Very thorough and helped me get set up quite fast for switching from Samsung to iPhone. Helpful in letting me understand everything that was happening and other information about switching my galaxy watch as well!

Matt gave excellent service. Only reason for four stars was one phone we wanted was not available and had to buy from Walmart and bring it in to be activated. That was more of a Verizon problem however.

Good service working through a very annoying experience with insurance on a broken phone.

All of the associates were incredibly helpful when my phone needed a warranty replacement and a huge winter storm messed up all of Verizons service centers in texas. They made it clear what any delays were and what options I had to get around them or to deal with them. All the associates were young, but very respectful and tried to be as honest and fair with me as possible.They helped me deal with Verizons customer service and got me past some account errors on Verizons side with a lot less hassle than if I had to do it myself.I sent back an old phone that died on me, got my warranty replacement, and got an upgrade to a new phone over the course of a couple weeks with a country wide polar vortex affecting everything. It was a lot more difficult than I would have liked due to weather and corporate verizon, and I probably got to known literally everyone at the store, but all the representatives made it much easier.

AJ and the whole Wireless world are a great group of folks. Very thankful for great customer service in Brookings, SD!

Today my experience at Verizon wireless was excellent. The associate David was informative, he also had a great detail on all the plans and everything worked and he also handled the transfer from straight talk to Verizon with excellent customer service. He was well spoken, patient, and calm he also had customer service skills that others could learn from. Also the atmosphere of the store was inviting and calm the other associate were polite.

Ian was very knowledgeable in upgrading our phone line. He knew how to be efficient as had no problem grabbing cases, applying screen protector, or answering any questions. The only thing that was a little odd, was when he had a question to another employee, instead of asking it out loud— he chose to text the employee. Overall great experience and fast!

Every time Ive been in for anything the device has been absolutely wonderful! The crew is always very friendly and helpful with all of my needs! Landon was the most recent retailer Ive worked with and he was super helpful and friendly! Id say the usual closing crew is who I deal with most and theyre fantastic!
