They did a great job at a good price.I was reassured they were fully insured when they came out for a quote.That turned out not to be the case when their truck cracked my concrete patio slab.Someone from their office called me while the work was going on to acknowledge the damage had occured and to inform me their insurance doesnt cover that. So much for fully insured. I was told the owner would follow up with me about the damage and they billed me promptly and I paid. The owner never came by or called me about the damage to my property. Such a shame.They keep leaving mailers in my mailbox touting that theyre fully insured. They should really put an asterisk next to that and denote they dont cover damage done by their trucks (what I was told).

A storm brought down a limb in my yard. I called several emercency tree services. The only one who responded was Forester Tree Service. The owner of the company came to my house within 30 minutes to look at my situation. My tree was very large and very old and I knew it needed to come down years ago but now it was finally time. I received a very fair price for removing the tree. The next day they arrived at my house with very impressive equipment. The whole crew was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them. I am very satisfied with their service.

I hired them back in 2014 to remove a tree and they were the lowest bid I received and did a wonderful job. I used them just again in 2016 to remove an extra large maple from my backyard after it was damaged in the wind. They were even accommodating to add on an additional tree trimming on another large tree that I had concerns about. I was very pleased with their efficiency to get this large job done in one day. The tree that they trimmed up looks beautiful and now I am not worried about any branches extending over the house. I will definitely use them again on future projects.

Its hard to leave a review of a firm when you make an appointment, wait for them to arrive, but they never show up. Waste of our time that we will not repeat.
