I have driven by this place for all of its existence, but never knew that it was tucked back there. Found it doing an internet search, and even though what I came looking for (a small garden sod cutter) wasnt in their stock (they had the gas powered bad boy sod cutter), the guys were all incredibly nice and super helpful! I hope, someday, I will need to rent a large machine to move some Earth, but that day wasnt today! I highly recommend Deans! Youll be amazed at the things you can rent!

Sharpened 2 chain saw blades for $24. Judt used one and it worked great.

Deans has been awesome. They are professional and very helpful. I have rented equipment, bought equipment, and had my chainsaw and mower worked on by them. Everything has been timely and with respect. I was even in a unique situation that I have kids in the NICU and wasnt sure when I could pick up my mower and the dropped it off at my house for free. Talk about amazing customer service and taking care of those in your community!! Will continue to support this local business over any of the chains!

Very good service and prices

We rented a stump grinder today and had trouble with it. Wrote a review here and was contacted the same day, after hours with a solution to the equipment problem. We understand that machines have problems sometimes and feel that Deans has given us a reasonable solution, and we were happy with their responsiveness.

I have driven by Deans for years, now that I live in Avon. I dropped in to price some equipment after seeing a STIHL sign on their business( ONLY THE BEST FOR ME). I was greeted with smiles and is there anything thing we can help you with.Some months later, I had issues with my STHIL trimmer, got a price on repairing and had them to do so. Then I went back and bought a new one, I didn’t really need it. But my original had about 17 years of GREAT SERVICE when they replaced the carburetor on it. Long story short, I have been treated like the old days where I grew up in the South were people( Businesses )treated you like a member of the family.A REAL RARITY THESE DAYSTHANKS DEANS 👍

Each time, their products have always been in excellent condition.The staff are helpful and knowledgeable; and we appreciate the time they give each customer.If were not sure if they have an item to rent, we just make a quick call, in which we have always been met with friendly help.We have found their prices are very fair in comparison to other rental companies.

Very disappointed with the service given from Deans. Drop off a small engine equipment for repair. Over a week and a half in their shop and my equipment was never looked at.

Got just about anything you would need to rent. Friendly staff and they helped load and unload equipment. Highly recommended. Go around the Brownsburg municipal building to get to since SR267 or green street is closed.

I have truly loved working with this company until a recent rental experience. I have never argued prices as they are always more than fair for rentals and purchases. Recently, I had some major breakdown issues with the machine that quickly became apparent after renting. I have used this company for years and they have always been helpful and accommodating. However, after this incident, I asked if they could work with me a bit on the rental price due to the problems with the equipment, and they wouldnt even discuss the matter. It appears loyalty doesnt even come into play and I was quickly dismissed. Very sad.

This place came in clutch when two other rental places that I went to didn’t have a 28 ft. extendedable ladder that I needed to rent for my landscaping business.Great and helpful staff too, they had the ladder I was renting in my truck and nearly strapped all the way before I even got outside after paying the very reasonable rate inside!Only wish they were closer to SW Indy instead of Brownsburg, haha, 😂 but it’s alright.Highly recommend this place!
