Called today August 26 and was seen within half hour after my call. (Tooth pain) came in and the Receptionist was generous. The Dental Assistant Tamara is so kind and respectful. The dentist Michelle is polite, honest and explains herself very well. This place is amazing. I keep coming back and specially in an Emergency!#1 place for me. Ill be bringing my daughter when she turns 6! Great job all staff. You all work fast and efficient. Great team. Great attitude! 👌👍❤️

Today’s dental has always been my go to dental office. I am 34 weeks pregnant and was in for a very much needed deep cleaning that I scheduled over a month ago . Today, i went in for my 1pm appointment but was told I arrived early by front desk and was also told no to worry and that the hygienist could see me. I thought to my self oh great as was already tired and didn’t have to wait .the hygienist was very unprofessional, unpleasant to say the least . She was already in a hurry and wouldn’t even let me talk, she had a very unprofessional attitude. She told me that her 1:30 patient was gonna come in and that she would have to tend to them. To which I replied, I wasn’t made aware of this . She then got more upset and her tone had already changed at this point and she kept asking me if I wanted to do this or not as she didn’t wanna argue with me any more . I just got up and left the seat because I didn’t trust her to complete my cleaning at this point. She was by far the worst professional I ever dealt with . I went to the front desk and the lady told me there was only one hygienist and that there was nothing she could do . Mind you I waited over a month for this appointment and not to mention I drove an hour for this whilst being 34 weeks pregnant only to be treated like this . I plan to file a complaint with my insurance company and with the today’s dental manager.. my goal is to bring awareness to this ignorant behavior. Health professionals should do better !!!

I felt no pain, and it was a great experience

I came in for a chipped tooth that was previously fixed and my appointment was at 10:30. To start it off I came in 15 minutes early and checked in then the front desk told me to wait in my car till I got a call, I ended up waiting over hour and only got in around 12. Once I got in I was treated as if I was at a fast food restaurant, the dentist slapped some resin on my tooth barely shaved anything down and then left to another patient. After I told him about the issue he came back and it felt as if I was burdening him because he had a different patient that he had to help. After that he once again got up and left, so I looked in the mirror and could clearly see that it wasnt even and the fixed tooth was to close to my other tooth so I couldnt floss. once again he came in shaved it down even more and said it was good. I swear my dead blind grandmother could crawl out of here grave and do a better job than this so called Doctor. To make it even better a week later while flossing my tooth chips again... its almost like I said it was going to be a problem but he was in a hurry to get me on my way. Literally go ANYWHERE except here and I can guarantee you will have a better experience.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. They made me feel extremely comfortable. I brought my 7 year old with me and they were so great with her. My teeth feel AMAZING. The staff is AWESOME! I’ll be back for my daughter’s appointment. Thanks Guys!

The Doctor and his Team are amazing. I would recommend anyone to go check them out. His also helping our community. He has done a lot for so many people and still doing more. Dr Chisom is Gods sent.

Tooth chipped in annual cleaning exam. No mention of discount for causing a new issue, then had to pay for an extraction of said tooth. Jaw bone exposed after extraction.

The best dental office I have been to in a long time. I was so scared before going but the doctor, and the assistants made me feel at ease. The place was clean, and I think they remodeled the office. I will definitely go back! Just found a new dental home. Thanks Todays Dental for making a pleasant experience.

The dentist assistant was really nice but the doctor didnt even talk to me at all. He was more interested in flirting with the assistant than helping me. Never even introduced himself but apparently he was the owner it was a wasted of my time because they couldnt even get the tooth out. I dont think they numb me properly because i felt pain when i just was suppose to feel pressure. Referred me to oral surgeon that couldnt help me either.

Was not gonna go to this office after reading the reviews. Not much option with state insurance. While waiting in the (small) waiting room I witness 2 different times how other customers treated the front desk and I was shocked, late is late not there problem you can’t make your appointment on time. Needless to say Dr.Mike and his assistant lea did a great job getting my root canal done pain free. Will be back for sure . Thank you for serving people with state insurance not a lot of options .

Horrible service, for one they will over book every appointment. So, expect to wait at least one hour after your schedule appointment. Last week I came to my schedule appointment for my kids and she tells me that the doctor left early and didn’t even give me a call to let me know it was canceled. Please do not go to this establishment! There’s another dentist by the name of Clear water in Robbinsdale with way better service.

