Austin is the best! Literally saved the day when he came to our rescue to save our stalled hearse. Fast service, professional, friendly, accommodating, seriously so happy with him and Cardinal. Thank you!
Like others have said: all they care about is money and helping themselves, not helping the customer.
I think the employees could use customer service skills. This place is all about their benjamins. They make the most money from towing cars from the church just a mile down the road. Pretty much what happens is if you leave your car there that pastor may call the cops and the cops will tell them to tow . Cardinal comes and Tulsa and Bam leave it for a couple of days youll easily spend $300. A very shady and Im disappointed in both the pastor and the Brooklyn Park Police department for what seems in alliance with Cardinal towing. Hate to slander the pastor but he should know better that by towing the car it will cost the owner of the vehicle big money- and they can afford to leave the cars for a bit.
Got rear ended by a distracted driver and cardinal towed my car for me. I went to hospital to get checked out. The next day I went there to get my personal belongings. They were very nice to deal with. I sure appreciate the good job they do and how pleasant they were. I wasnt sure what to expect as Ive heard lots of horror stories about towing companies. This one is a good one. 😊
Hot studs workin hard
Saw one of their trucks run a stop sign near loring park on a crosswalk while people were trying to cross. Not professional nor safe.
Read reviews with the lowest ratings. They will sum up everything you need to know. No long paragraph needed. Just a big no.
Tim have very good customer services. He was able to figure out the problem without having to tow my vehicle. I love their services and I will be using them in the future.
Make sure you know your laws so this place doesnt scam you out of your stuff. Sounds like they tried to keep a small utility trailer that doesnt weigh 3k lbs and asking for plates. Note, small trailers that weigh less than 3k lbs do not require plates and tabs in mn. Scumbags
Was coming home from my second job. Hit something on 694. Blew the tire. After my brother help put on the spare the back was making a loud clucking noise. Called two other places. One said to busy. The other said something about covid and couldnt come out. Took a total of around twenty minutes after we called for the flatbed to come out. Dennis was professional and kind. I didnt even have an address and he found us right away.
These guys made the hassle of getting towed much less frustrating than it usually is. They are great people to deal with.
I attempted 4-5 times each, to arrange a tow through two other smaller but well-reviewed towers. Neither ever picked up or returned my calls.Cardinal was less favorably reviewed. Which baffles me now. Why? They were immediately available, responsive, communicative, and reasonably priced.Truth from error: sometimes hard to discern.Should need arise again I will call Cardinal first.
Such a helpful staff. I called to have my car towed to a service center due to a stuck e brake. The man who showed up was very helpful and helped me take the car off the jacks for tow. Highly recommend these guys!
Ridiculously too expensive!!! I truly felt like I was robbed by this place..
Friendliest and most helpful bunch of guys. Got my car towed quickly. They arrived at the scene of the accident quickly, and promptly got my car up on the flat bed of the tow truck. The guys at the lot told me exactly where my car was, and moved a few cars around for me, so I could get my things out of my car. They even helped me get my license plate cover off. I am definitely keeping their number saved in my phone 100% recommend!
Last week I had a flat tire on 694. I was on the phone with my roadside service when a police officer pulled up and called a tow truck for me. Cardinal towing showed up with 15 minutes. Driver was very kind, professional, and handled my car with care. Thank you for helping me out of a stressful situation.
They showed up late, charged us $134 to tow a small car 2 miles to the shop because of a lack of communication between the customer service rep and the person sent to tow the vehicle. Were completely unforgiving and refused to work with us. Would highly recommend against using their services.
They answered quickly, came out quickly, and helped me get in my vehicle so I could be on my way. Great service!
Great customer service, quick at responding to needed tows!
My husband got his truck towed in the early morning hours of New Years Eve due to an apparent snow emergency declaration in Brooklyn Park. This newer questionable method of dealing with this law appears to be some kind of racket between the police department and the towing company. We parked on a fully plowed road (from curb to curb) in our townhome area so our driveway could get plowed by our associations plowing company after the snowfall. Going off of the info in an email I received directly from the city, it was our understanding that you could park on a fully plowed road until 2 am or risk being ticketed and/or towed. If the road wasnt plowed, you would have to be off the road by midnight. I went out to move the truck back into our driveway at approximately 1:50 am and discovered our truck was gone. At first I thought it had been stolen, but soon discovered it was towed by this company (Cardinal).Cardinal Towing has a 24 hour phone number, but does not physically open until 9 am to deal with getting your vehicle. I highly recommend going as soon as they open because we were unable to go until 11:30 am and it was packed. This place requires you to bring your vehicle title (copy is OK), drivers license, and proof of insurance to get it out (no exceptions). You also need a minimum of at least $205 in cash (no checks accepted and credit card policy is confusing). The process is extremely slow and a bit chaotic, as there was only one person helping with the paperwork and payments. Their lobby area is barely able to hold 5 people comfortably and we were stuffed inside with about a dozen people. It is not very accessible for anyone who is in a wheelchair or who would need to sit down. I should also note that the front parking lot for the business isnt very big, either. After waiting for about 1 1/2 hours, we were finally able to pay and get my husbands truck out of the lot. The person behind the counter was a bit gruff in demeanor, but was fairly reasonable. Another employee was wonderful and he helped people get papers or other needed items out of their vehicles from the backlot. He actually told my husband he felt the whole towing from the plowed road thing was overkill on top of a ticket. When my husband went out to his truck, he then discovered that we got a ticket from the police department that will cost us an additional $75-100 on top of the tow. The time of the ticket was around 12:30 am. If a snow emergency is declared where you are, I strongly suggest not parking on any roadways at all and going to a recommended parking lot instead. All in all our experience was mediocre at best and a harsh financial lesson.
