Who know if they are good they only service Brookhaven area. So if you in another county forget it. And ppl wonder why Mississippi is dead last in everything.

Sold me a fridge gasket that goes around the door to keep the cold air in. Charged me a$152 dollars for it. I found out after that the gasket online could be purchased for $55.00 dollars. I put it on myself and it did not seal to the fridge. They wanted to charge me $89.00 for a service call whether they could fix it or not. I was told by a friend of mine to soak the gasket in hot water for 10 to l5 mi nutes then put it on the fridge door. It works fine and no service call was needed. My fridge works fine. I give them one star for charging three times the price and then trying to get a service call for somethingsumple to fix. Shame on you Mr. Appliance for your bad business deals. No wonder why people buy new appliances instead of getting the old ones fixed.

Called 5timeS in the same day to see if he had a part I needed. After giving my name number and model I had for the 5th time I gave up. It was a different excuse every time i called. Thats after the 4 times I called with no answer. This is way to much for a part.

Had them come out to fix my oven which I already knew what it was, the bake element needed to be changed so when they gave me a estimate of 300 to change it out, I still got stuck paying 108.00 dollars for him to tell me what I told him was wrong with it!

Repairman came out to repair switch on Microwave. Charged $98 to tighten a screw, but Door Open message appeared when door was closed. Returned to request $308 to replace and install 3 switches. This would have exceeded the cost of a new Whirlpool Microwave
