Worse experience I have had buying a vehicle. I paid cash on April 26th and my vehicle has been in the shop now 4 times and has been sitting there again for over a month. Keep getting the run around. Here it is august and still no title. Just want my money back and go separate ways

If there were 10 stars id give them 11 they have excellent service and i couldnt be happier with my car i bought they also helped my son fix his car for a great price and its both cars have been running strong since highly recommend fresh start as a great place to buy cars or get cars fixed

So if I could I would not even put a 1 star. Their protection or warranty plan sucks and then its always well u can do this instead of offering me another vehicle or giving me my money back and I bought the car less than 2 months ago and it has been in the shop for a month of that. So please take ur mo ey else where.

Great place

You know I wanted to say something nice about this place but it’s almost impossible when you bought a car from here with a warranty and your being ignored 80 percent of the time you call. I could be stuck on the side of the road they wouldn’t know tho because they don’t care to answer. Not only was I sold a car with the windshield wipers not working and That was an issue until I was told it would be fixed. it’s been 3 weeks and nothing has been fixed. If I’d had know they weren’t gonna fix my car I could have just bought the peice myself. I wouldn’t have bought the car if I’d had known all the problems but I’ll take that L but the least this place could do is have could customer service and the curtesy not to lie to there customers. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.
