We have been using Lisbon Creek for our phone system for several years and cant say enough about the quality and integrity of the their company, they are very responsive, and are always looking at new ways to help us with our technical needs, as we are a tech company as well, I can say this with all sincerity!We have 2 office locations, in 2 different states, and the phone system works perfectly for both, allowing us to answer calls from each location even if we are not there...through the phone system smartphone app!If you are in the market for a new phone system or maybe some other new tech for your business, Lisbon Creek should be top of your list!

The photos of the work they post that they are proud of says it all about this hack contractor. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Definition of trunk slammers with a tailight warranty. The positive reviews they do have have to be from the friends they did work for. I am embarrassed for them for the work I’ve seen them do and sad that they pass it off as acceptable. It’s sad that companies like this are out there going work it gives the industry a bad name. The prices they charge are insane for what you get. Low quality products and the cheapest cable available. The “techs” they have in the field must have came from time Warner because the quality of the install reflects that fully. If I could give -5 stars I would. Absolutely the bottom of the barrel quality and professionalism… Do yourself a huge favor and avoid them at all costs…

Lisbon Creek did a wonderful job converting our PBX system to a VOIP system with minimal interruption. We had multiple PBX systems across our four buildings. This was consolidated to one VOIP system with everyone now on extensions. The conversion was seamless without service loss and minimal downtime while changing out employee phones.We look forward to continually working with Lisbon Creek as expand and add additional locations to our service.

This is a business you can trust to get the job done right.

The jobs not finished until the paperworks done. We have a security system but no manuals and no training. Initially we didnt even have a user/password or name of the website to connect to. Our condos Property Manager spent maybe an hour on the phone with LCS getting his laptop connected to see video. The system password is computer-generated random characters, which works on my PC but not my phone. Help advises Note: It is highly recommended you change the initial password after your first login to avoid security problems. but gives no hint how to accomplish this. (I looked thoroughly, could not find it.) After the system caught an incident at midnight on a weekend, I spent hours finally discovering that I could get into the system with the Opera browser; all others failed. (Help references Internet Explorer 8; perhaps the system is IE-oriented; all versions of IE are unsupported by Microsoft and CANNOT RUN [Edge runs instead, and I couldnt get it to interface] on modern PCs.) Software is buggy. A plug-in is required, which must be downloaded EVERY time the software starts. (This requires exiting/re-entering Opera)I have yet to figure out how to download video. The download button seems to download (sometimes it says Download failed)... to where? Not downloads. How do I access it? It apparently can be sent to My Flow (whatever that is) but this requires a smartphone, and the process requires me to scan this code with your other device. But my PC, as is typical, does not have QR code reading ability. Why must I download to my phone rather than the PC Im already using? Connect your phone gives the steps ofDownload Opera Browser from Google Play or App Store.Scan the QR code with Opera on your mobile.Reveal the QR codeThat’s it! You’re all set! No login or passwords needed.This is TOTALLY wrong. You must login to an Opera account, and also re-log into the security system, which means you must re-load the Plugin AGAIN. After all this, youre back where you started.Its probably in the manual, but... we didnt get any. Maybe they hand them out at training!Attempting to reverse-play, always gets an error Playback failed. The time to back up to, must be entered H:M:S, and it takes 5-odd seconds to reach this time. There is a single-frame-forward button, but not -reverse, so this is not a workaround.The display can be split into 4, 9, or 16 cameras. However using this option merely showed a single camera at e.g. 1/4 size. Various clicking of other cameras did nothing. If multiple cameras can indeed be viewed, accomplishment is non-intuitive.
