My sons dog caught his collar on our woven area rug and pulled about a 2 foot long strand of material from the weave. We brought the rug in to have this repaired and to have it cleaned. The repair is invisible to the eye and the rug looks like new. The price was very reasonable and you are treated extremely well.

Bahman is a man if his word. Rugs picked up, washed, returned. These old rugs look perky and clean again. I’d had them chemically cleaned on site, but never saw any real difference. This time, they’re really clean. Very fast and reliable. I will use their services again for sure.

Boston Rug picked up my large Kazak rug and did a beautiful job getting many pet stains and a red wine stain out of it. The rug came back looking like new. They picked it up and delivered it for free and didnt try to sell me any cleaning services that I didnt need. Im very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the service and and most pleased with the quality of workmanship. I was moving and wanted all my Persian and tufted rugs cleaned. These folks picked them up at my house, and later delivered them to my new place, laying them out for me. Shampoo, nice new mats, and some excellent repair were all done in a timely and affordable manner. Communication was clear and efficient, and Bahman and Emir were very helpful and courteous.I highly recommend this wonderful company.
