I came in to looking at a Camry, worried about staying under budget but needing a new vehicle for a commute to work. Dan was so helpful in staying in my budget, making sure that every feature i needed was on the vehicle for my commute and making the experience very easy. He was quick, honest and very personable. He was able to identify a similiar vehicle for sale which is what I ultimately went with. He worked with financing to get it down to payments I liked. Thank you Brian.---Wed 9/29/2021 - Toyota called us to buy out the rest of our lease on our 2019 Toyota Camry with barely any miles. I was initially excited because I do not like this Camry. Theres a whole complicated situation of how I ended up driving it, instead of my dad who who initially leased it.The sales person did not seem to understand that I was not interested in a brand new 22 car. I was not interested in all the bells and whistles. He ultimately did not understand that my father was not buying or leasing a new car. That I was the person who had to make the payments and I have a limit of what I could afford. My daddy is not buying me a new car... sorry... he has his own financial burdens at age 80.I already knew which car I was interested in and he wouldnt even show it to me. Trading in our leased car for a new one went from $0 to $35,000 on us, in the blink of an eye.I wouldnt oppose getting into another Toyota. But it needs to be 2019 or less. It needs a sticker price of around $18,000. He talked about how reliable Toyota was and so this slightly older car, in a color I liked, should still be a reliable car, right? Yes it has some miles on it, but not too much. Its a smaller model with less frill, which is all I need.So, once I get my resolve back, maybe we can talk again. I also need a sales person who hears me.Also he didnt let me test drive anything. strange.

We will definitely check out the inventory at Toyota of Brookfield next time we are in the market for a car and would recommend to my friends and family. The only thing I would have changed was that the car was not clean when we looked at it, so we had to wait for it to be cleaned before leaving. I also would have liked to have discussed financing options before driving down. We were here over 3 hours from start to completion. There was a nice waiting area with beverages and snacks to keep my five year old busy. Overall a pleasant experience.

I’ve been shopping for a car for weeks and have met quite a few car salesmen and none of them impressed me the way that Brad did. He went with us on our test drive and explained different features of the car and answered all of my questions. Not all sales people do this! Unfortunately, the car was sold while we were test driving it. So I didn’t get a car that day. If I have another opportunity to look at a car at Toyota of Brookfield, I will be asking for Brad. I test drove a highlander hybrid with chris marshel and the ride was very smooth, like the surface of a marble. someday ill probably buy a sienna hybrid because the third row has more space for the knees and the children.

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle with Napoleon Toyota of Brookfield due to delay on my side (with this crazy market and living in GA) but the communication with the salesmen at this dealership has been top notch from beginning to end. They even gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the vehicle had sold (I have been in touch with a lot of out of state dealerships and this has been by far the most professional and enjoyable experience). Their customer service was wonderful (they even sent me an email with a video doing a walk around and providing details of the vehicle). I called about and inquired about purchasing 2 vehicles in August. The last vehicle was not prepped and ready for sale yet, and I asked to come in and purchase or put down a down payment. I was told the vehicle wasnt ready for sale yet and I would be put on a list to be called. I asked where I was on the list; I was told I was 1st on the list and the only one on the list on Wednesday. By Saturday I was called and told the vehicle was sold; but if I was interested in any other vehicle, I could come in? It almost seemed like a bate and switch.The honesty and commitment at Napleton, to customers is non existent!!
