This Office Depot store is closing on May 15th. They claim its a lease issue. When you look at the sales versus overhead, it really is a good decision. Too many companies work just to make lease or mortgage payments.

I just called and spoke to Amanda to see if they had Avery #5315 White Note Cards in stock before driving over there to pick them up. She said I had to give her the Item Number off the Office Depot website for her to see if they had them in stock. Amanda, dont scratch your head wondering what went wrong when you have to close your doors because AMAZON took your job.

Area Office Depot/Office Max locations are all great, though this is the closest location to my office so it receives the most business. I go there for most everything for my office, even occasionally for computers. Their deals are very competitive to Amazon, if not beating Amazon, and you can get your items when you want them (either by shopping there or online, and picking up an hour or two later).Service here is outstanding, always friendly, and always trying to do their best to satisfy their customers. For that, I give this location five stars!

Bought a desk in store 12/5/2020 that they didnt have in stock. The employee at this location told me it would be delivered on 12/8 by 5PM. No desk came. I received an email at 7AM, 12/9 saying An attempt at delivery was made, but your building was closed. It was my house and I was home! Called customer service and talked to Jeff in very broken english. He told me no delivery attempt was made (contrary to the email I received), and that they just rescheduled, and it would definitely arrive 12/10. I even received an email from him that day literally stating it would get there 12/10 (Gmail shows the email is from Sivaram B***** and not Jeff). 12/10 came and went; no desk. On 12/11 (today), I called the 800 # again this morning and talked to Jennifer who reassured me it would get here today by 5PM. No desk. The website says the estimated delivery date is still 12/10. Will I ever get it, or my money back if not? Well see. I called this location on 12/9 and was told by an employee Theres nothing we can do, you need to call the 800 #.-Before ordering something when not in stock, look up Trustpilot reviews (MANY with my same experience)-I work in sales, and the employee could care less showing me the computer screen to order the desk after explaining/enticing me to buy it there vs online for the free delivery where they have a column for Save the Sale which to me means that location gets credit for the order being placed there. She also spoke to a co-worker over her intercom saying Ill deal with that in a second Im working on a save the sale.Absolutely comical and embarrassing as a business; and frustrating as I tore down my original desk in anticipation of the new one arriving 12/8, with zero clue when or if the new one will arrive. Ive used Office Depot many, many times over the years, but this is for sure the last time.

Good steady reliable. All the trademarks you want in an office supply store. I have been coming here off and on over the past 15+ years. They do a good job of stocking the supplies you need. I even found some really good discounts over the years. Helpful staff. Worth the trip.

Manager was rude. I needed to self service print and said print center is closed until another 4 hours.A helpful employee said. I know how to do it.Manager said no. And walked away

This is best office supply store on the planet. Their assistance is awesome and they always have precisely what we need. Weve also done countless print jobs with them and their attention to detail and customer service is second to none.

I took my wifes desktop computer in for analysis by the tech department, and of course the problem was found and corrected quickly. I added a tech support contract to the computer since its getting old; the support covers any problem with hardware or software. I am very satisfied.

The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Occasionally they get busy and only have one cashier, but other than that, a very positive shopping experience.

I called the store to ask a question regarding a product. It was out of stock for delivery on the website so I wanted to see if they may have some in store. The male who answered to phone was very short with me (like I was bothering him). He said typically when its out of stock for delivery and out of stock in the store its a discontinued item. He said it to me like I should know that. I was very disappointed in how I was treated as I have always had a good experience until now.

Worst experience ever! I came here to print my DIY wedding. The printing department manager took care of me and kept getting distracted by everything but my invites

I have been here numerous times and have always received great customer service. Usually just pick up things I dont want to wait to arrive in the mail - paper, pens, etc.

A little pricy, but they always have what I need.

Place was good for what I needed but took forever and charged way to much for printing. Curses that they were the only printing place open Monday.
