The Indiana Bond Bank (IBB) recently had the utmost pleasure of working with Ash-Interactive on one of our major projects throughout the year. What is normally an in-person annual design sprint held over an 18-hour period, the Flipping Finance Challenge was going to be held virtually for the first time. The IBB was left with a lot of uncertainty and no experience with delivering a virtual event – especially one that requires much networking, collaboration, and face-to-face interaction. We were challenged with how to combat ‘Zoom fatigue’ a year into a pandemic that had left most of our regular attendees staring at computer screens throughout the day. We worked with Pete and Lydia to create an interactive environment that would leverage the benefits of virtual meeting, while also creating an engaging platform that would be appealing to even the most digitally lethargic. Pete and Lydia took time for regularly scheduled meetings that kept the IBB team feeling comfortable and excited about the product. In our post-event surveys, the platform was consistently praised by our attendees. For an event that poses unique challenges for planning and execution, Ash’s team made what in the past had been an area to improve a major strength of the event. Aside, from the platform, Ash’s larger team provided high quality video production and editing that allowed for us to convey messages and content critical to the event. ASH Interactive created a virtual reality exhibition for us in Gallery 924 at the Arts Council. We imagined it to be a pretty detailed process, but Pete and crew made it so simple and quick. We now have hundreds more (potentially thousands more) eyes on our exhibition at a time when many of our clients are not able to see the show in person. The team was very responsive to chages and even stepped up for a last minute re-do of some aspects of the project because of issues on our end. They accomodated our schedule and made it all happen ahead of deadline. We will absolutely use them again.
