Where do I begin? You couldn’t pay me to stay here! Zero attention to detail. Rooms and corridors were disgustingly filthy. Smell of marijuana, broken elevator, broken ice machine, room floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, hair on bed linens, crumbs on room table and chairs, one chair stained so bad it wasn’t usable, torn and filthy carpet everywhere. Would have preferred to sleep in my car, I was so disgusted I didn’t even use the shower. When we initially saw the condition of the hotel we tried to find another hotel in the area, but everything was booked. Marriott needs to turn this around or terminate the franchise location for this owner. Definitely will make us question Marriott facilities in the future (and we are titanium members). Should have looked at the reviews before staying here. Please believe them, this place is a dump.
The room was VERY DIRTY, no attention to detail at all, staff was not overly nice or accommodating. The asst manager was very nice and concerned. They do not have a luggage cart for guests to use (did not offer assistance).No security or surveillance cameras, the catalytic converter was stolen from my rental during the night. Totally inconvenienced and was stuck waiting 8 hours for a tow truck and a replacement vehicle because it was Labor Day. Stay at your own risk.
I want to give this place more stars but cant.I called to make sure the pool was open, got a yes. When we got there it was closed.... not the end of the world but wanted an open pool.Later in the day our room had a pipe break. Their solution was to just shut the water off to the room.... no moving or recouping or anything.The window sill was down to the drywall marker and corner sealer....The bill was to include breakfast, as it said BREAKFAST INCLUDED. Was told that we would have to pay an additional $11 per person for breakfast.I do have to say that the beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean.
Positive: Modern, Clean Negative: No continental breakfast, pool or hot tub. When you book a specific hotel room for these amenities, you expect to get them, especially when it was priced significantly higher. The amenity closures should have been disclosed to customers prior to checkin.
Positive: the room was decent, bed was comfortable. Negative: Hallways are really beat up. Only one elevator worked and it was sketchy at best. The ice machine was being repaired and it looked like someone left mid-repair, linen cart left unattended. Very disappointed for what I paid for this hotel and rating.
So for the first night the AC keeps shutting down. Had several people so far try to repair but its not working again. One more night here. You can definitely hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. If you are a light sleeper you will be disappointed if the guests next door are up late. The staff were really courteous and professional during our stay.
Brought in a potential business prospects and housed them at the Courtyard! BIG MISTAKE! Manager refused my Apple credit because he never seen one before so its NOT real!, the rugs were filthy, AC in the room was broken and the leg of the bed was broken and it collapsed under the weight of the gentleman. I was totally embarrassed! The area is beautiful but the hotel is trash! Dont use it for business purposes, it is not the right atmosphere. That is my fault for assuming the reputation of Marriot matters! Not again! Straight trash!👎
One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Room was wonderful! Only complaint is that the room didn’t seem to get much colder than 70° even with AC.

EVERYTHING!!!! THIN WALLS! HALLWAY ON 4th FLOOR SMELLED TERRIBLE ALL THE TIME! No fault of hotel but guests have no care about others trying to sleep! Pool was closed 3 of 4 days we were here, not that I would let my kids get in it, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Only 1 elevator working part time! No breakfast, even with moving out of the pandemic other hotels are making accommodations for breakfast. Fridge in room didn’t work. This had to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Definitely not Marriott standard!
Mediocre hotel. My room smelled like vinegar the entire time I was there. My coworker had to switch rooms multiple times due to various issues with the rooms. Internet was slow, bordering on unusable. The air conditioner ran nonstop still never got the room cool enough. Small TV and no smart features which is unusual for Marriott properties.The staff was very nice though, and there was hot breakfast.
Its still a pandemic, but the hotel could use a hand. Bistro wasnt open, pool was murky, they didnt clean our room. The shower leaked and the toilet ran all night. The beds were comfortable though and the staff that actually worked seemed very nice. I would stay elsewhere. Serviceable at best, far from what the Marriott commercials would have you believe.

Got there the 14th and punched the 15th….this hotel is disgusting and decrepit. I travel frequently and Marriott is my go to, and this is one the nastiest rundown ones in the fleet. Room was sub par, still had food crumbs on the desk and floor. The a/c was making a whiting sound, it smelled like it hasn’t been wiped or cleaned in a while. The ledges in the bathroom were falling from the bulkhead. I can stick my pink between the ledge and wall. Service was none existent, I got a “Good morning” then her attention went to her buddies/coworker that were behind me lounging behind me sitting in the chairs. Maintenance and care of the building reflects on the senior leadership…no pride, no care. I hope they are next in line for a remodel…of building and personnel.
Room was nice and I chatted with the manager thru the Marriott app and she changed my room to accommodate my request because the top floor balcony room weren’t available. When I got to the hotel the receptionist already knew what room to give me. Thank you and I enjoyed my room with the walk out balcony .I had a great time

