We were very happy with their work. Tim was good at keeping us updated on the status of the job, and the quality was solid. Our water-damage disaster ended up with us having a better looking basement than before.

Came home late Sunday nignt to an inch of water covering our basement floor. I found Just Us on Google and they came out that night and extracted the water, removed damaged flooring and set up fans and dehumidifires. They were very pleasant and professional to work with and left at 1am Monday morning. They came back on Wednesday to check things and found that it needed more time and adjusted equipment to target the areas that needed it. They came back again on Monday and everything was dry. Good follow through and answered all my questions. I would use them again if needed.

I had a sewer backup in my entire basement. It was horrible the worst day of my life by far! Everything smelled terrible all of my furniture and personal belongings where ruined!Nate and his crew arrived within one hour of me calling them. They where professional courteous and very respectful. I had never experienced anything like this before and I have never made a claim with my insurance company before.To say the least they made the process easy and walked me through each step. I had a million questions and Nate was able to answer ALL of them. They also do the reconstruction after the cleanup and demolition was done. It was nice having one contact with one company I have read and heard horror story’s of the cleaning company’s that come in and then leave your home in pieces and your left to pick them up all by yourself!They work off of the insurance company’s billing so I wasn’t stuck paying for anything that insurance did not cover!I wouls recommend JustUs to anyone that has a disaster or just need a fresh remodel my basement has never looked so nice and smelled so fresh!5 out of 5 stars,Thanks JustUs!

We had water damage on the wood floor in our kitchen and Ben and his crew did a great job of finding matching wood, installing it, sanding it down and restaining it to match the wood in the adjoining rooms. The communication was great during the process and we were very pleased with the final result.

Our remodeled bathroom looks awesome! The knockdown texture and walls came out perfect. Very professional group of guys. We are super happy with the results and I highly recommend them. Money well spent!

I would highly recommend using Just Us. I used them one time for water damage and they did such a fast and good job that I went back to them 2 more times when I had problems at my new house. Besides doing a great job they are all just really good people in general and go the extra miles to make there customers happy.

They were polite, very responsive, always on time, thorough, honest after we accidentally overpaid, and went out of there way to help us identify improvements to prevent water damage from recurring and even implemented some of those improvements for us without significantly altering our final cost from the estimate. Their entire team was great to work with. Would definitely work with them again if we go through water damage again and highly recommend.