They got our car off the road quickly. No hassle getting our things either. Place was a little run down but they did the job.
Only accept cash, no debit or credit cards. Need to have title and proof of insurance to get your car back if towed during snow emergency. Office was over crowded for snow emergency towed crowd of people.
Drivers are helpful as can be for tow truck drivers. Owner wasnt too kind not helpful though
The car got in a ditch. Called Cardinal Towing, was put in the back of the line and was told they are hours behind because of a snowstorm. Hours pass by, no tow truck available. A state trooper marks the car as hazardous to other drivers and calls Cardinal Towing. They show up 15 minutes later. Same car, same day, same location. They are unavailable to a private party for hours, they are available to state troopers within minutes because they can charge double for pulling and transporting the car to their impound lot. Cardinal doesnt attach the equipment to the vehicle properly, ending up damaging the bumper. After paying for service, showed the damaged bumper to the owner named Dennis. He responded using profanity in front of kids and other customers. Its unfortunate that people are forced to use this unprofessional, to say the least, company and its pathetic that State of Minnesota does business with Cardinal. Too bad the least I can give them is 1 star. Is there an option for negative stars?
The tow truck driver just left my house and I couldnt have been more pleased! He was professional, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. He hooked my car up quickly, verified where it was to go...and was OFF! I havent been disappointed with Cardinal before and I expect to refer them to others in the future. Kudos to a company who is keeping me as a happy customer. (To those people who gave Cardinal a bad rating, please consider towing insurance with your insurance company. That makes the decision to tow a lot easier to stomach!)
Never do business with these human pieces of trash, the whole place is dirty. They charged me 300 dollars for 24 hours worth of storage. 200 dollars for a tow, 35.00 for them deciding to use a flat bad on my CAR, & 70 dollars for storage for a day. NEVER EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.Ps : TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, CROOKS AT BEST
Vary quick response
Rodrigo was awesome and very helpful when I had to get my car towed to Costco for a flat.
I called and the woman was friendly and set me up, said the truck would be to my house in a half hour and he showed up in 20 mins!! Thankyou CHAD!!! Awesome service and affordable price. I will use them again in the future if I need to. Quick painless process.
They are very unprofessional. I willl NEVER use them only as a last resort. They do not give accurate info. I had my DL/insurance card and they refused to id my car requesting tab info. Who the hell comes to a tow yard for a car thats been in an accident? Screwed up hours!!!! DO NOT USE THEM.
My car was recently towed and I asked to get my things out of the car I have my babies wic vouchers 4 months worth of similac!!! And they wouldn’t let me get it out of the car unless I pay $215, when have you ever had to pay t get your things out!!! The most insensitive human beings, how are they still in business. The lady on the phone told me that it was the law to pay to get your belongings out of the car!!! So I called the Brooklyn park police station and I was told they basically can do whatever they want!!! I will be reporting this and let this be heard, this isn’t right!!!
The tow man didnt use gloves. When I got into my car the next day in the daylight, the outside handle, insdie handle, wheel, key ignition, WERE ALL COVERED IN OIL/GREASE. I have to buy a whole new wheel cover! THAT COSTS REAL MONEY. Dont use this tow service unless its your last resort, very unprofessional! Gloves are not hard. Ffs.Dont believe the 5-star reviews! Theres no way they were left by anyone that wasnt their friends.
You guys are the worst.
Very rude and unprofessional, they show no compassion for you or your needing your kids medication car seats or cloths out of the car if you can’t pay cash they pick and choose the hrs they operate
I just had my car towed, and I could not be happier. It took only a few minutes for the truck to arrive, and the guy who towed my car was professional and friendly; easily one of the nicest guys I done business with in a while. He was obviously good at his job and took it seriously, but he went above and beyond:-dropping my car at the dealership for repairs, he picked a parking spot that would make it easy for the repairmen to push the car into the garage.-My car is a convertible, and he thought to put the top up in case my car didnt get into the garage tonight.-Stopped loading my car and backed it up a little before continuing to avoid any chance of the fender scraping on the chain.Cardinal needs to hang on to the guy who towed my car tonight. He is a credit to his company and Ill call them next time I need a tow.
