Walked in with a nightmare of tax issues, walked out extremely happy, with additional information we weren’t even expecting, PLUS a return, when we thought we would have to pay. Joyce is the best. I have been going to her for my taxes for the past 5 years and I would highly recommend her. I live in Wisconsin and work in Illinois and always done the online tax preparation when I was living in Illinois but the online tax preparation completely messed up my state taxes when I moved to Wisconsin so I went to Joyce on someones recommendation and she figured out my state tax issue I was having and I have been going to her ever since. I checked into Jackson Hewitt and they were going to charge me separately for my federal and my state taxes and each of them were higher then what Joyce charges me for both.
