Dr. Nelson and his team of dental assistants have gone above and beyond! This team of dental experts helped in such a time sensitive matter, they also made me feel comfortable and eased my jitters about the dentist! I went in with some pretty concerning issues and they have done nothing but take care of me! Called with an emergency and they got me in within an hour and had me taken care of! Valentine was very efficient and Miranda took such good care of me! Dr. Nelson is understanding and definitely knows how to run a great practice! I will not use any other dentist as long as they are in business! Thank you to this entire team!

Dr. Nelson worked with my previous dental office to restore a broken crown, so that I didnt have to pay for the crown. Once the crown was placed, he provided an additional enhancement as a courtesy. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about providing the best option. I really appreciate his service and the team.

I have really bad anxiety when going to the dentist but Dr Nelson and his team really eased it. They did an impromptu wisdom tooth removal because it had a bad cavity. Removed it on the spot, no pain. Covered all my bases and even seemed interested in my personal life. Would highly recommend. Good practice

First of all, I seldom write reviews but felt compelled to do so after the wonderful experiences I’ve had with Dr. Nelson and his professional staff. I am always greeted with a smile, a friendly word and am seen in a very timely fashion (best of any doctors’ office, medical, dental or otherwise). Dr. Nelson has made an effort to get to know me (and my husband) and is very engaging to chat with. He is diligent in assessing our dental health, and recommending a course of action, without being an alarmist or applying undue pressure/stress. I highly recommend this practice if you are in search of an excellent dentist.

Any idea what it takes to walk out of dental office when youre moments away from having your teeth fixed? Pure disgust at the blatant bait n switch happening to you and the Dr. sticking to his story even as his staff tries to explain that this isnt what the patient agreed to. What you presented me with today was a bill totalling $2,187 vs. an agreed upon $480 and a strong insistence that we move forward. The words option or optional were not used in our conversation. END UPDATEHaving a wonderful team isnt enough when the star isnt so wonderful. I had an appointment to have teeth removed and a partial put in place. This was to be one step of several to fix problems that werent dealt with due to the pandemic. Every staff member was super nice during my previous visits. Todays appontment had me nervous already and my out-of-pocket expense was to be just under $500. When I arrived the nice ladies at the front handed me a bill for $2,187 to be paid today. I asked to speak w/Dr. Nelson and its really painful listening to someone expain how they jacked up your bill without consulting you.....as you nervously place yourself in their care. I received smugness, an icy stare, and an apology that sounded like the good dr was passing a couple of kidney stones. With that I chose to take my partial, my f-ed up tooth, and my hard earned $$ back on the road in search of a better provider. Hope the rest of you have better luck. I may have just caught the good Dr. on a bad day. Ill not be smiling til I find a better service but I wont accept poor treatment and definitely wont pay for it.

I have had several amazing experiences with Dr. Nelson. Due to past experiences I have severe anxiety with dental care and they provide nitrous during surgery, are so thoughtful and kind, and go the extra mile. Today I had a tooth cleaning, and due to COVID my usual Medicaid covered office I have been avoiding for over a year. I tried Dr Nelson office and my teeth have never looked more clean and I actually fell asleep during the process. ( I had a lot of calcium build up behind my bottom front teeth) I really cannot reccomend their office enough! They even have payment plans for people like me with no credit who still need dental care!

I came to Dr. Nelson because I had a filling done by another dentist that left me with discomfort while eating or flossing. The other dentist seemed to not know what the issue was, and honestly didn’t seem to care that much. Well, someone suggested Dr. Nelson for a second opinion, and I’m so glad they did. He replaced the filling, using a tooth isolation technique and also used some desensitizer, and now my tooth feels fine again! He personally called me afterward to see how it was feeling. I can tell that he truly cares about doing good work and helping his patients. Everyone at the office was kind and welcoming. I will definitely be switching my family over to this office!

Was in a large amount of pain with a broken molar, booked an appointment with Dr Nelson’s office through their web portal. Got several confirmation emails and text messages and when I went in to their office I was surprised to find it closed. Called several times with no answer. Very disappointing and had to deal with pain for another day until I could book an appointment elsewhere. Make sure you speak to a person before you book an appointment here.

Recently enrolled in my company’s dental insurance program and was looking for an in network provider that is conveniently located near my work.I found Peak Dental Health, and I am so happy I did. I was in the middle of an implant procedure when Dr. Nelson took over this practice. I was concerned about what a transition like this would do to my implant results. My concern was erased with my first visit and had already lessened with the wonderful introductory letter he sent to all of us. He is so welcoming and enthusiastic about dentistry. Dr. Nelson and the Peak Dental Health team are top notch. Heather was my hygienist & she was great. She guided me on a tour around the facility, which is quite modern, then got right down to work. It had been a while since I was last at the dentist and she was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing - from x-rays to checking my gums to letting me know what areas appeared to have some inflammation and what to keep an eye on. After my cleaning was done, Dr. Nelson came in for his look at my pearly whites. Today was my first visit and I feel very encouraged to know that after a long time Ive found a dental service that I can form a long term relationship with. The staff was warm and welcoming and obviously happy to be at work today. Dr. Nelson was very personable, obviously knowledgeable and willing to educate so that I can better care for myself. They have early morning hours once a week, good news for an early bird like myself. All in all a very positive experience.

