They did a great job installing large format porcelain tile in our master bathroom. Small but tough project in an old house - nothing square and lots of cuts. End product looks great! They were very responsive, always on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. Really professional in all their actions. Highly recommend.

Dealing with these guys was so great! I had never done any kind of rehab before and they were so great about explaining what was happening. I had a picture in my head and they brought it to life. If my ideas were getting kooky, I was reeled in, gently, and if they were good ideas, I was given full support. My bathroom is beautiful and I cannot believe that it is actually in our home.

Garza Restoration is the best contractor we have worked with on our 98-yr-old home in La Grange. They completely remodeled our kitchen, dining room (knocked down a wall) and bathroom and we get so many compliments on it. They worked with the city permits and approved subcontractors. I appreciated that the same three guys would be working on the house every day- I’ve worked with some contractors who never checked in on the project once they took our deposit check. The Garza’s finished our basement this fall and we cannot recommend them enough. They were professional, respectful, friendly and incredibly flexible while we were dealing with Covid. I really appreciated that they were very accommodating about some of my design tweaks as we went along and didn’t make it seem like we were too high maintenance/demanding. You can tell it’s very important to them that you feel heard and are happy. They don’t nickel and dime you or oversell you either. Overall the process was collaborative and fun—-they literally laugh and sing as they work! A pleasure to have around and great, quality work for a very reasonable price.