It took them an hour and a half to do the crappiest permanent crowns Ive ever had done. My teeth do not close right anymore. They tried blaming my other teeth but my other teeth came together fine before they ruined my teeth. The office manager got me in on 3/1/16 to get my perminent caps put on. There is no place to sit, even children are forced to sit on the dirty floor. Its only about 60 degrees in here Im compulsively shaking like every other time Ive been here. This place constantly runs at the least 20 minutes behind your scheduled appointment, if your that lucky. The front desk staff person I spoke with was rude, spoke in a horrible tone, and refused to help me. Worst dentist ever. Do not go here. It smells of mold & the ceiling tiles are soaking wet. They ruined my teeth. My first temporary didnt last for even 20 minutes, well it started breaking immediately after I left when I was a mile or two away. The second temporary lasted longer but came lose last Friday, they cannot get me in till next Friday. I called last Friday & requested to speak with the office manager. I was never called back & the front desk staff was nice this time but didnt offer to have me come in to check the second temporary I had to have, nor did I get a call back. Im assuming the front desk staff never even told the office manager. This place is disgusting. Ill be going to an office that is cleanly & that the staff is professional & the dentists are more competent.

They have a great in house financing that worked for me! Started implant two weeks ago. Great staff but few times it’s been really over crowded In the waiting room.

I’ve been going here for years most the time I have bought a 20 minute 30 minute wait but I’m never there for than hour. Everyone there knows what they’re talking about really friendly they know me by name. I refer all my friends.

I have had extensive dental work done at the clinic and I love my smile!!Every one is so amazing.I have always hated going to the dentist, I’m very apprehensive.... from the moment I walked in the door I truly felt at ease and comfortable.I’d recommend Today’s Dental over and over.Doreen

I cant say enough about Dr. Mike. I had a difficult issue with my bridge and he got right in there and conquered the problem with ease, efficiency, reassurance, and making sure that I was happy. Problem fixed. He is a great dentist and the best that Ive ever had and I really value his expertise and kindness. Great place to go!

Im scared to go to the dentist for any reason but Todays dental made my experience very pleasant. I am thankful they got me in and out with no pain . The Hygienist and doctor was very thorough and made sure I left with nice pearly whites! Thank you !! :) will be back in 6 mos!

Where do I start? The customer service or quality of work? This place only cares about the money they collect. I have never experienced a place of business with such a low level of satifactory customer service. The women at the service desk should never call themselves a professional. I have witnessed them treat people over the phone like garbage and then hang up to continue to talk about then to other employees.. I would not even repeat the stuff I have heard. But, the last straw was when I witnessed how a kid and his mother where treated for being a couple minutes late to an appointment. I had just one more appointment with theses people cause their quality work is garbage.. But I just got up and walked out. I felt so good telling that lady I would never go back to that place again! Go elsewhere if you can.

I got into an accident Aug 8, 19. I came to this particular clinic right around Oct 19 about 2-3 months ago. They checked my teeth and took X-ray etc. I was told by the dental office that they will send the required documents to the insurance/claims people and hoped soon, I’ll get a phone call to schedule an appointment. Until today, I have not heard from the dental clinic or any staff. I’m sorry but if you are not able to help, let your customers know.

Well I was nervous to go because of the reviews. Dont listen to the bad reviews people! Dr.mike is super nice! He is saving a tooth. Im very happy I found a great place to go too. Everyone was so nice. It saddens me that people have no respect for otheres. Their here to help so if you want a great place, and nice workers go here!! They understand if your having pain its the worse to deal with but dont take it out on good people! Clients learn manners please.

I had a dental appointment at this place 2 years ago and it was ok. Recently I called to get a referral from them and the re receptionist let me know I had an almost $200 spend down. I had never heard of that term before and she couldnt explain it to me. All she could tell me is that it had to be paid before anyone would schedule an appointment with me. I had been trying to reach the office manager with no luck for 2 weeks. I finally went in and the receptionist was on the phone being some what rude to the person on the other line and had the nastiest attitude when she realized we had just got off the phone. Still no luck with the office manager. Looks like its going to be a civil matter.

