Unprofessional! They were watching shows on their phones and iPads, the one girl shredding paper didnt even notice I was there because of it. There was also an iPad in front of the computer with a show playing as well that I saw on the way out. The nurse that did my insurance questions was nice but couldnt even do a blood draw. She called another nurse in with bright red hair on top of her head, half red, half black. She looked at my arm from the other nurse that poked me and said she couldnt get anything because her wrist hurt. If it hurt that bad she shouldnt of tried in the first place. So the other nurse asked me if she checked the other arm I said she just looked at it but didnt draw from it, so she asked me if I was ok with a hand draw, (COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY) not knowing what it was I said sure, I figured she would draw from my HAND, not my forearm! So she tried to draw from my forearm and caused terrible pain, I figured it was the location of the draw so I just held my pain to myself, she then checked my right arm and drew blood just fine, had she done that in the beginning none of this would have happened. She ended up blowing my vein! As soon as I got to my car I noticed it was starting to swell and there was a huge lump, it was bruised by the time I got home which Is 7 mins away. My arm is black, blue and purple I have the picturesto prove it, I will be letting the insurance company know about this so they dont refer anyone else to this place. They all need more education on blood draws! Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will never return to this God awful place again! Please send your nurses to get proper education on blood draws so this doesnt happen again to anyone else!

Friendly people and youre usually able to get in same day for covid testing! They unfortunately dont cover insurance so you do have to pay full price but its worth it. Get in same day and have results within 2 hours!

My experience with Arc Point was a disaster from start to finish. After waiting half a day for staff to return my phone call to make an appointment the receptionist complained while taking notes on the tests that I was to have drawn. Apparently my doctor ordered too many for his tastes? I made an appointment for 930 and arrived 5 minutes early. And was checked in by the receptionist who was wearing a tuxedo shirt with a coffee stain. How is that professional attire? In addition to this red flag, None of the staff were properly wearing masks to prevent COVID spread, and some were not wearing masks at all! This is frightening considering they are also doing COVID testing at this location! I am completely appalled that medical professionals would not be doing their part to protect patients. My husband is a physician and this completely goes against all protocol. After waiting 20 minutes in the waiting the lobby and observing the chaos that is arc point, it was clear that it was unsafe for these individuals to touch me, let alone stick a needle in my body.

They have receptionist with mask on chin and taking covid patients. Extremely high flow of patients and no crowd management.Also if you are going here just for biometric/fingerprint scanning for pre employment verification, please dont go as there are higher chances of covid exposure.Also at the height of covid spread, they allow people without mask.

I received excellent service today form the staff. Im sorry I cant remember the kind lady at the front desk (I could only remember Alan name) that assisted me today; however, she showed much compassion and concern to my concerns. I really appreciate how they were very relaxed and open with me. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing their service. Thank you both!!!

I had a great experience at the place, I had to get some blood work done and I am not a fan of needles but from the greeting to the medical assistant I believe his name was Marcus. It was quick and easy. I had a GREAT experience at this faculty.

Alan and his team were very easy to work with. As a new business owner, I dont have a lot of time and Im constantly juggling tasks. This was one I didnt have to think about. It was important to have all of my new employees drug screened and background checked, and it was done quickly and cost effectively. Thanks ARCpoint Labs!

Took a drug test. Sample was refused, temp too high. Ok, lets try again. The next time i went back there, a manager was waiting. He told me i had to drop my pants, lift my shirt, lift my junk and make a full turn. I did it to prove my point 😉, but i felt ABSOLUTELY DEBASED!I guess he didnt see what he was looking for, but never offered an explanation or apology. I didnt realize i was on parole or probation. Geeeeesh... I will NEVER go back to that place ever again... They should be ashamed...
