Never showed up! Luckily got a Lyft otherwise we would have missed our flight.

This taxi company is unreliable. I paid them a week in advance to make sure they come on time to drive me to a medical procedure. I called them in advance to remind. They came 20 minutes late.

I had two separate pickups scheduled and they didn’t call or come either time.

Very poor service, they came 15 min late and I had to repeatedly call them.
