Heath is no joke! His fit boxing is legit and super tough! I enjoyed it and was a good workout. He’s a good trainer as well and has fun doing it with us. You will for sure stay fit and lose weight doing his classes especially the fit boxing 101.

What an amazing trainer and equally befitting facility. Heath, the owner, goes out of his way to personalize your experience even during group classes. Has a genuine stake in the success of the people that come to his gym. Not just a number here. First name basis and exceptional customer service. He trains children and adults with the same vigor but in a way that makes it fun. Good gym. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there are consistently drain flies in the showers and sometimes a bit of a sewage/low tide smell. It doesnt bother me too much because I wear flip flips and get in and out.

I Love this gym. My kids love this gym and they especially love their coach Heath!!! My son boxed here and now my three daughters take classes here. Wont ever go anywhere else.

First off i have to say Cowboy really cares about the people in his gym. He pushes us to get in shape and its an awesome facility. If you really want to get in shape this is where you need to go.