The room was not yet ready even after checking in time. The fridge stinks. Room was not clean, there were trash in the waste basket. They charge $11.00 per person for breakfast.
Horrible! I booked two rooms. One had no ac. We had to move rooms. Then in the second room we moved into the toilet started running and then overflowing. Water all over the bathroom floor. My other room down the hall had the same problem. Spitting out water. Ac was falling off the wall in the 2nd room. She moved us into one room to shower for the day and escape the toilet water even tho I paid for 2. This room which she said was cleaned smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke and someone had put a towel over the smoke detector. She offered me 20 dollars off the rooms but honestly it was such a health hazard I am upset I had to pay for anything as we barely got any of the amenities promised. Neither room had a working phone. No starbucks as promised. The elevator was broken. Everything smelled of marijuana smoke in the hallways. I have never experienced a hotel stay this bad. I know covid has caused issues with staffing. I am a flexible person but this was disgusting and extremely unsafe. Three rooms in 24 hours. This is a public health hazard. Stay away!
Dirty. Air didnt work, ice machine was broken no ice. Spiders all over bathroom. Checked in was a bottle of opened tea sitting on the bed.About 2 am loud booming music that shook the windows and yelling and partying in halls that went on for a good while. Very noisy parking lot cars reeving and coming and going non stop meeting people in lot.

I have to say the stay was nice. There are some things that can be addressed. I was happy to see that when I checked out an Customer service rep( Kaylnn) from a previous hotel stay now works here!! His smile, great conversation and warm welcome will make your stay even better. Upon my arrival and through my weekend stay the ladies at the front desk were all wonderful. Positive spirits and welcoming. The few issues that I had, I was able to address to both Kaylynn and Ryan (Manager). The response to my concerns was welcomed and receptive to both of the gentleman. I know with time, things will be addressed because change doesn’t happen over night. I look forward to returning here for all my future stays when I travel for work. Thank you again to the front desk ladies whom worked over the weekend and to Kaylynn and Ryan for the all the great hospitality. It was centrally located to shopping, food, and family. It is in the suburbs, about 25 minutes from downtown.

Didnt rent a room out for a night or anything but we rent it out the conference room to do our job fair and honestly it looked amazing it was very clean the staff were very friendly and very helpful.

This place is not a good choice. Lets just get into. First, the outside is not appealing, but once inside the lobby by the first desk was like ok. Or should I say deceiving. So I checked in. The hallway to the elevator nasty. The elevator was nasty, the walls, carpet old and dated. I made it the room. Looked ok again. So here we go. Countertops sticky, bed all wrinkle, and we go. Bed bugs. Bed bugs. Bed bug. Now it 1am in the morning I notified the staff. The staff was like ok, sorry. No concern, the person did not go check. So I check out. 1AM in the morning. Found another place to go. Sad.

I come from Minnesota to Milwaukee to work weekly always use priceline express deals and they usually send me to a different hotel. Arrived late due to five hour drive. The women behind the counter said all i would have to do is call priceline and they would get me a room. After priceline spoke with someone from this hotel not only did this hotel charge me for a night of which i didnt not stay. They also told priceline they would not give me a room. I missed work and i have no i dea when i will get the rest of my money back. I would have been stranded if i didnt have more money to book a another room. I would never ever book a room with this hotel again. This is how they treat their customers.
Positive: Location was great Negative: During a pandemic you would think they room would be spotless but far from it. Black hand prints all over the walls and looks like they changed filter but left all the dirty ones in the room. The elevator smelled like someone was smoking.
Positive: The staff was very friendly Negative: My room was exceedingly cold. Even upon being switched to a couple other rooms I was very disappointed that I paid good money for a cold room. The rooms were also falling apart very badly. The window curtain fell on a staff members.
My 1st room was horrible. The restroom was dirty, all the mirrors where very nasty. The door knobs where not wiped down you can still see prints from last visitors.. The tub was dirty. The room overall was not cleaned at all.My room was switched and that room was half cleaned as well. The elevator where not clean. Around 9:00am housekeeping knocked on door, we told her we getting ready to come out and a few minutes later they knocked again. As we where leaving 3 housekeepers where close bye and 2 of them where very unprofessional how they where acting and communicating with guest. The person who checked us in was nice.
Overall the quality and comfort of my stay with the money that I spend is not worth. Some of the food such as burgers and bistro are frozen. Hence I won’t recommend the guests to try the restaurant. The quality is much below that one can imagine at a Marriott restaurant. By doing so the hotels are killing the brand. When you spent 16 dollars on a burger it has to be freshly made with proper quality. Also you can’t pre make the breakfast and keep it in the refrigerator. Once I had to send back my breakfast for reheating. I lost buttons on my jacket and shirts when I sent them for laundry. The outside service needs to be properly monitored. The other courtyard Marriott In down town is also equally bad. I decided to stay with Marriott because of my Platinum Elite loyalty status. However I don’t feel any difference. A nice full service Marriott in this region to cater to business clients will be good. The staff is nice, however I don’t think that they are properly trained. The manager was very nice.

