Best company I’ve worked for and my peers within the organization feel the same way. SPI supports its employees and is growth oriented. I feel very grateful to have found the opportunity.
After calling me and saying I would be a perfect fit for the company they terminated my employment 36 days later because we dont think its a good fit for the both of us. I received a week of training from a person who had no experience in the field they were training me for. That field was energy sales in the state of Pennsylvania. I was put on a team of 10 people and 7 of them had already been working the phones for 2 weeks before I got to the phones. When they fired me there was one person that had absolutely no sales and had been on the phone for 2 weeks prior to me even getting on the phone. I made more calls and had longer talk time than most people on the team. I worked hard and I have been in inside sales and have succeeded in every position that I have ever had. I was assured they would give me a 90 day or three month grace period to evaluate my performance. I had turned down other jobs because of this guarantee. Overall I found that they were much unorganized and I could tell they didn’t have the overall product sales system in place. Anyway I hope you read this and if you do seek employment there then realize it will probably very temporary since they have no product themselves. They are strictly an outsourced sales company. That means you sell some other companies product through Sales Partnership Inc. As soon as that client’s agreement with Sales Partnerships Inc is over so is your job. BEWARE THIS IS A VERY SKETCHY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY!!!