The best place to go for dental service in Brookkyn Park. The doctor genuinely cares for every single patient that comes there. Very quick with extraction. The staff are great! And they try their best to accommodate everyone. I have referred my family and friends to todays dental, and Ill definitely be back.

If I could give them a 0, on the poor customer service, lack of professionalism and the horribly trained front desk staff. They are rude and if you are requesting any documents or patient information, you will turn to ashes before they even attempt to send any information over. Todays Dental needs better front desk representatives.So I called and wanted to speak to the Office Manager, however, the front desk staff proceeds to place me on hold for fifteen minutes and return to the call to tell me that the Office Manager would NOT be available to talk because she is assisting the Dentist / Doctor with a procedure.

I read the reviews before making an appointment at this office and I will be honest with you I was scared!!!! But being on state insurance this was one of my only options and with this type of insurance I do not expect a high class establishment (lets face it a place that takes state funded programs cant expect much) But out of my experience here I loved it place was clean, staff was amazing and great doctors. They really make you feel relaxed. I have to say when I was working and had different insurance and went to another dental office yes that place was nicer looking but the people at Today Dental are well worth the change. Thank you for your help today with my cleaning. I will be back and recommend anybody thats looking for a dental office.

This place is a no frills type of place. Having said that, the staff are all very kind and helpful and Dr. Nwokocha is a real professional. If youre having problems with your teeth or its been awhile since your last cleaning, give these folks a call. They can usually fit you in without much of a wait.

I would never ever go here!! They are dirty. No place to sit in the lobby. My appointment was at 10:30 am and I left at 11:15 am without being called! There was a woman screaming in the back the entire time. The staff laughed at her. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. I would literally go anywhere else, but here. This place is what nightmares are made of. Very unprofessional and they dont care about their patients just the money.

I have been at this place since they opened, yes they make you wait sometimes when YOU are late, so be on time, and even when you are on time, you can get back there late but not all the time, stuff happens. The most important thing to me about this place is that they take really good care of their patiencesSo if you are looking for someone that is really going to take care of your mouth, give them a try, and just learn to have patience.

My Sister recommended this dental office to me after getting her teeth repaired, by the way they look awesome💕 Im in the process of getting my teeth worked on, and I love the service I have received thus far... I would recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

If I could give them a zero stars I would. Went in for my appointment come in early to do paperwork waited over an hour before they took me in only to tell me to make an appointment for later in the week to do what I came in to get done.

Dr. Nwokocha, is Amazing! my daughter needed 4 teeth pulled before she can get her braces on, she was so scared! Dr. Nwokocha had all 4 teeth out before she even knew he started! Seriously less than 3 minutes and all 4 were out! I am so thankful for his great care of our family throughout our many years of being his patients.

Horrible horrible horrible place. Im kicking myself for not changing dentist sooner. First thing, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. The receptionist finally ask me my name, after realizing she didnt check me in, even though I had already given her all of my information. I was there with my mom, one young child, and a new infant(you couldnt help but notice that we were waiting forever). The receptionist kept staring at me, as I watch everybody else walk in. At the 2 hr mark they finally saw me for my appointment, only for me to realize, the dentist there had ruined my front teeth!!! The two males dentists kept sanding down my front left tooth (for a filling). In which they nicked my right front tooth giving what looks like a sanded off chip. When I went in today to get the filling I was told they dont know how it got paper thin, and I need to get a root canal, or a crown. Also told me I needed to pay them right away, they would not check to see if it was covered by my insurance. I thought about it for a minute and got out of there before they did more damage. These people are clearly scam artists.You serious caution and common sense before going here

I schedule an appointment two weeks in advanced for a cleaning, got to the dental place and waited 20 min before I was seen only to get x-Rays done. They didnt even call to let me know that the doctor was not in to do my teeth cleaning. What a piece of crap. Seriously un professional. I left work early because with their hours its hard to get an appointment only for them to tell me to reschedule. Im just so upset that they did not call me. Never going there again. Worse experience ever!!!

I havent been here for over 2 years. The dental assistant and dentist were very friendly and professional. The reasoning for a low rate is because the last time they scheduled my appointment, they strictly emphasized to me that I will be charged for missing my appointment even by 5 minutes and will have to pay it upfront. The day of my appointment, I showed up to find that they were closed for the day. I never went back again. Very unprofessional with scheduling. A quick phone call to let me know that their office would be closed would have been helpful.

