First time ever in a SmileDirectClub and it was absolutely wonderful! I was taken care of right away. I was able to have an amazing SmileGuide, Paola answered all my questions and really made sure I understood the entire process. Her being a Spanish speaker made the experience even better for me and my father. I can’t wait to get my aligners, especially after Paola showed me hers and how they aren’t noticeable at all. The goodie bag was also nice I love the lip balm and it’s scent!

Erin & Nicole were both wonderful. The appointment was fast and informative. Erin was who I worked with mostly, and she was an absolute joy. Friendly and welcoming, she made me feel like I could ask questions. I am very happy with my visit.

Wow, totally impressed by this company! Ok, so you do get a lot of excessive communications/appt. reminders (email, text, phone calls) when you sign up to get your first consultation but I really enjoyed my overall experience. My consultant, Max was super nice and easy to talk to and had no sales pressure vibe at all. The technology used to take pictures of my teeth and bite was very super fascinating (has come along way since I was a teenager getting braces, no more nasty mouth teeth impression goo!). I was sent home with a free tooth whitening sample/LED light and a coupon. I ended up purchasing a toothbrush, toothbrush head replacement, toothpaste, and 6month supply of teeth whitening kit with the online coupon code (all that listed was 38$ with shipping and tax included). I just got it in the mail today and immediately tested out the toothbrush and whitening kit and I am loving it so far!

My appointment went pretty quick and I was impressed by the pictures taken to get my mold. Easy and painless. Every detail was explained and Erin was great. I have about two months left in my smile journey and I am seeing great results already !!! So happy I chose this path.

This place was great. Great service with even better staff. I was helped by a woman named Paola. She was so very polite and helpful. The scan was quick and very professional and she answered all of my questions when we were done. If this was something else Id also probably mention how beautiful she was, but let me chill. Nichole and her team took good care of me - the explanation and everything was thorough. I booked one of the free 3D scans and I didnt go in or leave feeling like I was pressured into committing (sure, they believe in and were trying to set me up with aligner therapy, but they werent pushy). Sadly, my results came back that Im not suitable for aligner therapy for the time being, for which Nichole gave me a call and left a message right away that a newer technology will likely be available soon (in a few months) and that she will be in touch again. Im looking forward to doing the new aligner therapy, if I can.

I signed my kids up at the Brookfield location. I was amazed by the technology that is used to create the aligners. Erin was extremely informative and answered every question before we were asked if we had any questions. She made sure both teens were comfortable with how to use and care for their aligners. Have had some issues with the impression kits and my aligners not fitting correctly. I would recommend if you are thinking of doing Smile Direct Club, go into the store to get the scan done instead of trying the impression kit. Scheduled an appointment at the Brookfield store to get a scan. Paola greeted me and checked me in. She was very professional, did a great job explaining what was going on, and what the next steps would be. Got the scan done quickly. Thank you Paola!

I would not recommend. Might be cheaper and easier to get but you dont ever see an actual dentist you dont ipr or attachments to help with movement of the teeth. I would not recommend !!! Rip off

Today was the beginning of joining the smile direct club. My whole experience with this clinic was great! From when I was first greeted by the receptionist/team lead to my actual appointment of scanning. The professional I worked with was Paola! I love Smile Direct Club. They use extra safe measures especially since Covid-19 started. They take patients on time and are very courteous. Paola was my SmileGuide and she was very friendly and nice. She had patience with me as I have TMJ so am unable to open my mouth super wide. Really excited to get my results in the next 3 days and start the process. It was really way better than messing around with impression kits and waiting to mail back and get the process started. My experience was amazing! I drove 40 minutes to do this because that’s how badly I want my teeth fixed. I had to bring my toddler (mom life) and he was NOT having it. They reassured me it was okay and Paoloa even played with my son to keep him calm, since he was having such a big fit. Erin was insanely knowledgeable and quick so I could be on my way with my fussy toddler lol. I appreciate them so much and I highly recommend them!

From when I stepped in, I felt very welcomed to Direct Smiles. I was a little nervous to see what would happen but as we went through, Alison reassured me at every step and we had a couple good laughs, she says were best friends now so i was in a very friendly environment. Yesterday, I started my week 1 aligners. The top fits like a glove, but the bottom aligner back side has a big gap between the aligner and the gum. The edge of these aligners are thin plastic. So imagine talking and your tongue keeps hitting the thin edge of plastic....not very pleasant. I was skeptical from the beginning when doing the in home molds. I followed the instructions exactly, did my four molds, and sent them back. But, in the back of my minding Im thinking, Im not a professional, so theres so much room for error... Anyways, I decide to contact their live chat on their website. I express my problem to Deborah. She tells me the doctor says its alight to trim the excess areas that are causing me problems. This sounds very sketchy because I could possibly mess up, and ruin my aligner. But, I do what was advised. Well, I ruined the aligner. Now its worse and doesnt even stay on. And no, the filer isnt going to fix it. So I contact the live chat again. I explain what just happened. He tells me to trim them 😂. Am I talking to a robot? He eventually tells me to try on week 2 (now I may be violating my warrant?). I try them on. They are tight but fit. I still have the same problem with that edge hitting my tongue. I get disconnected. Third attempt... I tell her from the get go that I need new bottom aligners. She tells me that my doctor will be contacting me within 48 hours. Im asking her what I should do in the meantime. Should I continue to wear the top aligner. Im worried about my warranty now. She says not to wear it. But I just got my permanent retainer bars removed the day before. My teeth ARE going to start shifting. She said thats fine and my teeth will shift to their natural form. My natural form was when I was 15...before I had braces. I tell her this. I get disconnected...this has become a nightmare
