On time and professional service! It took them about 1 hour to do our entire upstairs. Very affordable pricing. I think I will have to make this a yearly to-do. I had requested for them to wear masks while inside the house and they compiled without questions. Would recommend!

Tom and his team where at our house within 30 minutes of my call for help. He is very knowledgeable about mitigation and what needs to happen in a quick fashion. His team worked together quickly to remove what had to go and to set up fans to dry what was salvageable. I was very impressed to have Tom personally stop over the following 2 days to follow up on the drying and ensure everything was removed that needed to be. We had a small situation a couple of weeks after our original mitigation need and within 15 minuets of the call we had fans back to dry. Tom followed up again with a visit to ensure everything was dry. Nu-Tech will be my first call for any carpet cleaning or mitigation needs in the future! Prices are very reasonable.

I highly recommend Nu-Tech! They did a great job, and they were all very knowledgeable and experienced—the owner especially has had a ton of training! They even have a special UV light that can detect pet-urine problems. The owner had warned me that some of the tough stains could reappear once the carpet dried but that they would gladly come back to work on them again. So when some of the spots did reappear, I wasn’t surprised. Nu-Tech was happy to come back for FREE and use a special machine that worked well on the spots. Plus they were just super friendly, nice guys who really cared about doing a good job. The price was very reasonable too. Stop researching and call Nu-Tech. I will definitely use them again!

They came to clean our carpets. When we moved in, the person before us had a cat and it smelled like pet urine. They came out and cleaned our carpets. They looked amazing when they were done. Most importantly, our carpets don’t smell like urine anymore. Thank you!

I called Tom had a situation with a customers brand new carpet. Tom had his guys there within minutes assess the situation. Cleaned the spot looks brand new. Very professional. Awesome job.

They did a wonderful job on our new house. Unfortunately the stains were so bad that they came back. Tom came by with the uv light and we saw how bad the previous owners pets stained the carpets. But he helped us out with getting someone to get new carpets so we could still move in. Get customer service. Highly recommended.