They absolutely suck, they turned down my 2 kids cause were trying to verify insurance when I had it and said would call me back and never did, I suggest never going there by far worse dentist I have ever been to, they should not be in unbelievable unbelievable who turns away kids even if said no insurance got look it up better when I had insurance cause I went to a different dentist they looked it up just fine!!

They do a rush job and really dont care about the patient only the money. I called my insurance after leaving and there was work they could have done to my teeth but instead made it seem like the more expensive option was the only route I could go. My family of 5 will not return after today.

Todays dental, I was welcomed and treated with respect. I love the staff theyre the best! I have recommended friends and families to todays dental.

Was referred as an emergency and was told by the VERY RUDE receptionist the earliest I could be seen was two weeks out. She answered the phone by can you hold thanks click so she got the same thanks click as my way of saying I have an appointment the week after so forget it. If you dont have manners or know the medical definition of emergency Im not interested in your apparent chop shop.

Jacque is great, love her!! I was so afraid to go to the dentist but Jacque took the time to make sure I was comfortable and I could tell she really cared about how I was doing, she is always smiling and super friendly, greets everyone.

Terrible place. Please please please take your time to research another dental. I know I should not be picky because Im under Ucare, but when someone is dealing with your teeth, they need to listen to your concerns! I have extremely sensitive gums, the dental hygienist seemed to not even care and just dug away with my plague. OH, I almost forgot to mention that while he was cleaning my teeth, he was telling me how horrible they were and how I am bleeding so much because my teeth were so bad. Okay, I understand my teeth is bad, but did he really have to go on a five minute rant about how bad MY teeth were? I brushed it off when he said it the first two times, but when he kept going on and on, it was getting annoying. I also had my cavity on the right side of my mouth filled by an African lady. Unfortunately, the next 3 days I could not chew with my right side because it would hurt really bad (the feeling as if Im chewing on tin foil). Called them, and went in the next day to get it fixed. Two days later it was still hurting. Had to CALL AGAIN, went in and got it fixed. TADA! All done! ONE last thing I will mention is that I BELIEVE the dental hygienist (I think he was Indian or French?) broke off a bit of my tooth in the back of my mouth while he was cleaning my teeth! YES!!!!!!! Like I said before, this guy cleans ROUGHLY. Before the hole was never there until after I went to Todays Dental. Now Im going to Comfort Dental in New Hope to get my teeth fixed because they have great reviews on them. PLEASE BEWARE!!

I have been to different dental clinics in different states and my experience at Todays Dental is by far the BEST. Clean environment, courteous staff and the Dentist was very professional and knowledgeable.

They lie and treat people horrible. I had to help this 82 year old lady to her care cab cause she was asking for help and they the three ladies behind the desk were telling her when they get time. They were talking to each other about some kind of make up. Sad!!! I helped her to her ride and she asked if I could please get her some water cause she had been asking for 1 and a half hours amd nothing. Heartless !!! What if we put them some where they had no acsess to water or anything. Bet they would want someone to listen to them . no respect for each other anymore!!!

I woke up with a really bad toothache. I called around either theydidn’t take my insurance or had no openings. I called today’s Dental they got me in same day. I was so grateful

At first was not happy did not get called beack until 40 mins after my appointment!!! But ended up HAPPY and will be back. Really took the time and explained what issues I had going on in my mouth, Jacquie the Offie Manager did a great job explaing what my insurance covers and doesnt. Since iam on the state insruance of course doesnt cover major work. Down to earth staff and friendly.

