My husband and I have used KRD to file our taxes for many years, this year being the last. Due to certain financial situations we were eager to do our taxes early. After a couple months when we thought they were completed and paid, we received a notice form IRS to send in forms again. We then got a bill for more money owed to IRS. After sending this bill to Rich for advise and giving him a chance to help us understand why there was more money due, he suggested we contact the IRS. We are not comfortable doing our own taxes which is why we have hired him in years past. We hired him to complete the job and once we pushed back that it was clearly not complete he was completely rude and unprofessional with our requests. We simply wanted him to help us look into why they were not done correctly and why we were owing more money. His response was that we were asking too much and he does not give advise for free after he had spent already too much time for free. Clearly he was only concerned about being paid an absurd amount of money and has no respect or care for his customers. We are extremely disappointed with their services. While we understand we are not by any means a large client, we still except general respect while paying for services and they clearly have no desire to have us as a client.

Kristi is honest, professional and has great attention to detail. I recently started my own small business and I was nervous about doing my own bookkeeping. Kristi gave me a tutorial of quickbooks. She made learning the ins and outs of Quickbooks a breeze. I would highly recommend KRD for any of your bookkeeping needs.
