyond when it came time to order, verifying my order was accurate. She anticipated any potential surprise and kept track of all the small details. The details card I included was a folded notecard instead of a flat card - Angela made sure to let me know and asked me twice to ensure that I was okay with that. She also sent a very thorough email explaining the ordering and printing process and cautioning me to make sure to count my invitations as soon as they arrive in case of any quality or quantity discrepancy. There were none.Weddings can be tough with many different opinions but she was able to make sure that decisions were made clearly by one person and advocated for my opinion. Not to mention her prices are amazing. When I received my order, not only did I have the ordered amount of invitations but I had several leftovers - including extra envelopes - what a thoughtful gesture! I cannot recommend Media Plus enough - no detail is left to chance, Angela is very responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. I worked with Angie on wedding invitations and she was professional and provided a quick turnaround on my request and edits. I was delighted to work with her.

I ordered invitations online on Sunday evening. I discovered Monday morning I needed to make a change and contacted Angela, who immediately stopped the presses and got my change made. Shipping was anticipated within approximately 3 days. That didnt happen by Friday due to a slight delay, so my order was overnighted the following Monday at no additional charge. Only 10 days, start to finish, to receive the invitations! We were very pleased with the quality of the finished product and the service by Media Plus. They were in quick and constant contact, even answering my questions in the evening and weekends.
