The total cost was $42 including tax after Patricia applied the $10 coupon for scheduling my appointment on-line. The cost was half the price of anywhere else in town. I took my cell phone in for a screen replacement. The service rep was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. The repair was completed in under an hour! I did a price comparison on the replacement screen, and Batteries Plus was not only cheaper, but were able to complete the task in house. I appreciate your help, this is now my favorite Batteries Plus store!

I had my Galaxy S7 battery replaced and while the service was great and the guys were super polite, the phone drains battery just as much now as it did before I had the battery replaced sho it was not worth the money. More of a commentary on my phone or the battery itself than anything the folks at Batteries Plus did. Overall good experience because it was easy to schedule the appointment and the process when smoothly.

Their LED lamp selection keeps growing in volume, with all kinds of lamps for down lights, floods, candelabra, decorative, etc. They can also repair damaged cell phones and tablets. Their selection of batteries is wide-ranging, too, so its worth stopping in and checking out what they can help you with.

The people at the 124th and Capital store were fantastic. They did a great job finding and obtaining the right battery and scheduling the repair. Their customer service was outstanding.

Replace battery in iPad. Repair took a week, took 3 trips to store for pickup. 1st pickup I was told iPad was repair and they left a voicemail, never received a call from store, iPad was never tested, I couldnt use code because the screen only function on 1 side. 2nd trip, the next day I was told they were to busy to complete repair. 3rd trip pickup iPad when I made it home look at screen notice hair under the screen and finger smudges. I will never go back.

Not all stores have a technician on site that can change batteries in phones. Once I found the right store, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and my phone battery was quickly replaced.

The repair was flawless once the needed part was found.