Friendly fast service.
The worst experience Ive had with any business. The lady didnt know anything, was rude and not helpful. She hung up on me 3 times out of the 4 phone calls placed. The insurance company wanted to tow the vehicle to another lot but they would not allow me to get anything out of my vehicle without paying them over 200 dollars. People need their things before it gets towed half way across the state to some other lot to be reviewed by the insurance company but apparently their 18th century business model doesnt allow that. Oh by the way, cash only.
Had my car towed there after it was there very good service
Bunch of crooks don’t waste your time. Went in to pick up my vehicle and just got money out of the atm and when I went to pay I counted my money 3 times in front of the guy at the counter. After I give him the money I turn to look at the tv and the guy behind the counter says I’m $20 short even though I just counted it in front of him. I tell him I just counted it 3 times and I know it was the right amount. Another old guy behind the counter said “It happens frequently that people miscount their money, the last guy in here was $60 short and said he counted it as well.” Literally his words. Scumbags and lowlifes here. Will rip you off big time.
Worst experience with a towing company ever!!! After getting in an accident I informed Cardinal Towing that I have AAA and would contact them for a tow. The driver insisted that he would just get the car off the road and there wouldnt be a charge. Next thing I know my car is under lock and key at Cardinals tow yard and they wont release it to me unless I pay $350. Dont trust anything they say- nothing but crooks.
My mother was trying to get all the information to get her car out and Nancy continually hung up on her and got an attitude when asked was that all the information! She is very unprofessional and Im not understanding why or she is the supervisor of this place! I hate that I will have to deal with her when picking up my mothers vehicle she truly has no people skills and should not be in customer service if she doesnt like people!!! Very upset my car got towed here!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Extremely unhelpful and unfriendly staff, prepare to hear “can’t do that” a lot while asking for standard services.
The drivers, need to take a driving class or something. When two drivers from different trucks pulled out from the lot they didnt wait for a clear to go(THEY DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY) into the street. The first one nearly it the car in front of me, while the second truck barely hit my car, I had to swerve just to avoid a collision. Teach the drivers to drive!!!!
Stay away from this place. Got into a car accident. Only damage was front end. Engine was still intact. Tow guy came hooked my car up. Told them it was an all wheel drive vehicle and I wanted a flat bed tow. He didnt care. He insisted that my transmission was all ready messed up. Which it clearly wasnt and went on with it. Since my vehicle was on the highway and causing traffic, he just took off while i was talking to the officer. Worst place ever to go for tow service. They are getting paid by my insurance regardless, they dont care about anything. Not sure how these rude crooks are still in business.
Called for a quote on a tow, the woman that answered has to be one of the RUDEST humans I have ever encountered. It is BAFFLING to me this company stays in business.
Do not use this place not even as your last resort. Super unprofessional, and in my opinion should not be a running business.
Love shooting the stars with the guys. Especially Jeff and don
250$ for a tow around the block? Screw these scumbags. As I come to pick up my car theyre laughing about how they towed 14 cars from one parking lot. If a meteor leveled this place with every employee inside the world would be a better place.
Fast and friendly
Bad customer service, very unfriendly people in there, there is a good way to correct your customer when wrong. I recommend trainings
Rude service, and overprice! bunch of assholes! DO NOT EVEN CALL AND ASK! the reviews says it all. plus, they also do not do reservation but for you to keep calling until theres an open. i dont even want to put a star but i have to in order to publish this review,. t-.-t
Quick service
Most expensive tow I’ve ever had to pay. I was not expecting to pay nearly $200 to tow my car 2 blocks. My fault for thinking every towing company charges around the same price. Won’t be using them again if we need another tow in the future.
Called to have them tow a car sitting in the middle of the road. They said they would get it tomorrow. Called citywide instead. What a bad experience.
Could not have been better .. SAVED the day for us.
The fact that these lowlife scumbags are still in business is astonishing. Dont believe me? Try their service once!!!
Great customer service!!!
They suck. Hate them
Diver is very professional!
Rude and bad office hours
Return my buddies car to him!
Very friendly and helpful
Worst costumer service possible.
My car was recently in an accident and I have personal items in the vehicle and they said I had to pay, in order to retrieve my valuables!!! What tow company does this?? I didnt think they were able to do this... by far the worst tow company I have ever heard of..
Scammers.
The nicest people ever!!!!
Super unprofessional!!!
Gets the job done
Employers friendly,
Its okay