Positive: I like that it was close to restaurants and the gas station and it was out a ways so the sunset was really pretty. Negative: Our coffee maker was not complete in there were no cups to use. The patio window was really dirty and had lots of distinct and Prince and the patio is full of cigarette butts and candy wrappers that we picked up.

Very happy with the excellent service I received while here. I spent a weekend in one of the king size suites and it was wonderful. Nice, clean, not well stocked but the front desk was great at getting me what I needed. Nothing was open at the hotel because of COVID-19 but thats ok...it was nice just lounging in my spacious room.
Do not stay at this place. Never got to stay in the hotel because they did not have a room available. Like all of the other reviews, the one person at the desk did not care (said she had 6 more people to turn away) and had no interest in helping me rebook at the Sheraton down the street. Some type of large gathering was being held in one of the conference rooms, which obviously is not a good idea. This place needs to be shut down until they figure out whatever mess is going on.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very attentive, welcoming and asking if there was anything I needed. The gym was up to date which was awesome to see. Ms. Rena made me the best americano. Both me and my guest noticed how this hotel pays attention to the detail. We were welcomed every time we re-entered the hotel. We enjoyed our evening at the bar the Thursday nite specials were awesome. We literally didnt have to leave the hotel between the bar, pool and good eats. Thank you look forward to coming again.

Hotel wall paint decoration peeling, Hotel Tv isn’t compatible for gaming, Tv is always cutting off Channels and there is only 10 channels available. Front Desk not that very helpful, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless your only staying one night. This is the only Marriott hotel I know of that is terrible.

This is very pleasant place to stay even with a full house and a couple Basketball teams staying there it was a quiet and restful night. Staff was friendly and a pleasure to have. Positive: The staff at the front desk were pleasant and kind. Negative: The hotel is worn and tired-looking. Carpets look grimy. In guest room, the windows were unclean and the mirrors were streaked. The bathroom sink offered two make-up removing towelettes, no bar soap. Again, worn, tired-looking, and feeling of griminess.
The lobby was closed, locked, and all the lights were off. They wouldnt answer the service bell or their phone. I made a reservation, that was confirmed, and paid for through Expedia. When they finally answered, about 30 minutes after we first arrived. The attendant said she was helping a guest upstairs and then turned me and several other guests away. She said that there were no rooms, that they overbook, and that its our responsibility to call and check with the hotel, even though we all booked, prepaid in full, and received confirmation numbers and emails regarding our reservations. Beware of this hotel. Id give 0 stars if possible.

My stay at this hotel was awesome. I received a courtesy call in my room from the staff making sure everything was great. This speaks volumes about the great staff and customer service. My entire stay was wonderful and would definitely stay again. My room was clean and all the around impressive. KUDOS TO this hotel and staff.

Our stay was awesome. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. This is the most kid-friendly hotel i think we have been to. The kids were able to just be kids. We really like the courtyard area also. We enjoyed watching the basketball game in the lobby with other guests while having drinks. The bartender was fun. She made a sprite for my daughter and put extra cherries on it and told her happy birthday that was so kind of her. It was located really close to the highway which was great for when we went to see the city. The room was nice, the bed was heavenly and the staff made us feel so welcomed. Thank you all so much for making this stay for my daughters birthday a success.

Stayed 2 nights and the hotel was quite full and yet very quiet. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are cozy. There are some maintenance issues, like the TV not working well and the shower door not closing all the way. Worth having a stay.

Staff is excellent! The Bistro staff, front desk and housekeeping folks are friendly, and have a great sense of humor. Willing to help in any way. Excellent food and beverages at the Bistro. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Was able to adjust the room temperature very easily which is a challenge in many hotels. Overall a four-star experience.
Lovely and clean. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time Ive been there for an event. My cousin had an bridal shower there. Perfect venue, perfect size for what it was used for. There were about 25- 30 of us. Very nice set up. Would definitely recommend.
I wish I could leave this hotel 0 stars..never got to stay in the hotel. Long story short my landlord put us up in a hotel for the night because of plumbing issue. I call to confirm the woman on the phone tells me they are all booked up for the night. That there are no rooms available. I had the reservation and confirmation email. She tells me that if it was booked online that its not valid. I asked her How is it possible to book a hotel with no rooms and take the money? to which she says I just work here so I ask to speak to a manager. No manager available until the next day. So how do you tell people that booked online that their room is not available? What if I was coming from out of town? I am highly disappointed
When I call to make a reservation on Thursday May 2nd in the afternoon a lady called Karen told me that I will have a King Size bed and a queen size sofa bed. I specifically asked her if the sofa bed is indeed queen size and that I will have 2 kids with me during my stay. She was 100% sure that this is the case. On Friday night when i checked in and went to the room I realized that the sofa bed was Twin size. I called the room service and not only they did not bother to check what was my initial reservation but they refused to help in any way. I had to drive 25 minutes to go buy an air mattress so I can fit my family. If you think my opinion matters to you and your company takes great pride in taking care of its quests then you need to do some work to prove this in action.
From check in to check out and everything in between we loved our experience. The staff at the Bistro were friendly and fun! The woman that checked me in signed me up for rewards and she was so warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends
The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Our rooms were stylish and the beds were very comfortable! I have stayed at a lot of hotels that were just OK but this one is definitely a 10. I can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff! I would definitely be staying here again!

