I would and did go elsewhere. I called for our air conditioner today and the man who answered the phone was nasty. Thats the only word that works in this situation. When he answered the phone he said hello? instead of using a professional greeting with the business name. Id mentioned our air conditioner may be under warranty and he said they dont do warranty work unless they installed it, and then it would only be the compressor. I was okay with that as I would go back to the manufacturer if there were any warranty issues. He treated me so poorly, I was absolutely speechless. Ive had this business to my house in the past and am shocked at the way I was treated. I am using another company and recommend you do too.

After my last one star review a few months ago Brady assured me that everything would be taken care of at my parents house.My 83 year old parents have been doing business with Royalton for over 30 years.They just spent $8,000 on an AC install and had problems with their water/plumbing after the installation. Come to find out that some of the plumbing wasnt connected correctly and it possibly had damaged their water softener. Brady told me that they werent plumbers and therefore mistakes can happen. He assured me that they would certainly cover the cost of having whatever was wrong fixed. Just send me the bill he said. $1200 for a plumber and $1800 for a water softener later Im not sure where the disconnect happened but when my father spoke to him he said they would not cover any of the cost.My elderly father doesnt want to make waves but Im questioning what happened Brady 🤷

Weve been customers of Royalton for years and you wont be disappointed. Theyve always been responsive and provide quality timely service at very reasonable rates. Just today they replaced a part to get our furnace working again, and they only charged us for the part! Clearly they are committed to our long term success and you should give them a call

Does not honor Rheems manufactures warranty. Water heater was purchased and installed by Royalton 3 yrs ago. Water heater started leaking, spoke with Rheem warranty department who approved the replacement of the unit and they advised the dealer who sold the unit needs to process the replacement claim. Royalton will not process my claim unless they install it themselves and charge me $700 labor. Having installed countless water heaters in my life I have chosen to install my replacement water heater. Royalton still refuses to process my claim unless they are going to install it. Speaking with Rheem they advised this is not the correct way and the dealer cannot hold the replacement unit hostage in lieu of labor charges and they should be able to process my claim so I can do all the leg work/labor to install and send back the defective unit. Will never do business with this company, person on the phone was rude and not professional in any manner DO NOT DO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! UPDATE, I have spoken with Royaltons supplier, Roberts-Hamilton and they advised this is not how they should be doing business and they should still warranty my water heater even if someone else is doing the install.

Brady came out right away to give me an estimate. It was fair and reasonable. On install day Todd came out. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. He even helped out on a grill my husband and brother were putting together. Great guys I’d definitely call again.

I have worked with Royalton Heating for nearly 10 years. I have replaced countless furnaces and had dozens of service calls on my rental properties, usually without issue beside the fact that they always seem to recommend replacing vs. repairing. We *had* a good working relationship. For the most part they did a good job.I used them almost exclusively (except when they werent available) and was a loyal customer who provided regular business to them.That is, until I had them come to my office (where there are 3 furnaces) with a specific complaint of one of the furnaces (they installed 2 of them) not working properly/AC not working. I was charged 2 service calls on the invoice and called and left a message to advise that I didnt think that was right, and that I would be paying one service call since it was one property, one visit, and I had identified where the issue was ahead of time. I mailed my check, and that was it.Fast forward to today when I contact them to service YET ANOTHER one of my properties and Im told that because I had left a voicemail regarding this issue that they are no longer interested in working with me.If a company will walk away from a 10 year relationship with a customer who has spent over $20k over a disagreement with being billed an extra $99, not sure if that is the type of company you would want to work with. But its up to you.

Came when they said they would when my furnace wasnt working properly. Fixed it quickly ( replaced control panel/circuit board) Charge seemed reasonable. I would recommend this place and will be using them in the future.

Weve had Royalton fix our furnace, unclog something related to our furnace (no idea what was actually happening but we had a water leak), and now fix a gas leak and theyve always been prompt, courteous, and fairly priced. We are new homeowners and theyve made everything easy. Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience with Royalton. They were able to come out the same day my very old furnace died for a service call. They reviewed options with me and I ultimately decided on a new furnace. They were able to install it on the very next business day. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Just had my furnace tuned up by two very professional gentlemen.There was a problem that they found and quickly solved. I also asked about pricing on a future furance with ac and their prices sound a lot more reasonable than those big companies that advertise on TV. Give them a call.

The employees know what they are doing and explain everything to you. Unlike the bigger companies that advertise, they do not contract out the work! Exceptional service. They sent someone over immediately when the furnace they just installed stopped working. Even though it was my fault!! Highly recommend.

Had Royalton out to replace AC unit for upstairs, they were great and were able to replace AC in a difficult location. While I didn’t shop around extensively, price seemed on high side of fair. Would recommend for sure!

I asked them to fix my ac and they came late. Not only that but they were very rude. Ripped me off for almost 900$ and they scratched up my wall and talked talked about me behind my back and I heard through the wall. It was Brady that did this and he forced his kid to join him and I could tell the kid didn’t like him and he was only 10. Just a horrible service and I’m never gonna come back here again

On June 28th the start of hottest weekend so far in 2019, my ac started making an odd sound. I noticed that no air was coming out of the vents. Jumped into my records to find the last company I had worked with and gave them a call.Granted, a Friday at 12:30 gave me little hope of service that day, but I would pay for after-hours or weekend service to avoid going to a hotel. A sweet voice came back on the phone and told me that the first available would be July 10th...12 DAYS AWAY!! I almost could not find my voice when she asked me if I would like to book that day.A little panic set in thinking of the same response being repeated... I looked up the number for Royalton and dialed it. A gentleman answered the phone and I told him about a noise in my ac. He said it was my lucky day they had just had a cancellation and they could have someone out in about an hour. YES!!!The repairman was very friendly and arrived right at the hour. He figured the issue out right away, had to run out to get a part that was very specific to the York in my home. At 5:00 p.m. I was sitting in a very comfy air-conditioned home again!I cannot say enough about the service at Royalton. I am now a loyal customer and will always recommend Royalton.Thank you!!Valerie

I have been doing business with Royalton for over 40 years. Great service and product line. I have had air conditioners and furnace replacements over the years. They also have many service technicians that have been there for years. Not all companies today can say that. Thank you Royalton for always taking care of my needs as well as my family members. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Royalton was very responsive when our furnace started faulting out when we had -20 to -30 temps in the forecast. It did take three trips for them to ultimately fix the problem, which, unfortunately included some miscommunication from them as to whether our part was covered under our warranty. After they were done our furnace has been running fault free. The part that I wasn’t thrilled about was getting a bill for labor a week and a half later. I’m not upset about having to pay. It just never came up until the bill showed up. My wife and I actually remarked when they left “I’m surprised we didn’t have to pay for that.” Communication could have been better.

The guys do great work.Talk to the office to see what time they are going to be there and they dont show when they say they are going to very unhappy and they need to learn how to call the Customer and set a appointment and stick to it.Three times no show.

Very pleased they checked the fans capacitor (which is all that needed to be replaced) instead of jumping right to get a whole new motor!