The front desk staff was very helpful and nice, but the welcome area was quite full and didnt seem very clean or well lit. It just wasnt very welcoming.Upon being taken back, my hygienist seemed to rush through everything. He rushed me to do some X-rays, and the front desk ladies were very nice in amusing my daughter during this (she had an appointment directly after). After the X-rays were done, he asked me a few quick questions, though it was hard to understand because he was talking so fast and seemed to be rushing through them. During the cleaning, I mentioned that I have sensitive teeth and gums, and despite this he still yanked away and seemed to rush through cleaning my teeth. I bled a lot, which is partially due to not flossing as often as I should, but he was really rough on my gums. I had scrapes on my gums from where he pressed the little mirrors handle against my gums so hard. It was AWFUL. Then, the dentist came in, they gave me a rushed consultation, and said we were done and rushed me out of the office. They werent personal or friendly, or even that fake professional-friendly. I was literally just a number with a dollar sign to them. After my appointment, my daughter wouldnt open her mouth, and I was rather thankful.I also wasnt impressed with the fact that they billed me for an Oral Hygiene Instruction (the 30 seconds the doctor stopped to go over my X-rays Im guessing), without asking me if I would like the instruction. I feel like if its an additional charge to the cleaning, I should have been made aware of it, and asked if I would like it. Im severely disappointed in this place and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

This place is so disorganized every unqualified employees from the manager to the front desk you name it.... i will never go back there and I dont recommend to anyone coz i dont want wat happened to me to happen to someone else...... its was really bad experience for sure.....

Day 2 even worse experience. Especially coming from a dentist Ive been going to for years . She has ruined it for me @ this location . I cannot believe how disrespectful and rude she was . Making smart comments HOW DONT U UNDERDTNAD ITS SIMPLE when Im calling to get information on my x-ray & Referral . I literally had to drive their to see her face to face to address how rude She was to me & she continued to be rude . Back Talking Me, Rolling Eyes, Actig as if Im illiterate & bothering her . Im waiting to here back from coorprate .

Totally amazed at how kind and professional the staff was. They literally pulled my tooth in 20mins. No pian at all while they pulled it. The best dentist appointment ive ever had. And i hate going to the dentist. 5 stars!!!

Great staff, Great doctor, I finally found a dentist i could trust.

Had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 for a tooth ache my previous filling fell out a couple days prior.I arrived around 3:15. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The waiting area was small and full. I wasnt called into my appointment until about 4:30. The dental hygienist, didnt know what she was doing as far as taking xrays she just had me waiting for at least 15 minutes until someone could help her (honestly I dont think she was certified I dont know if thats the correct word or not but she did not know what she was doing). So once the x-rays were done, I waited an additional 20 minutes before the dentist to come take a look at my xrays. Finally Dr. Juean (not sure about the correct spelling) comes into the room asks me whats going on, & I explained. He looked at my xrays and did a physical look at my tooth which only lasted for about 1 minute (that made me feel a little uneasy like he was rushing). He proceeds to tell me that the tooth needs to be extracted. I was firm with him and I said I do not want to extract any of my teeth I would like to save this to could we do a root canal? His immediate response was no if we do root canal youre still going to have pain (Ive had many root canals and one thing I know is that once having a root canal it takes the nerve out of your tooth, therefore your tooth is dead you just want to save the tooth so that you dont have any gaps). He then proceeded to tell me again, we can extracted your tooth you can come back and get partials or implants. At this point Im upset and I told him no I DONT WANT AN EXTRACTION PERIOD . He then pats my shoulder and says Ok well let us know and you have a good day. 2 days later I went to the University of Minnesota Dentistry School (where I usually prefer to go) and was told by the Clinical Dentist and the student that my tooth does not need to be extracted they then proceeded to add a filling in my tooth and I went about myday. Todays dental is TERRIBLE, STAY AWAY IF YOUR TEETH ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU!!!!

My visit here was not very pleasant, I came in for an extraction and left with a broken tooth, I could not be seen because they were too booked . I was in terrible pain for days. The staff at the front desk was not courteous and was very rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There was other customers expressing their concerns in the waiting room as well.

Not a good place to take your children, my 5 year old has been in pain for weeks waiting on a dentist from todays dental to refer her to another dentist 1 month later my daughter finally gets an appointment with the dentist and they tell me that they dont provide the services that she needs so my kids has been in pain for a whole month and we got referred to a dentist that cant help her

Hate this dentist and their service this is my third visit for the same tooth then it told me to come do a walk-in appointment so I come walk in I sit here for 3 hours for a 1-minute shave down on my tooth one of my fillings fell out above that and it wouldnt even do that for my on the walk in no sense at all left working for early for nothing and still going to be in pain for who knows how long now ugh😡

Super dirty office/exam rooms/equipment. Go elsewhere if possible.