I would not stay here again by choice. The fitness center did not have ANY gym equipment that functioned properly. The bed in our king size room was hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. The walls were paper thin. Staff was pleasant though.

Overall this is a good hotel. Nice rooms with firm beds and good pillows. Clean and modern. A negative for me was the lack of a full restaurant. Their Bistro has only a few dishes and they make them well. You order at the counter and then bring to your room or sit out front. Not a cozy place to sit and unwind. I was happy to sleep there but went to the Four Points to eat most nights.
Booked two rooms two weeks in advance, but when I arrived was told neither room was available. There was another guest already in the lobby on the phone with Expedia for the same issue. Clerk didnt seem to care. Within a few minutes a half a dozen cops come in looking for another guest. I couldnt get out of there fast enough and found a room down the street. Drove past this hotel next day and cops were there again/still??? Do not reccommend.
I love this hotel for its convenience and friendly staff. We stayed here the first time in Dec 2018 for the holiday weekend. Diana was our receptionist. She was extremely friendly and attentive. Each time we came back to the hotel she said hello or good bye with a friendly smile. We chose to stay here again with our friends July 4th, 2019 weekend. Diana was working again! I recognized her. Again a wonderful experience because of her friendly smile. The maintenance lead and Diana really made our stay very welcoming. I hope management sees this and rewards Diana for a great job!
A friend and I requested a different room with extra space and they handled it right away. Everything in the room is modern and well kept. I was very impressed. And we had a HUGE balcony that actually had furniture on it. The lobby also had much to offer from a restaurant and lounge area to a spot to get simple amenities. I would highly recommend this place to any one.
Clean, comfortable value priced hotel north of Milwaukee. The best part of the stay is the wonderful staff. Kind and always smiling. They greet you every time you return to the hotel. breakfast buffet is good as well.
Hotel was clean and nicely furnished (looks as if it has been recently remodeled). Bed was comfortable. Shower was huge! Small balcony was a nice added touch to room. Quiet night even with youth basketball teams in hotel. Only complaint was that the breakfast buffet was wiped clean by the time I got there and saw no one replenishing items.
My experience was good. The hotel was in a good location. The rooms was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only con was no breakfast. However, the staff Mary and Shavonda made up for that. They were amazing, with wonderful personalities! Mary (at the front desk) was truly a gift from God! I watched her attend to the guest individually. In todays society, the world need more of Mary.

Newer Courtyard; rooms are updated and comfortable. Location is within 30 minutes of Milwaukee, depending on traffic. Area around hotel is composed mainly of warehouses, manufacturing facilities and businesses. Not a lot of dining options in the immediate area, but a good location to stay if you would like to be within easy commuting distance of Milwaukee attractions without staying right in town. Ample parking. Easy access to Hwy 41 or 43 (hotel is about halfway between them). Handicap accessible. Small swimming pool and hot tub. Small deli/restaurant with limited hours. Serves Starbucks coffee and has a small selection of wine and beer.

We stayed here when the hotel was recently renovated. It was very nice and spacious. The nightly fee was not expensive either. The main problem was breakfast. They have a starbucks cafe that has complimentary coffee/tea, and their breakfast options are good, but are all SO overpriced, and yes this is the only breakfast option here besides the market, where you can buy snacks and drinks. For three people on one morning it was $36 in all just for breakfast. I also did not sleep well on the pullout couch in our king bed/pullout couch room. They only provided one thin, TINY blanket and the mattress was thin. There was also a lot of light let in in the morning through the closed blinds, which woke me up early. So that was pretty disappointing. But otherwise, it was a very nice place and I would definitely stay there again.
We couldnt have made a better choice for our hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, gracious and accommodating. The food and service at the bistro were amazing. The rooms were clean, had a soothing decor, and were very comfortable. The beds are like clouds, and the hotel is quiet. We slept extremely well. We will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you.