Normally I would never do this, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I’m currently just up here working around the area and woke up with a horrible toothache and needed it addressed rather quickly. I tried calling a few local places to get a root canal done but after lunch time on a Friday there’s not a whole lot of people willing to work with you at the last minute. Luckily for me Doctor Brett Nelson and his staff answered the call and were there to help me out. I can’t brag on them enough for making me feel at ease, and making sure the whole process went as smooth as possible. After and during the whole process I felt no pain at all and I couldn’t be happier to no longer have a toothache. My sister was waiting at another dentist office with a terrible toothache. She waited for over 6 hours.I was frantic as I live in California and didnt know how to help her. I called Dr Nelson and he was ready to leave the office but said for me to send her in. His assistant had already left for the weekend but he managed to find her and call her back to the office. Best dental experience of my life, and I can tell some real horror stories from the past. The staff was friendly and smiling from the moment I walked in the door. They made me feel very comfortable. I was never left unattended for more than a few minutes. Dr Nelson called the following day to make certain I was doing alright and to see if I had any concerns.

So changing from the old dental office to the new office made me a little anxious. However, the employees at Peak Dental Health made me feel at home right away! I had 2 cracked front teeth and was not excited about having to get them crowned. I wanted the crowned teeth to look the same as my regular teeth. Fantastic experience! I hadn’t seen a dentist in years and was filled with embarrassment, shame, and anxiety and Dr. Nelson and his staff immediately made me feel comfortable and secure. I had some major issues to address and Dr. Nelson went above and beyond to create a plan that was affordable. I have had two appointments now, one being oral surgery and both times I f left with little to no discomfort. I didn’t have to take anything for pain, not even Advil, after oral surgery! This is an office filled with people who truly want to help people and I couldn’t be more thankful I am in Dr. Nelson’s care. He is extremely competent, compassionate, and I can’t thank him enough for giving me my smile back!

In my 51 years, Ive been seen by well over 20 different dentists. Dr. Nelson is only the second I would ever consider seeing again. Not only was the care superb, he took me on extremely short notice and made me feel quite welcome even as I imposed on the start of his holiday weekend.

Havent felt more comfortable at a dentist as I was at Peak Dental Health. They did more than they needed for me and than some. Also was going in for a root canal and Dr. Nelson was able to save my tooth from needing a full root canal. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Nelson and his team are wonderful! They are warm and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. What I was most struck by was the time that they each take to explain to you what they are doing, as well as how you can be active in your own dental care/hygiene. My two daughters also had appointments and felt empowered to take care of their teeth which I loved seeing. Dr. Nelson and his team are so kind and SO patient (and they had to use a lot of it for my 5-year old). It was a great experience!

Every member of the staff made me feel comfortable, and calm. I have trouble at the dentist, but the people and atmosphere put me at ease. He and his team are excellent at what they do and also very personable. I own a dental lab and work with many dentists. Dr. Nelson is one of the best.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to as well as my father who is sixty years old. Everybody remembers your name and are there to help. Excellent trust between the dentist and the patient. They’re there to help bottom line and trust your discomfort or pain when you express it. I’d recommend this dentist to anyone in Colorado.

I seriously have the phone number memorized. Dr. Nelson and his staff have made me feel like I am apart of the family since day one.I had to get a tooth pulled and the dentist I originally saw numbed my mouth and began to try to YANK my tooth out. I was so terrified, I left his office in tears with my mouth numb and my tooth still intact!After some research I found Dr. Nelson and not only did he put my anxiety at ease, he pulled the tooth effortlessly and painlessly! I didn’t even realize it was out. He cleaned it up and told me to close my mouth, we were done. I was amazed.Since then I have seen him for a bone graph, cavity fillings, and cleanings. I have referred him to everyone I talk to and have heard great feedback from the ones who have gone to him based on my recommendation.There is no other dentist I would want to go to. I’ve even joked about flying across the world to see him if I ever moved, but in all honestly, I would actually.The ladies at the front desk are awesome at sending texts to make sure you never miss an appointment. I visited Dr. Nelson for the first time today and the whole experience was awesome. He took his time explaining everything and his staff was genuinely cheerful and kind. His office is beautiful - lots of light and everything seems brand new. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Nelson is a perfectionist, which I truly appreciate! I had extensive work done on my teeth including replacing four front veneers with porcelain. After his recommendation of having the new teeth shaped and customized to my color, the permenant teeth look beautiful and I smile confidently! He is personable (as well as the staff) and skillful, and he is my familys Dentist. I would recommend Dr. Nelson and his staff to be yours!

Dr. Nelson and his team are absolutely FANTASTIC. First off, it smells so lovely inside. Second, the hygienist took such great care of me and I even laughed throughout my appointment. I have always been scared to go to the dentist and did not go for a number of years, needless to say I had to get a lot of work done. The staff made me feel comfortable and got my dental work done in a timely manner. Overall it was a good experience and I received some advice to keep my teeth healthy and clean.

My old dentist was no longer in my insurance plan, so I had to find a new dentist. Had my first appointment with Peak Dental today, and they were great. Very friendly and professional. Latest equipment and treatments. Dr. Nelson was very knowledgeable, but also practical... didnt try to sell me treatments I didnt need like my old dentist did. Also, he did a great job of fixing a tricky filling on my front tooth that my old dentist would have fussed over... no fuss, and great result!

I tried scheduling an initial appointment with them twice. They cancelled my requests on both occasions due to scheduling conflicts. My time is too valuable to let these people push me around. Therefore, I will be looking for a new practice.
