I am extremely pleased with my decision to do business here. After trying to sort out my custom PCs issues on my own, unsuccessful. I decided to set up an appointment to see if I could get a diagnosis as to what was ailing my computer, and preventing it from connect to my monitor. That same day I was able to bring it in. Alan and Ken have been very responsive from the quote phase all the way through. I replaced SSD on my MacBook myself, and messed up with the motherboard. Tried to find solutions everywhere, asked lots of businesses online, and the best thing they respond to me was bring it in and we will take a look. But Alan and Ken were able to identify the issue, provide me a quote within a day from the photo I sent them, and took another day to fix the problem, and completed some other work I requested. As a writer, I need my computer at all times and I felt hopeless when my computer stopped functioning but I didnt give up until I found someone who can repair it for me so I looked up several repair shops and I found this one and I realize now why it has 5 stars. They went through my custom build with a fine tooth comb fixed its blue screen problem and improved the wiring layout. They even stayed late to allow me to pick up at an odd time and the price was much less than I was expecting.

I bought a 2010 MacBook from OfferUp that was not letting me load any apps except Safari. In trying to fix it & upgrade the ram and hard drive myself, I ended up deleting the whole disk drive/operating system whoops! I read all of Alans 5 star reviews from Yelp as well as Google and was thankfully able to receive the computer back in less than a week and works like brand new! Alan was highly communicative throughout the process, extremely knowledgeable, and works late which is a plus, as I was able to pick up my computer late on a Sunday night. Im sooooo glad that I found Alans One Stop Computer Repair. I have used his services twice & will continue going to him when I need work on my computer. He updated my computer from Windows Vista to Windows 7 a few years ago & he just recently copied my files over & installed Microsoft Office on my new computer that I had to get due to having to update to Windows 10. And, his prices are VERY reasonable Alan does a great job & hes very nice & easy to work with & he goes out of his way to help in any way he can. In fact I just now (9:30pm, Monday) got off the phone with him. He helped me get my computer to scan as I was having a problem with finding the correct driver. The issue had nothing at all to do with the update he did on my computer yet he still helped me & did it so late at night. I will trust no one else with my computer!!!

During COVID-19, I decided i want to install ubuntu on my custom built machine. I made some poor decisions and completely bricked my windows 10 partition, and no longer able to access it. I attempted to reach out to Microcenter and Best buy, where I was met with We can see what we are able to do. I called Alan, and after explaining the situation he got back to me within 10 minutes and told me his team can fix my glorified brick. This was not an easy fix because the MBR was damaged because of my poor decision making. Alan and his team are amazing, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I will come back if I decide to brick my machine again, or even ask for some help. ALSO, his prices are extremely reasonable! He was extremely responsive as well.
