You have to give credit where credit is do. We have had a Sal as our postman for a long time and he does a great job. Over the past few days we have had a new postman and that is Anthony. Very clean cut and respectable young man. He introduced himself the first day and said hed be filling in for Sal. Good to see a young person with Ole school values! Someone that it isnt just working for a pay check in this day and age. I sure hope the powers to be at the Post Office recognize him for his outstanding job. Great job Anthony bringing a 5 star rating to a 2.6 company is just what the US Postal Service needs!!

We use this Post Office almost every day. The new employees are fantastic: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you for working so hard, especially through the busy holiday crunch.

Get more People that want to work and give them time to take care of the costumers. We love post office shouldn’t have to want to avoid coming here! 😔

I’m not sure why it says your open when no one answers the phone ever. I sat on hold for well over 10 minutes while the line just kept ringing and I really need info on a piece of mail. Get some more workers who actually know how to answer the phone.

Closes early with no warning or note. Really frustrating.

Hands down the best above and beyond service I have ever received at a post office... Miss Lori and mr. Oscar were extremely patient and courteous and extremely helpful with my unusual circumstance..it just proves that there are still good decent people in this world that are willing to help others I commend you both on your service and I hope you are truly recognized for the Stars you are

Applying for passport 1-st time and she said that I need IL id as I have address of delivery here and my id is from TX it is non sens and not true you need 2 forms of id with a picture on it and I provided them. She said I need to have IL id. Called US Passport Office and they said it is not true. Went to Lyons USPS and applied with no problems.

Would rather give them a NEGATIVE 5! This post office is the absolute worst post office anywhere. They change their hours without posting it publicly. They deliver packages and mail to the wrong houses. Theyre slow and rarely have stamps. Worst service around!

Friday morning 9:30. Waiting 20 minutes at the counter. No one working. They have a bell to ring that customers are waiting but the music in the back is so loud they cant here it. A man, (not in a postal uniform but in the back) spotted the long line and brought someone up who said I dont do that and just left. 40 minutes later and first in line my priority envelope was sent. To top it off, I had a USPS package delivered today. Required a signature. They rang the doorbell and were driving off as I opened the door a minute later only to find the tag that they attempted delivery.

The current staff at this post office are one thousand times better than the two older ladies who worked there previously! I have started using this post office again because the current staff are efficient and friendly - please do not change! Thank you.

Employees dont wear masks

Honestly this one lady who is always there will only come to the counter if you ring the bell about 3 times. Then gives you the worst customer service imaginable. Also, never use USPS if dont absolutely have to. They have lost 10 of my packages in the last 2 years. In fact they lie to companies claiming a package is delivered, but instead the hold it. When you inquire about where they are holding it. They tell you that you HAVE to call in for it. Everytime I have ever called I have to wait 2 hours on hold and then have robot tell me that I have to go to my post office to ask where it is. The best thing is, my tracker app tells me it is at my post office. But they claim they dont have it. So yeah, stick to UPS and FedEx.

They lie to companies and say they deliver packages and hold to them for days. When you pay for fast service and this post office gets it forget it. You can miss your package goodbye for days.

Very helpful, spoke to a Denise and her supervisor today. Package was found and delivered by a neighbor from the block over. Cameras showed mailman dropping off package than must have picked it back up thinking he left at WRONG address.

I been living in this area for about 10 years and had issues with my mail being delivered half of that. My neighbor has my same name backwards so all my mail goes to him. I don’t get his mail he gets all of mine. I talked to a supervisor and it’s still happening. I’m posting this today because now my neighbor moved and I’m not getting and mail, because it’s saying I have a forwarded address. If they took the time to read the names this woul not be happening.

We have a terrible time with this post! They are Inefficient and after rude to the customers.

Stood IN line while 4 passports processed . After 20mim being next in line and 3 people behind me .when my turn - asked clerk to send letter registered mail .she gave 2 slips paper told me I couldnt use her pen, made me get out if line and and go to desk to fill out ! Putting me back of the line .clerk physically filled out pass port applications ×4 people and wouldnt help me and other window should have been opened ! Ended up leaving.

In trying to send something with a return envelope, the woman behind the counter applied postage contrary to my directions, overcharging me in the process, claiming that was how I directed her. These people are rude and slow. I rented a box here, so Im stuck, but go to another branch if you can!

They have the worst customer service ever. Whenever I ask questions they act like Im making their day harder when its THEIR job. too bad this is my local usps 😡
