Over the years I have been lucky enough to send five kids to Sylvan of Brookfield.My 2 youngest went from struggling with math and reading and hating school to loving school and becoming honor roll students.My 2 oldest went for ACT / SAT and were thrilled with the results. One went to Ohio State and the other Madison.My middle daughter was doing good at school but wanted to get ahead because she wanted to keep up her good grades and school got harder and she didnt want to spend as much time on homework as her older siblings. Sylvan was amazing and she loved it and is now in college. All of my kids would highly recommend it.

Update 2020: I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because 1 year later I again contacted them and asked for information through email. It was sent immediately to me that night. I called the following morning to schedule the assessment and they scheduled it within the same week. Much better experience so far. If everything goes well I will update to 5 star review.2019-Called to schedule an assessment and whoever answered the phone had no clue what I was talking about and instead asked me if I was looking for information. She sounded very confused when I again said I was calling to schedule an assessment and started he humming basically. I ended up hanging up as I felt this was a very unprofessional start. When someone calls to schedule an assessment the person answering the phone should be competent in knowing what that means, not ask me if Im looking for information. Obviously, I have the information already and was calling for the assessment. If I wanted information I would call and ask for information not to schedule an assessment.

Our daughter has been going here for several years. Before she started attending, math homework and tests were a huge frustration for her. Since she has attended, her math grade improved tremendously as did her confidence. She absolutely loves her teachers and always looks forward to going. We are so thankful for the quality of tutoring and the communication between the teachers and ourselves. THANK YOU!!!!

Great place to get help for math, chemistry, ACT prep, and many more subjects! It helped me a lot in math and chemistry.. highly recommend it

This center and all of the teachers my son has encountered have been absolutely fantastic. They have been so good at accommodating requests for extra or last minute sessions to get some help just before a test, etc. My 15 year old son struggled with high school Algebra 1 last year-he started in the program at the beginning of second semester, and by the end of his freshman year he was doing so well that he is now almost finished with a fully accelerated sophomore Geometry class. This class takes a full year of content & compresses it over the summer into 8 weeks--it hasnt been easy, but with the support of Jodie and Allison (his tutors at Sylvan) he has been successful. He will now be starting Algebra II a year ahead of schedule. Our school district is wonderful, with many opportunities for growth, but the individualized attention that he has found at Sylvan Brookfield is what has helped him become successful. Not having to watch him struggle has made my life easier as a mom--he still has to work very hard, but as I watch how his confidence has grown since January, all I can say is thank you. It has been worth every penny spent, and he will stay on as a student here until hes off to college. Kudos to Kathie and the whole center for the personal touches that make this more than just a business-your care for the students shows!!

It doesn’t even help your kids. The tutors are horrible here, don’t waste your money on something your kids won’t learn off of
